This is a decent place if you are looking for arcade games, bowling , and some eats . We had some things to sort out In regards to our bill , but the manager was quick and prompt in solving our issue. The bowling lanes feel a little dated and there was an issue with our balls returning at one point but we were able to get it fixed and fix our time. We were in an intimate area called the Z lounge with its own lanes. It had its own bar and low lighting . Very spacious so we liked it. Food was ok and filling . We just had my 8yr olds birthday there and they had a great time. Play zone, laser tag, gaming were just the ticket for a great birthday. They do things a little different so there a cart you set all presents and cake on and decorations and while kids are busy playing they set the room up which awesome. You have a party host that checks on you moves you to activities and helps serve. Bella was awesome. However, You only get party room for an hour so don't get comfy and get through food, cake, ice cream, and presents is a bit of a whirlwind. We didn't make it to present part so our little man didn't get to open presents in front of his friends so that was a bummer. However, overall it went really smooth and he had a great time. Been playing over 1 yr at the cornhole league in the back area. This Sunday they had an event and it was the cleanest I had ever seen it. Normally the floors are sticky and gross. Shanna the bartender cleaned the area and it looked great. She also was very helpful and actually cleaned up plates and drinks left on the tables. Be nice if all the other bartender did the same to keep the area looking nice. Went to play while visiting my sister in Dallas. My son is eight and loves video games. We went in a little after they opened and it wasn't too busy. We got a play card ( which is very reasonably priced) and my son played games for 1 1/2 hours. Then to play a game of bowling and over to the play area. We ate at Rosie's Grill and really enjoyed. The food was very good and priced fairly. We had a few more credits in the card for games and so he played 30 more minutes and then to the Store to trade his credits for toys. read more

I really don't know why anyone comes here. I only ended up here tonight bc my visiting family was so insistent on coming even after I said "They suck. Seriously, let's go somewhere else." Bc I came to this location maybe 5 years ago and had a bad experience then. Nothing has changed since. The facility is still dirty. Games are still broken. The best ones (sarcasm) are the games that look to be functioning (screen showing a demo and the swipe pad is lit up) but don't work after you spend points to play. Of course no one is around to help you when you need someone to fix the issue. But the best part, the absolute most fun part, is that they just shut the games/machines down with no "we're closing" warning. So while we are standing at a game watching the ticket count go along to show the tickets being loaded for a win, the game just goes black. That's it. "Good night. Thanks for your money, but get out. No you can't redeem ****. We don't care that you're from out of town and their are no Shenaniganz in your area. Lol now get out for real." I have no idea if the kids got the tickets for their win (and it was a pretty big win) but Shenaniganz got my money so they don't care. The word "scam" is annoying and overused, but the way they run the arcade area is very scam-ISH. Definitely sticking to places like D&B or Main Event no matter what anyone else says. They aren't the greatest but they also aren't Shenaniganz (automatic win right there) and I've never left feeling like I got robbed and/or contracted something like malaria. read more

So they have a signs all over the e trance and by the shoe check out, about getting a $10.00 loaded card for games when you down load their app. Well I downloaded the app alright and then they ask you for a credit card so that it can be linked to your game card. I did not feel comfortable doing so so I opted out for second option, which was $12.00 for cup cakes, well I got that option and then they ask the same thing, a credit card. We had dinner here for our grandson's birthday. Seven adults and two children. The table we were put at required and extra chair be pulled to the head, with two adults sitting in the space intended for one. When soft drinks were served the tea did not have the requested lemon. The person asked the server about lemon and was told 'don't come at me, dude'. Seriously? Asking the server for the lemon you ordered calls for that? It wasn't nice and had it not been for the fact that the kids had been promised laser tag after dinner we'd have walked out right then. We should have. Next we were having appetizers, then half of us received our plates and we realized there were no utensils. We asked for utensils and the server returned with five forks for nine people. I guess the rest of us didn't count. We asked if there were knives available and were asked 'how many?'. I've never before been asked for a count on utensils, isn't one per adult the norm? All of these were annoying and insulting but the icing on the cake was when the server stacked a dish she was removing from the table directly into my dish which I was still eating from. The food was exactly what you'd expect in a recreational joint, the atmosphere lively and loud. TVs show sports all around. It was early Saturday evening and many tables were full. If you want to do escape room you probably need reservations, at least on a weekend. Not saying don't go there but expect poor service. read more
