The newly married couple arrived from the UK a few days in advance of the party, but both of them came down with Covid. Needless to say, we had to cancel the party, and all of us were devastated! But Vaibhav from the Glitz was great and gave us a credit for the full amount that could be used if we rebooked the party within a year. Nearly a year later, we finally pulled off the event. The venue was excellent, and everything went smoothly thanks to the help from The Glitz and Vaibhav! I would definitely book another event at the Glitz.

I think it's fair to assume When you rent a venue, you expect to show up with it being clean and ready to use. There was stuff all of the floors. The kitchen was a mess. The bathrooms were dirty. Decorations and balloons still up from night before. No paper towels in kitchen or bathrooms, no trash bags in bathroom. Our tables were not set up and table cloths not out or chairs out. We had to wait for him to set up tables so we could start decorating. Some of the tablecloths had stains on them, probably from night before. The chargers they used were dirty, we had to wash food off several of them. To top it off, he was rude. Not apologizing or trying to make things right. He was supposed to come back and mop before guests showed up cause the floors were disgusting and decided to show up Late when our guests were there and tried to mop....we told him to forget it... He isn't moping around guest. Not one time Did he apologize or make things right. He would be mad or fling his hands. He even showed the venue to 2 or 3 People while we were trying to decorate. Making them promises of stuff he would do, that he did not do for us. When you rent a venue, you expect to walk in and it be clean and ready for you to use. That was definitely not the case!

The AT&T stadium staff, security, and Dallas Cowboy employees refused thousands of ticket holders…read moreentry into the stadium. Instead of safety for its fans they chose to save themselves. On Sunday September 20th, 2026 during the Dallas Cowboys football game staff stopped allowing fans in through security checkpoints. Security closed the gates stating we are going inside because of approaching bad weather and lightning strikes nearby. I stated to security "so you're going inside and leaving us out here in the open"? A Dallas Cowboy employee directed paying ticket customers to stand under trees by the entrance? Complete stupidity, we all learned you don't stand under trees in electrical storms when we were in kindergarten. The Dallas Cowboys should be ashamed of themselves leaving fans outside as heavy rain approached and dangerous lightning strikes fell upon the area. They admitted the danger by pulling security and closing checkpoints and leaving paying customers stranded at the entry gates under trees. My wife and I said screw this as the line grew for entry and we decided to leave before it started to rain. Keep in mind most people park a mile or two from the stadium and walk. After about 20 minutes of walking towards our car it started to rain and lightning became more intense. Thankfully security at the "National Medal of Honor Museum" gave us shelter out of the weather. We didn't even have to buy a ticket. Imagine that the "Medal of Honor Museum"providing a safe place for someone needing shelter with a fast approaching storm and charges nothing. We waited out the storm for about 45 minutes here. On the other hand America's so called team "The Dallas Cowboys" sells you a ticket, leaves you stranded outside with approaching bad weather to save themselves, leaving paying ticketed fans stranded and in harms way. What I learned yesterday is the AT&T Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys staff from top to bottom believes in every man, woman, and child for themselves. If the ships going down they will not put you in a life raft, drowning in a pool they will not throw you a life ring. Imagine a tornado approaching AT&T Stadium and security closes the gates and runs inside locking the doors to save themselves. That is what they will do because I've seen how they react with approaching bad weather first hand. This is what happened September 20th, 2026 to every Dallas Cowboy Fan trying to get to the game and seek shelter before the storm arrived. "America's Team"? I think not!

Staff was really friendly - much friendly than at some clubs that I've visited. Parking was relatively nearby but signage wasn't great for one new to visiting. I ended up driving all the way down before realizing I had to turn around (and should have made a turn well prior). Spaces looked inviting - and the food was tasty. Seems like a nice spot for an event. I didn't see the course so I cannot comment on that but from what I've heard it's nice.

The pool area was good and our server was super helpful the afternoon we were there. The bad....we checked into our adjoining rooms and they both had this weird smoke smell. We asked to be moved but they couldn't move us to different rooms. Someone came in and sprayed some air freshener instead. One of the adjoining doors was broken and wouldn't stay open so maintenance had to come fix that. The closet doors also would not close all the way so the light stayed on all night. The room was damp. When you woke up in the morning, everything and I mean everything, was cold and damp. Even my shoes. The duvets seemed like they hadn't been replaced since they opened. They were paper thin and all the feathers were clumped together and uncomfortable. On Friday and Saturday night they had a bar and snacks out, but once everyone checked out on Sunday it was like a ghost town. Sunday night there was no bartender at the bar, no snacks out and no water in the lobby. For the price I was very disappointed and would not recommend it. I only gave it 3 stars because of the staff.

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Checking In & Perks If you aren't a member yet, definitely sign up before you arrive! Upon checking in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and free WiFi. Karina handled our check-in and was absolutely wonderful--extremely amicable, professional, and the perfect example of excellent customer service. The Atmosphere & Unique Daily Themes One of the coolest features of this hotel is the daily theme hosted in the lobby: Day 1: A complimentary snack cart stocked with chips, candy, and water. Day 2: A fun trail mix station. A bourbon and burger event offered at a very reasonable cost. On our second day, we interacted with Rashad, who was also the absolute epitome of customer service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. The Rooms & Amenities The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and well-designed. Our room faced the mini-field at The Star adjacent to the hotel. Even though the hotel was completely at full capacity during our stay, the room was remarkably quiet. The soundproofing is top-notch. The bathroom was equally spacious. We did have one minor hiccup where a provided bath towel was visibly dirty, but the staff handled it flawlessly, immediately exchanging it for fresh linens the next morning. The pool area is beautiful, and both the bartenders and pool attendants were incredibly attentive and quick with their service. Dining & Events We spent some time at Neighbors, the on-site bar and restaurant, and sat on the patio to people-watch. There are also plenty of other great restaurants within short walking distance. As for the birthday celebration, the event space was stunning. The decor leading up to and outside of the ballroom was beautiful and incredibly well-executed. The event food and drinks were great overall; the only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit too salty, but the rest of the meal was delicious. A Special Highlight As an added bonus, Samuel L. Jackson was filming a spinoff of Tulsa King right when we arrived! Despite the production hustle and bustle, the hotel staff did a seamless job of accommodating regular guests and maintaining a premium experience. In closing, I highly recommend this property for its spacious rooms, stellar location, and a team that truly understands hospitality. We will definitely be back!
