Well, I do not know where to even start. My ex husband (and FBI Special Agent) chose this facility…read moreand enrolled them by Mrs. Jaimie Cain, the director at that time. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. Only in Texas could this occur- when we all lived in DC things were much more professional and buttoned up. Sincerely, Sandhya Sharma LPC CACII EMDR

Update 8/16: I have been reached out by the business owner and her daughter requesting to remove…read morethe review and clarify this is the incorrect location. I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

This is by far the best school, I used to love the school my kids used to go (I still really…read moreappreciate the teachers) but the Goddard school is just amazing. Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Not my favorite but I can see the attraction. With a large bounce area, games, sky walk (they call…read moreropes course) and slides there is much to enjoy but it would depend on the size of your party and age of the child/ children. The bounce area is awesome, but I wish they had mirrors on the backside/ ceiling so caregivers can still watch the kiddos from the floor, otherwise if you're a spectator there are blind spots all over and you're suppose to by another entry fee if you enter any of the play areas. The backside of the bounce area has wall climbing and obstacles for teens, or really tall kids able to make the reach, and I like the large soft basketball area. The sky walk SAYS 48" to participate on the sign but their tape (where the kids measure the height) is well above the 48", unless all other doctors' offices height markers are wrong and Catapult is the measuring authority, but that was disappointing particularly when it appeared the staffer was picking and choosing who had to get measured. Kids notice everything, especially any perceived favoritism or injustice. We went on a weekend, and it was so loud and packed with birthday parties that highlighted a few issues I'd recommend considering. - There are not enough shoe cubbies, shoes were stacked in piles all over the place leaving an impression of disorganization. - Food was everywhere! Kids were running around with slices of birthday cake, icing fingers, plates etc. recommend sectioning off areas were food and drink may be consumed and placing obvious trash bins nearby. The outside was equally full of trash, but it was a windy day and that could have just blown in from another location. -Ensure the height requirement posted is the same as what's enforced. Overall, an ok spot if guardian is going to participate with the child in the ball pit or other soft spaces but I recommend going when big kids are at school. For the big kids, this is good for the 8-10 yr range when they are tall enough to participate in all activities.
