It cost $12 for him to play and there was a wide variety of toys for him to play with. There is a soft play area in the back designated for the younger babies and lots of different types of toys for kids to engage with. The play area is enclosed, so it is really easy to step out for a sip of coffee. I can see people easily working on their laptops and getting some work done while their kids enjoy some play time. The owner mentioned that they also have a subscription membership available and that they plan to change/rotate some toys every now and then as well. They also had some snacks and pastries available for purchase. We will definitely be coming back.

This is my least favorite of the free indoor playgrounds around. Now let's be real, I'm in no…read moreposition to be picky. Two months ago I was living 1500 miles away where "free indoor playground" was a string of words so delicious, so fantasmic, that my heart skipped a beat the first time I heard them uttered. But with five rambunctious kids and some rain, I've spent a good amount of time exploring the indoor playground scene here in the dfw. One's bound to make comparisons. Beyond the simple fact that it's free, the pros to this play area are: 1. Good hours (open every day, I think!) 2. Small area for babies 3. Large structure for older kids 4. Glassed in play structure 5. Cafe with inexpensive drinks 6. Plenty of seating 7. Free WiFi Not all the church indoor playgrounds are open everyday or for as long as Wesley Playground, but most do hit the other points on the list. The primary reason this is my least favorite indoor playground is the OVERWHELMING smell of potpourri in the play area. The whole church smells like an air wick, but I think they must pump it in on high through the heater vents in the play area and bathrooms. It's nauseating. Frankly, between the smell, the hard plastic chairs and cafeteria tables, the place screams "retirement home". I wasn't surprised to see a few wheelchairs in the corner by the front entrance. I'm still immensely grateful that the church has created a space like this and offered free access to the public, but unless they take that smell down a notch I don't think we will be back.

Update time!!!!! A…read morefew years after hosting a birthday party here, we decided to enroll our child in their weekly classes, and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. One of the biggest draws for our family is the variety of offerings, especially the weekday homeschool classes, day camps, and parent night out events. Since the change in ownership, I couldn't be more pleased with the direction of the program under Mrs. Chris. My son genuinely looks forward to each class and continues to grow stronger and more confident every week. Mrs. Chris and her staff are incredibly skilled with children and provide exceptional coaching in a positive, encouraging environment. I truly appreciate the thoughtful structure of the program, from the engaging exercises and skill development to the excellent communication and organization for parents. The skills tracker is a fantastic tool that keeps parents informed while allowing the kids to celebrate their progress, and the app makes everything even more convenient. The pricing is very fair, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

We had heard a lot about this place, so we decided to take my 12-year-old son here for his birthday…read morewith three of his friends and it was a huge hit. This is the perfect spot for kids (and honestly adults too) to burn off energy. It's a mix of human interactive video-style games and physical activity like throwing balls, jumping, running...spread across different rooms with all kinds of challenges. You definitely can't come here low-energy because you'll be moving the entire time. I booked online and chose the 90-minute option, which was $39 per person. It might seem a little pricey at first, but it actually works out well because of how the timing is structured. You rotate through rooms and sometimes wait briefly for a game to finish, so everything feels organized and not chaotic. The setup is very efficient. You get a wristband that you scan to enter games, track your points, and even create a username. There's a leaderboard screen, which the kids loved, and you can earn points toward small prizes. The whole place felt clean, well-run, and supervised without being overbearing. The floors are cushioned, which helps since you're constantly moving, and it does get a little warm just because you're so active. From what I could tell, the party setup is more of a do-it-yourself style where you have a room for a set time rather than a fully hosted experience. Also, it seems per the website you would have like food delivered. There didn't appear to be a place where you could buy water. However, we did see water fountains near the restrooms. One thing I liked is that your time is based on active gameplay, not just the clock. So while we booked 90 minutes, we were actually there closer to two hours with the flow of the games. Overall, it was a really fun and unique experience, something different from the typical party spots. The kids had an amazing time, and we would definitely come back.

We had my daughter's birthday party at RollerWorld last year and it was an awesome experience,…read morehosted by some younger employees who did a great job. We booked again this year and what I was not expecting is for the owners to be completely awful hosts from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. I booked this party at least two months ago, and didn't receive any kind of follow up call to confirm details or anything. We rented out the rink for this party, and I thought I remembered that we had 30 minutes to set up for the party, so we arrived 30 minutes early. The male owner immediately wanted to know what we were doing there. I told him and he got very upset that we had come early. I tried to explain that I was sorry for the mistake. He told me we could sit at the tables for 15 minutes until it was time to set up. It was my mistake that we arrived early, so we did as he said; however, it was an honest mistake and he treated us like we were trying to scam him out of 15 minutes, which was not the case. He was extremely rude throughout the party. At one point he interrupted a conversation I was having with a guest and shoved a wrapped stick of gum in my face. He said, "gum and skates don't mix." I replied that no they don't. He said, "well I just found this on the floor." It was not my gum and I wasn't sure what he needed me to do about it. He threw it away and walked off. The owners had a dog there who kept barking during our party which was distracting. The bathrooms had also not been cleaned. The female owner stopped our music 30 minutes early and hijacked the rest of our party. Our party was supposed to be over at 3:00 and she played, "So Long, Farewell," at 2:45 and told our party that was the last song. It was a very depressing way to end the skate and my daughter was confused why we didn't get to use her playlist they told us we could use the whole time. At 2:50 they stopped all the music and told kids to get off the floor, 10 minutes before our party was supposed to be over. We were supposed to have 15 minutes after the party to clean up, but based on the demeanor of the owners making us feel unwelcome at our own party, we had started cleaning up at 2:30. We let my son continue to skate while we cleaned up, knowing that we had paid to have the rink until 3:00. At 2:58, the male owner threatened to charge us more if our son didn't get off the rink. We were flustered and felt so rushed even though we had paid for the time. At 3:10 we had just about everyone from the party out except for a few people who were chatting. I was waiting by the door trying to get all of our guests to leave quickly, and the male owner opened up the door and told us we had to go. I said I know I'm trying to get everyone out. He said they had another event to get ready for. I didn't want to exit before my guests, so I finally got everyone out of the building at 3:11. It was so stressful, and whether they had another event or not, I was also a paying customer and did not deserve to be treated so poorly. My daughter only gets one 10th birthday, and I worked very hard to be able to pay for her to have a nice party. I left trying to hide tears from my daughter and shield her from all the unnecessary behind the scenes stress. I have seen other reviews from paying customers who also had trouble with the male owner in particular and his lack of customer service, or even basic human kindness. I've also read how defensive the owners get in response to negative reviews. I rarely leave negative reviews, and in fact prefer to leave positive reviews for small businesses especially. But this party was absolutely miserable. They likely won't care, but RollerWorld lost some loyal customers yesterday.

3.5 Stars A decent…read moreplace to spend 60-90 minutes. A Peppa Pig indoor playground of sorts. Honestly I was expecting a little bit more and it was a smaller than I thought. That being said, my two daughters (2 & 4) had a lot of fun running around and it's a good place for toddlers to expend some energy. A little bit chaotic. I think there were probably too many kids (and parents) in the smaller space at one time. Not too many places to sit and watch your kids I found myself standing around a lot. They did have a cute Peppa Pig snack station and some tables. Overall still worth checking out if you have small children who like Peppa Pig. However, I think Meow Wolf and Sea life aquarium might offer more value and longer entertainment.

Looking at the entrance, you really wouldn't expect the facility to be as big as it is. It is a whole world inside! Especially with the hot summer days upon us, this is a fantastic indoor option for families to beat the heat. Immersive Play: The different themes, characters, and interactive activities make this an absolute paradise for kids. Everything is perfectly child-sized, and there are great photo ops available throughout the entire facility. Comfort for Parents: There are plenty of seats for adults to sit and relax while the kids play. Cleanliness: I loved that the surfaces and equipment look like they can be easily wiped down and disinfected. Staff Visibility: The one strange thing was that I didn't see any workers out on the play floor. For safety reasons, it feels like they really need more eyes on the floor to monitor things. Party Pricing: They host birthday parties here, but at around $25 per person, it feels quite expensive in my opinion. Overall, it's a lovely, engaging facility that the kids will absolutely love. We had a great time exploring!
