A game got stuck and we dropped the ball he immediately picked it up and took care of it without hesitation. He helped us multiple times throughout our visit and was incredibly friendly every single time. Our kids absolutely loved him. He was so kind and patient with them, and they really connected with him. At checkout, he continued to be super helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Huge thumbs up for the assist, Terry! Had my sons birthday party here. Bowling lanes messed up halfway through. Didn't get to sit at our table out by the lanes because they didn't move people off from the previous party. My son didn't get his bowling pin or milkshake w sparkler. And the bartender was rude when the original beer he gave us ended up having a fruit fly land in it and we asked for a fresh one. My friends and I are obsessed with claw machines and we're working super hard to get the banana cats, but the claw kept getting stuck on the wire thing in there, we asked the manager to fix it and he did! When adults decide that hanging out at a bar all afternoon is no longer their vibe, they add "bowling" to the agenda...and just make sure that a bar is easily accessible...just a few feet away. Ha! This is a great adult playground. Hubs and I don't have children but our friends do. The kiddos had just as much fun as we did playing bumper bowling while the adults bowled alongside them and had some drinks. Food is decent too which is a bonus. Fried pickles are totally on point. $70+ is a little steep for an hour IMO, BUT there are more dangerous things we could do with $70, this kept us out of trouble which made it worth it. We didn't venture off into the arcade area, but it looked like a lot of fun. Had we had more time, we probably would have played some of the parlor games. While not the least expensive way to spend a Saturday afternoon, it is def a good option for adults and kids who want to have fun together. Just assign a designated driver in advance. read more

Should have read through the reviews prior to coordinating a family/ friends gathering. We unfortunately brought in our own bowling ball and shoes. The lanes and approach were dry and sticky in places. Floors itself down by the lanes are sticky as well thus tracking it to the approach. We started to play. After my wife's ball returned we quickly noticed several gashes on the bowling ball. We brought it to their attention. Waited for someone to discuss. No one came by. 2nd attempt, I spoke with an assistant manager. 10-15 minutes after the manager came over. The manager, looking bewildered and confused had the audacity and ask me, are you sure you didn't have the gashes prior to arriving and didn't notice them? Basically denying the issue happened and even worse, brushing it off on the customer as if it didn't occur, degrading the customer. The answer to that is no, the bowling ball is new and barely used. Advice to all bowlers, do not bring your own equipment. Manager advised himself if you bring your own gear, it's your own play it at risk, not the establishment. read more

I was going to pinstack for the first time and had a terrible experience. The vibe in there was bad. The workers at the reward area were very rude. My sister went to buy something and was feeling the butter squishy then the lady told her to put it down. After my sister said I'm just squishing it, and the lady said put it back. Then she started talking trash about my sister to the other worker. The worker told my 4 year old sister ( her name is Leena) she said, "no,no Lena you cannot have that!" With all due respect she has no right to say that to a 4 year old. That's not her business! Then I was at the bowling counter putting credits in and Kayla did not have the best customer service! She wouldn't look me in the eye when talking, and she looked like she hated it there. The same girl at the rewards told my cousin she couldn't get the same color ball and there is no rule against that! My sister overheard her calling her a bitch! I wish I knew her name she had braids and a black headband. The bumper cars costed 24 points for 5 minutes! The space was really small and was no fun! The games would take my points and wouldn't let me actually play. I had to call a worker and get my points back! But thank you to the guy who helped me get my points back! He had blonde long hair so thank you that was the only good person there! I will never come to this pin stack again! I don't recommend this place! I'm at a solid 1.5 stars but since I can't do that, one is the best I can give. There are so many things right but so SO many things wrong. We've been looking forward to trying this place out. It's less than three minutes from our house so we were excited to have a local spot to hang out. Since it's my birthday week, we decided to give it a try as a birthday eve date night. We decided to eat first and then play games. We were seated upon entering with zero wait. That's where everything went downhill. Ten minutes after being seated, my partner had to go find someone so we could order our drinks and food. It was around 13 minutes before our server finally made her way to our table to get our order. After ordering, the food came out pretty quickly and was (mostly) delicious. We ordered mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, sweet potato fries, and brisket game day nachos. All of our food came out and looked great... except the nachos. After another ten minute round of the waiting game, we finally got our servers attention (who was sitting behind the bar, literally not doing anything) and asked about our food. She forgot to put the order in. We watched her do it. Then she wakes through the kitchen and around the bar to let us know it would be a few minutes. Ok, that's fine. Except when it came out, it was wrong. -our order was forgotten -our order was wrong -we were literally the only table in the restaurant area Overall, the food was overpriced for what it was (including the $5 fountain drink because apparently you're forced to get a souvenir cup instead of a regular glass), the service was lacking, and I definitely wouldn't recommend going for more than a game of bowling, if that. read more

I'm gonna update this because we went back and saw they took care of most of the issues I had last time and we were so pleased we decided to have my kid's birthday party here again. The party went off without a hitch, the hosts were very good and food was nice. The main complaint actually is because of what happened after the party. You have 45 minutes in the party room for food and cake and unlimited drinks. Depending on your package you're then turned loose into the gaming area, and ours was 2 hours of playtime. I asked the host about drinks for the kids because I knew they'd get thirsty, and she directed me to the water station in the dining area. The station had a jar of water and some cups next to it, so I wasn't worried. I came back to the station and the cups were out and the water was very low with just some ice left. I could tell nobody wanted to refill it because we saw multiple people passing it and the woman server behind there would look at it and roll her eyes when I tried to get water. I came back a few times and it was left the same. Sorry, this is where my party host told me to go, what do you expect? So after spending over $400 for my guests, they had nothing to drink, fine I'll order some drinks because this lady obviously did not like us trying to get free water and was looking at me like I was a cheap ass. What I didn't know was some of my young guests had already asked another helpful gentleman for some water and he went and got them not expecting anything. I paid him for drinks and left a 50% tip, hopefully it went all to him and not the lady who decided she'd rather not help me. She did not once ask me if she could help me because I was more than willing to buy drinks. Next batch of guests I had them order at the bowling alley area because I didn't not want them to order from the lady at the dining area, I didn't want a single cent going to her. Another 50% tip for him because he was extremely helpful. If you're going to leave a water jar out, please refill it and the cups. If you despise people getting free water so much like the lady server just take it out altogether instead of just staring at an empty jar and giving side ye to people who are just thirsty. read more

It's a clean place with a lot of potentially fun activities. The staff was friendly. However, I was very disappointed with our VIP bowling experience! My ball, which I brought with me, kept getting stuck. I was told that non-house balls have that problem, but I have never experienced this at other lanes. (It's a standard 14 lbs bowling ball). When I'd hit the service button, the attendant would come over and simply press the pin reset button. This sometimes worked, but resulted in me having to edit my score. (He should have retrieved the ball and reset the pins to their first frame position). At some point the first game abruptly ended due to the confusion in all the scoring and resetting. A manager finally came over in the second game and offered for a technician to take a look. (We were the only ones in the VIP section). It worked when he watched it, then stopped working again when he left. The game timed out before I could bowl the tenth frame, which was ridiculous because we lost a good 10-15 minutes to delays due to equipment failure. I was tired of messing with it and left in frustration. I paid extra for the VIP experience and got less of an experience than the regular bowling. They should have moved us to another lane ASAP and extended our game. We never had such an offer. I was on a date and didn't want to spoil the mood to I didn't push the issue, but I won't be back. I can bowl for much cheaper elsewhere and have a better experience. The only reason I'm giving it a star is for the drink service and arcade games. read more

Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe my past 3 experiences at Pinstack. My latest experience has pushed me to give what many will consider a tough review. For Christmas I purchased several hundred dollars in Pinstack gift cards for my college kids that were coming in town and whom I knew would want to bowl, eat, etc. When I went to reserve the VIP lanes online I was not able to use my gift cards to do it. I then called the location and they confirmed I could not use my gift cards to reserve a lane, whether online or over the phone. I asked why as IMO, the gift card should be of equal if not greater value to them as they had already received my money when I bought the cards. Without any sign of apology for a poor policy the man on the phone said "that's just the way it is. It you want to reserve a lane you can pay with your cc or you can stop in for first come first serve". I advised him I had a huge group, would be spending atleast $500 in lanes alone and that I didn't want to haul 18 people over there to wait or worse, not get a lane. His response "that's the policy, don't buy gift cards next time". read more

We came today for my son's birthday celebration. We didn't reserve a party - just brought him to enjoy the afternoon. We arrived at about 1:30pm/Sunday. My son and his brother played games for a bit. Unfortunately, quite a few games weren't working, stole our credits, or appeared to be rigged. The games that did work had lines. We decided to go bowling and stood in line for what felt like forever only to be told there was an hour wait. The gentleman at the bowling counter said we could eat at the restaurant while we wait. We approached the restaurant waiting area and waited for a good bit before someone came to assist us. Unfortunately, again, we were told it was over an hour wait to eat. Meanwhile, we observed a completely empty dining area. We inquired what the hour wait was for and were told that they were severely understaffed. A manager approached and stated that not one single server was scheduled on one of the busiest weekends. Not one server. They were not capable of serving anyone - including the parties that were reserved prior! How does this happen? The only saving grace to this birthday celebration for my son was when we actually got to bowl. Our server there was extremely attentive, kind, and serve was fast! I was shocked that when you're bowling the food was fast but you couldn't get a seat in the dining area that was empty. This alley was interesting and fun! I was surprised to see so large a crowd in this post-COVID time. Saturday evening there was an hour 1/2 wait, but plenty to do while you wait. There was a restaurant/ bar to hang in and a large arcade room. Once we were called we "had" to use the bowling shoes and were placed on a lane right along with other folks next door. The bowling was fun, but I found the lanes rather crowded- hard to get around your team to bowl. While bowling, the "kiddy ramp" was parked between lanes but really intruded on your space- that is something I would change. But they had a wonderful variety of weights in the bowling balls with different finger sizes S-M-L. That was great! There may be 3 orange 10 lb balls on the turnstile but each was different. Do not come here. By far the worst experience I've had at a bowling alley in the last 15 years. After the first frame the machine seized up and would not dispense pins, we waited 20 minutes for the issue to be resolved only for 5 minutes to be added back to our time. Adding onto the complications the lane conditions were atrocious with no oil and balls crawling down the lane. After another 15 minutes, calling service and taking multiple trips to the bar to complain, our serve Keely finally showed up with 30 minutes remaining in our hour. She took our order and finally returned with our drinks 15 minutes later. The next time we saw her she gave us our ticket without asking if we needed anything and left. After another 2 minutes she came back demanding a form of payment while we still had time left with 2 hours prior to close. After receiving blank stares, she stormed off annoyed not to return for another 25 minutes after our time had concluded. It took multiple trips to the bar to ask to close out before she finally returned to our lane. Never come here, and if you do and Keely is your server you're better off leaving. read more

The minute you walk in this place it's impressive, by impressive I mean they have an incredible BAR. This place is clean, well run, great service and has all the right activities. Let's talk about the Pinstack signature burger I ordered.... (insert emoticon with wide open eyes). That burger was so good I had to stop after my first bite and call somebody. I wanted a witness.
