Beautiful venue! There's a ton of parking on the backside, so this is a much larger space than you realize driving by. The ballroom is absolutely huge, full of light with nice tall ceilings (sound can echo a bit as a result). There are breakout rooms, making the space flexible for a variety of uses. I'm not sure who catered the event we went to but it was absolutely delicious! I've driven past this venue for years (decades actually) and am glad I've finally had a chance to go inside! read more

This is such a stunning venue - it's perfect for graduations, weddings, anniversaries, and any other special occasion. They've got the most gorgeous patio out back and the banquet hall is extremely large and can easily fit a decent sized dance floor. I highly recommend this place. The place is already decorated - so unless you absolutely hate the way it's done, it's another hassle you can cross off your list. There is a beautiful hallway right outside that's just perfect for taking pictures of your guests as they come in. They're pretty much all-inclusive. However, for our event we opted to cater from another location, but we took the rest of their offers. Since they frequently do weddings, they have a set up Brides' and Grooms' room in the back. It's a perfect spot for hosts to stash their valuables, change of clothes/shoes, and any other miscellaneous things you'd like. Highly recommend coming here. My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! I love this place. I have it seen being used for weddings and for parties. You don't need any decorations unless you want to add some color. It is spacious enough for a good size party and the food is amazing!!! Chef Jon is such an incredible chef making all the dishes from scratch. I heard he grows his spices in his own garden for use in his kitchen. I have seen an outdoor wedding here with the gazebo outside which is absolutely gorgeous, especially when your own decorations are added to the gazebo and some extra lights. Makes for some really good pictures!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get married, host a reception or just have a party. read more

Not sure with whom I had met since she didn't introduce herself except "I'll be right with you" when I got there. She was nice and she allowed me to stroll in the beautiful garden while she attended other necessities which was fine with me. The garden is gorgeous. It's got individual flat stones forming a path to the gazebo and a few smaller ones along the side that end before it even gets to the side. Maybe it's for the bridesmaids to stand on. There is a decent sized pond behind the gazebo and also a path for strolling. The pond has two mini waterfalls. The building itself was covered with vines draping down the large windows. The interior has a homey, cozy, little cottage-like touch. The chapel is spacious and has covers for each chair. As for the reception area, it is lovely and elegant. We wanted an outdoor ceremony but struggled to find an affordable option in the area, but once we found Reflections we knew we found the perfect spot! The garden is beautiful and intimate and the indoor ballroom was beautiful for our 75 guest event. Channing was incredible with every step of the process and was extremely helpful as we navigated the planning process. We paid the day of coordinator fee to have her help day of and SUPER recommend this to any couples that wed here. Our day went so smoothly and Channing was a huge piece of that!! I have been to Reflections on Spring Creek for a friend's wedding and recently went back to do some venue-scouting for my other friend's wedding. I have been very impressed both times with this hidden gem in Plano. Every area of the place is kept very pristine - from the bathrooms to bridal suites to the reception hall. The overall look of the building on the outside reminds me of a country club with their large driveway and portico. The bright entrance is lined with chandeliers and certainly makes a statement when you first walk in. The elaborate furnishings and decorations in each room add so much character throughout the entire venue. The reception hall is massive and the high ceilings and chandeliers add a very classy touch. There is more than enough space whether you want a smaller, more intimate event or a large reception with all the bells and whistles. The huge windows on both sides of the room let in plenty of natural light. There is ivy that hangs outside of the back window and creates such a lovely backdrop. I think the jewel of this venue is the garden and outdoor space. It literally feels like you're stepping into a secret garden and could probably forget that you're actually in the middle of East Plano. From the hanging ivy to the ponds full of water lilies, all the greenery is so picturesque and beautiful. Don't forget the gazebo in the middle of the garden! It's perfectly placed whether you just want your portraits taken outside or if you want to have an outdoor ceremony all together. Overall, I think Reflections is a STEAL for what you get. Their wedding package leaves VERY LITTLE to worry about. I have been to venues where every little item needed to be brought in or rented separately. Reflections apparently has a 5-star chef to take care of all the catering. They also have their own staff for set-up, meal service, and clean up. All of the tables and chairs, linens, china, flatware etc. are all included! Lastly, I think one of the most important parts of any event center is their management. So far, everyone on their staff have been very professional, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. Collectively, they all seem to genuinely want to ensure everyone's special day goes perfectly. Reflections Venue and Gardens, a mostly all inclusive venue, worked well for us as we planned this out of state wedding. The wedding coordinators were very responsive and helpful with in person visits, emails, and phone calls. The day of, Channing was professional and very helpful. The venue is beautiful and needs few decorations. We decided to use all greenery, glass and white candles. It was stunning. To my surprise, the custom vegan menu my daughter ordered was delicious and filling. I had threatened I would need to go next door to the chicken place - no need. The staff was polite and efficient. At the last minute we decide to switch the cocktail hour to the beautiful patio since the weather was so nice in February. The price was affordable compared to other local venues. LaterYelp (think #Latergram): This is the wonderful facility my husband and I got married at over 2 years ago :) I have heavily reviewed the spot on several other places, but totally need to share the details with Yelp! From start to finish, the folks at Reflections were phenomenal. Very kind, courteous, and helpful. Honestly, the couple who owns it could be your mawmaw and pawpaw :) Hehe, so sweet. In my opinion, the total fee you pay for the space, ceremony, reception, food, drinks, and service are absolutely wonderful. I won't say what I paid (that's too personal) but check it out online for yourself and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. The folks there stepped us through the entire process from beginning to end. We attended a tasting event a month before the wedding and absolutely loved it- everything was so good that it was hard to pick! :) On the day of, they offer a separate room for both the ladies and the gents to get ready in. The ladies and I chose to get ready in a Hilton villa, however, since we needed more than 1-2 hours (that's the limit on get-ready time). We chose to marry outside in the gorgeous garden and I couldn't be happier with the results. The pictures were beautiful because the chairs were wrapped so pretty (with big, silk bows) and the gazebo is just perfect. They set up a cute vintage table for our communion and hooked up our sound system and personal harp player, too. The food was amazing!! We chose a buffet-style dinner in their lovely Italian-style ballroom and it was perfect. You can customize the lighting to your preference, so we did. The coordinator stays within reach the whole time and keeps the procession moving along perfectly. She even facilitates the entire rehearsal the day before. My mother felt like a queen from start to finish as GM Robin, EC Laura and the wait staff all catered to and provided excellent service to everyone. She absolutely loved having her guests rave about the venue in every aspect as well as Chef John's food being delicious. Everyone kept commenting on what an awesome place and how they felt like royalty with the quality of service. She was so proud and happy. We had a blessing in their chapel, lovely photos in the garden, and amazing lunch in the luxurious banquet room. I finally have time to write a review on this place. First of all. The place is beautiful and the garden was very beautiful. It was the perfect place for guests to have appetizers, drinks, and chit chat with each other while waiting for the reception. Second. The bridal room to get ready in was so adorable and spacious. They were nice enough to bring in coffee and water while all the girls get ready. Everything was fine until the reception started and than here is when my anger and frustration started.. Dinner was suppose to start at 8. All our hungry guests sat down patiently waiting for their food. And it took 1 hour for the first course to come out.. SOUP! why does it take 1 hour for them to serve soup to all of our guests? Literally all the waiters and waitresses wore regular clothes and not serving uniforms! They wore jeans, shorts, tank tops, tshirts, flip flops, sandals, all colorful crap, you name it. Half of the servers look like middle schoolers on top of that. I have been to many weddings in my life, and the servers are always in uniform and looked decent. Now something that really upset me was, they were bringing 2 soup bowls out at a time and serving it. We have over 200 people and they are carrying 2 soup bowls at a time? Seriously?! I am furious! Why didn't they carry a tray with 10 bowls on them and served them to a table at the same time instead of bringing 2 out at a time and everyone is waiting and watching each other eat.? Normal restaurants use trays to carry more to bring out the same time, yet they didn't use the trays to their advantage. I feel like they lack restaurant skills and couldn't carry a tray with that many plates or bowls on them... Now it is 9 pm and all our guest finally had was soup.. They had a buffet for kids and that station was still not open as the chef was "backed up". Kids were hungry! Finally the bridesmaids and groomsmen went to the kitchen and the people in charge to raise hell and ask them what the hell is going on.? The bridesmaid and groomsmen even offered to help carry food out if the waitresses n waiters didn't care about their job or was going to do a lousy job. The person in charge seemed annoyed at us but how would you feel if this was your wedding day and your guests was getting hungry and upset? Okay I told them instead of carrying salad plates out one by one, to just bring a big bowl of salad to the tables and everyone can scoop their own. That way it would be quicker and more efficient. Finally the kids buffet area opened up which was 9:30 pm now. All it was, was chicken nuggets and macaroni. Some of the older guests were starving so they came to the kids buffet to get some because it was much faster to get than the other food. They refused to even allow anyone else to have some macaroni and chicken nuggets and stated it was for kids under 10 only. Well adults wouldn't usually care to eat Mac n cheese or nuggets but they are really starving over here! The steak finally came out and was either over cooked or undercooked. The fried rice did not taste like fried rice. I asked them if they wanted me to come into the kitchen to help and I honestly didn't mind helping but they said no. The lobster came out undercooked and our guests were upset that there wasn't enough. They served it family style and only half the table got to eat the lobster. So it was more for 5 People not 10 people. even though we paid for 10 people per table to have enough food, turns out only 5 did.. And on top of that, the food tasted nothing like it tasted when we did the dinner tasting before the reception. False advertisement! Overall we were on a time crunch since they close at 11 but we were no where on schedule because of the food service backing us all up. We complained many times and all they can tell us is "we are sorry, we are working on it. We're sorry very sorry.. We are working on making things better". I don't think they really care about their clients. They already received all the money up front so they have nothing to lose. The place was so beautiful and its sad to say that the service here is a joke. If they cared about their clients, they will work on improving. After all, this is their clients most important day. We chose it because of the beautiful venue and the good service they provided before making the deposit. After the money is paid, they could careless. This is very unfortunate. I would highly recommend RSC. When we booked there, I felt pretty good about it. They are more along the lines of an all-inclusive venue as they will provide everything except the cake, DJ, and photographer if you want. They do have their own decor you can use but we opted out. I was a little unsure about the blue walls inside, but when I saw the reception hall done up the night of our wedding, it was GORGEOUS. I had many guests tell us it was one of the most beautiful venues/weddings they had been to, which was a pleasant surprise. I was so happy with how everything looked. Our guests and vendors also raved about the food. Chef Jason will literally make anything you want -- anything at all. We had beef tenderloin with a choice of 3 sauces, chicken breast with the choice of two sauces, a mac n cheese bar (omg, this was SO GOOD and our guests went nuts over it), salad, green beans almandine, and several apps. We were told it was the best wedding food that many of our guests had ever had. Again, I was pleasantly surprised and I can say that the food was really damn good. The kiddos were provided chicken fingers at no extra charge, which was awesome. Our wedding coordinator at our venue was Kim and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very organized, personable, easy to work with, and she was always close by to make sure we were taken care of. She helped make sure all the little kiddos at our wedding were assisted as well. Everything went so smoothly that night thanks to Kim! One last note about Reflections -- Jason, the chef, does most of the front-end customer service at Reflections, and he is really great. It has taken me a while to actually sit down and write this review, but better late than never. I want to start off by saying I really like this venue, I think it's gorgeous and the garden is truly perfect if you're planning an outdoor ceremony... the pictures will not disappoint. The food I will add is also really good, much better than others! I got married here a few weeks ago and although the pictures turned out great, I hate to admit the process wasn't entirely stress free on my wedding day and I'm glad the stress didn't show up on those pictures. For starters, when we were called for our food tasting we talked to Robin and asked her how early we could come to the venue to get ready, which she told us we were allowed to come in at 4pm and use the venue. (Our ceremony was at 7pm) During our rehearsal 2 days before the wedding, we were told by Ester (our coordinator) that we could not get ready at the venue at 4pm that was the time that vendors could come in and decorate but we could not use the brides room because they could have walk ins and they were required to show them the venue. (Even though they said they stopped showing walk ins at 4pm) Weird. For us to have an extra hour (even though we were told weeks prior we could come in at 4) we would have to pay $250. It was later brought to my attention that they had made a mistake by telling me 4pm. Now, I'm no wedding expert but 1 hour to get ready in the bridal suite is ridiculous. Why would you offer the suite for 1 hour when I was told walk ins are not allowed 2 hour prior? Regardless, we paid for the extra hour because we wanted to get ready there and take pictures however as soon as I walked into the venue on my wedding day Ester runs up to me and tells me that my original DJ could not make it and they had sent another one. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THIS ON MY WEDDING DAY? Not only was I a nervous wreck as soon as I heard that, but it was a little annoying having to hear and be asked all the little things when all I wanted was a stress free night. TELL ANYONE BUT THE BRIDE. Seriously. Go tell someone else! If that wasn't my original DJ I rather not know about it! Tell me at the end of the night or after the ceremony when I'm not so sensitive. Okay, other than that, I will say it was a little frustrating getting asked about everything. Oh you want white wine? Will that be paid separately or will it come out of the drink tab? Um, I don't know figure it out. Now, I understand the need for wedding coordinators because they keep everything flowing, but it was extremely annoying having Ester tell us we had to do this, and then go do that, then wait awkwardly for whatever she told us to do to happen. A great example of this was the cake cutting. Ester gathered us to go cut the cake, so we walk over to the cake, then she goes to the DJ and tells him it's time to cut the cake, to which we awkwardly have to stand next to the cake as the DJ starts to play the cake cutting song. Why she didn't talk to the DJ and have him do his thing first, then gather us is beyond me. Also, love how she is in the background of EVERY. SINGLE. PICTURE. Nothing against you Ester, I think you are a nice woman, but I think you should have talked to the DJ before the reception and talked to him about how you wanted things run instead of telling us, then telling the DJ, then coming back to us. Also, when you're telling people to leave so they can send us off, don't just do it for the guests, but the servers too. We had to dance our secret last dance while the servers cleaned up. I will give credit to LAURA, another coordinator (and our original coordinator but something came up and they gave us Ester) she was the only one with a brain and told all the servers to go to the back and wait for us to finish, for that I am really grateful. I want to note, the servers started cleaning at 10:55. Our package was until 11pm. Thanks for those moments during our last dance! In a nutshell, the venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, but there just seemed to be a lack of communication between the DJ, the wedding coordinator and he said she said with other people that made the wedding more stressful than it needed to be. read more

My wife and I recently attended a wedding at Reflections. We were so impressed with this venue. I usually don't write reviews, but after reading some of the other reviews, I felt like they should be the bearers of good news. We arrive early for the wedding and everything was in place. There was plenty of room for all the family and friends to meet and visit. Parking was easy and we had time to walk around the beautiful garden. That evening, everything went off without a hitch. After the wedding service, we were seated in the dining area where a appetizer buffet was set up before we arrived. The bar was ready and the DJ was right on time. The newly married couple arrived soon afterwards and the dinner buffet was served. Chef Jon's brisket was the best brisket that I had ever eaten. Fresh salads, fresh vegetables, and his brisket made a great dinner with plenty of food for seconds. As you can tell from my review, it was a great all round experience. I'm sure Reflections has many satisfied customers that have been coming for years. I know my wife and I would go back for any function. Hello Penny, I was the bride at your venue on August 4, 2017 and would like to adress your accusations and threats that you left on the review by Irene a month ago. First, no one has nor is "black-mailing" you as you claim. As for the rest, I personally drove back to Reflections to speak with your GM Robin and your "5 star chef" on 8-10-17. My time was wasted on them claiming how much "extra" they did. Well thats news to me as my contract doesn't detail any discounts other than 1/2 price for kids. Now about the food... they both kept on insisting it was the mix of "spices" that caused some kabobs to smell. Well it smelled and tasted spoiled to us and the few guests brave enough to voice it. I am Bengali/Indian, and we eat these spices in our everyday food. Do you, or your Chef? But yet you claimed your 5-star chef can cook any cuisine. But I disagree, and not to mention the whole "buffet style" was a joke. You call it a Buffet but had servers serve the food and small portions. There wasn't enough apparently. Each guests received maybe 2 peices of chicken and 2 beef kabobs that were about an inch big in size. How is ok? Call it however you like but no mixture of spices can create that smell. And THAT was our humiliating experience! We had brought this to your coordinator Esther's attention during the reception. Why would anyone risk such humiliation at their own reception? Since you seem to believe we are just making this up. Speaking of Esther, she didn't bother to know timeline correctly and instead of enjoying my reception, my cousin had to direct YOUR Coordinator. There were several issues and many people to witness it. But at no point did I demand or ask for compensation, or cause a scene because NONE of that can make up for the Shitty experience, service, memory, and embarrassment. So before you try to accuse anyone of blackmailing and stating false claims, please check your facts and claims first. It was far from a "lovely" event promised, and we paid every dollar. You boldy claimed in your comment that an "assigned staff member" is in charge of overseeing gifts. Who was that exactly for my event? Because when I asked about cameras and missing cards, Robin made it clear that the venue "reccomends the family" to oversee and collect gifts. Would you like proof of this statement since you are demanding "proof," I'd be happy to share with everyone. What REALLY is a shame though is that businesses take advantage of good honest people. Then demand their reviews be taken down by intimidation and threatening legal action because they can't own up to mistakes. Your GM and chef kept trying to convince me I should try to remember the "good" and how beautiful the event was... which the credit goes to my hired decorator who I payed thousands for. Heck, I, the BRIDE had decided Reflections wasn't worth review. Until now... to respond to your foolish reply and threats over a month later to someone who left a negative review about their experience at my reception. Is this how I'm supposed to move on and "remember the good."? I work in retail/business and never have I had to deal with such unprofessional behavior. So watch out future brides looking to rent this venue... sure it has a beautiful outdoor area but any other season the greenery is dead. They require full payment 3 weeks in advance and now I know why. Will make all these beautiful promises at first, but don't be surprised when those turn into "no guarantees" extra fees, and bad service. But of course, it's their word against yours... so get everything in writing, signed and recorded. Oh and if the food is spoiled, save it and freeze it. If science can determine cause and time of death on dead bodies, Im sure they can the same for food. read more

First, to preface this I want to say the Chef- Fritz- deserves way better than 2 stars. He was the best part of this venue, working with me to create the perfect menu right within my price range, and on the day of he produced a wonderful meal. So, thank you Fritz. Other than that, many mistakes were made on the day of my wedding. The venue assigned me a coordinator who didn't seem to know what she was doing. In the planning stage, I emphasized that moscato was my favorite wine and was promised it at my wedding (as part of the bar package I paid for). On the day of my wedding, when I requested moscato there was none- they said they only had rose. The manager of the venue also promised a bridal punch in their bridal punch bowl. That too was missing on my wedding day. When it was time to leave the wedding, the coordinator forgot to inform my photographer, videographer and DJ. They were all setup in the backyard for my last dance, while I was walking out the front and all the guests had their sparklers lit. When my vendors found out they had to hastily setup in the front, and my husband and I had to do the exit walk again so it could be recorded, but I ended up getting mostly burnt out sparklers in the photos and no exit song. My coordinator also said she would setup or hand out my going away gifts for the guests, but she forgot, and now we are stuck with 100 personalized cups. This venue will tell you 4 hours is plenty of time to enjoy your wedding, but it is not. The time is a blur, and you definitely need more than 4 hours to enjoy the results of all your planning! Your wedding should be as perfect as possible, and the venue you're paying should not be the one making mistakes. I really suggest driving further out to a place that gives you the time and attention you deserve (especially for the money you are probably spending!) read more

UPDATE : Hi Penny, First off, the review by Tom V. is a separate review and has no correlation to mine, but it does look like he had a similar experience. I had been emailing back and forth with a gentleman about interest in coming to your venue and we set a date for October 4th, 2014. On that day, myself and my now wife, walked into your establishment and were only there for about 5 minutes. At first Michael Story was very nice, but that all changed after he asked me if my wife was my MOH. I said "No remember from the emails? There are 2 brides." and then smiled. His reaction was something I will never forget, with his head down and shaking no, he said, " We're all Christians here and I wish you the best of luck but unfortunately... we can't help you here." I was shocked as this was nothing we had experienced yet. From, that point on, we felt it necessary to ask every vendor is they had anything against same-sex marriage. Many apologized for having to even ask that question because of how we were treated at Reflections on Spring Creek. This is a REAL review and we were turned away for being a gay couple. I do not want another couple feeling this ignorance, hate, and hurt on what is supposed to be a happy day. This review is in no way an attempt to "Tarnish the fine reputation of this business by intimidation or negative comments", but rather a warning to other couples that are either supportive or part of the LGBT community. If you are somehow unaware what is going on at your venue with the other owner/husband, you may want to do something about it now. As a member of HRC, I was told I should file a complaint, but I let this go so that it would not ruin the memories of our special day. If you would like to set up a meeting to confirm this experience, I would be more than happy to do so. After you filed a dispute to my one review on Weddingwire (since this is the site we used and they asked me to review your venue) to get it taken down, and succeeded because for obvious reasons we do not have a contract with you, I wanted to make sure other couples knew and posted the review here. Let's start with what we love about this venue. It was a venue that looks like a fairy tale wedding and has the potential to be one. After the cocktail hour, things went downhill fast. We were told of the prices at the beginning but they did not provide very much details on drinks and food until 2 months from our wedding date. At that point, we already paid our deposit + half the venue costs. We had a minor confrontations regarding alcohol even 2 weeks before the wedding. They allowed family styled self-served dinner but ended up charging us a price suitable for individual guests table service. Granted, our customized menu had steak medallion and lobsters as the main entrée so we agreed that may raise the price a bit. However, the quality of the "customized menu" was at best subpar. The steak medallions were served cold and dry, at best it tasted like hamburger patties. The lobsters were promised to be the best thing on the menu but it failed miserably. We were charged very steep prices for simple boiled lobsters with butter sauce that were served raw at some tables and served only 4 pieces to a table of 10 people. Some guests did not bother fighting for the food and ended up not eating the entrees at all. Some just had the overly sour cucumber cold salad and fried rice (which you can easily find at a 2 star Chinese food place). Chef Jon was introduced as the best chef you can possibly get with backings of awards..etc. He was an absolute disappointment and made us so embarrassed that night to our guests. In addition to the horrible food quality, the guests had to wait 1 hr from the start of the reception to get food on the table. When food finally came out (after my own family members had to go into the kitchen to rush them and complained of how slow they were), the soup that was served first came out 1 bowl at a time. ONE bowl at a time to a total of 220 guests. Yet they keep explaining to us the high prices they set are due to food cooked by a "5 star chef" and the "best" service possible. Some guests told our families afterwards that the adults had to grab crackers and food from the kids' table (mac/cheese and chicken fingers) while they wait for the food. It was embarrassing to hear some guests ended up leaving the reception early to eat elsewhere. On top of it all, the staffs on our wedding day wore untucked shirts and tennis shoes. Even the managers wore clothes that were very casual and unprofessional, it made our wedding day look much less classy and unrefined. We paid $3500 for the open bar and again Reflections failed to deliver. The bartender that they had at the open bar did not know some of the drinks guests requested and my friends had to resort to the simple "rum and coke" or "gin and tonic". It's as if they just appointed a random staff there with very little experience in bartending. When guests asked for just sprite or coke, they were told that it's to be charged. After hearing that, guests resorted to just water because it was free. All of this happened on the day of and we did not expect it to be this bad. Everything happened so fast, we did not realize until that moment. We were flabbergasted how much they charged us for the horrible food and service ($70/guest). We felt completely ripped off and so embarrassed in front of our families, the elders, and our very close friends. $15,000 was added to our bill 1 week before our wedding after our initial payment under contract was paid. ~ $25k total for food/service/gratuity/drinks/venue that failed to deliver in all aspect of a wedding. Despite the beautiful setting, I would never recommend my friends and family to have their wedding here. Reflections was our fairy tale wedding that did not come true. Rather, it was a nightmare that unfolded as the evening progresses. To this day, the staff still has not responded to our concerns. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the venue at Reflections. We were blown away by the sheer beauty, elegance, and grandeur of the facility, let alone the courtesy and professionalism of the staff; my husband and I were lucky to be invited to a surprise birthday party here. Upon entry our party was escorted to the stunning reception area: oversized plush couches, huge dance floor, beautifully decorated tables, and grand lighting awaited us. The cuisine was delectable and left us going back for tasty seconds. And the bartender was the nicest person. Needless to say, the party was a hit, and we all had a lovely time. I was even able to take a stroll in the lovely gardens outback with my hubby. Don't tell, but we stole a romantic kiss under the gazebo overlooking the koi ponds. Thank you to the thoughtful owners for sticking around until the end with a smile. Honestly, I'm kicking myself now for not booking our wedding here. We had my daughter's wedding here in 2012, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone there. They were great to work with and very accommodating and helpful. The "business end" of it was taken care of professionally and efficiently. And, I might add, very reasonably. The "fun part" - the food and actual wedding planning was equally wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing, and all of the wedding planning help was invaluable. We had an outdoor wedding and the gazebo/garden area was stunning. The indoor reception in the banquet hall was excellent. There was plenty of room for everything we needed - including DJ, dance floor and photo booth. The facilities for the bride and groom and wedding parties were spacious and comfortable. It was a beautiful and magical occasion, made possible by the wonderful people at Reflections. I recommend this venue very highly. read more
