If you think its a traditional bingo night, think again. Bingo Loco is wild!!! High-energy from beginning to end. Imagine bingo, a dance party, a game show, all rolled into one. You'll have to do a quick search to learn more about Bingo Loco. Its held in various locations all over the country. Tickets range from per person to a reserved VIP table. If you go solo or with a small group, its open seats. This location was long tables and seating was euro style. We enjoyed everyone around us. This specific event offered food (nachos, popcorn, pizza slices, etc), drinks (water, soda, fruity alcohol in a wine crafe & jello shots) and swag. The doors closed 7pm sharp, lights dimmed down and the neon lights turned the room into a party house. Our host and Dj were AMAZING: funny, sexy, and really kept the crowd completely engaged the entire time. Impressive! The way it works is simple: you get one bingo card, a highlight pen, and the Dj plays several rounds of music through out the evening. But instead of typical letters and numbers called out.. the Dj plays music that matches songs on your bingo card. Bingo was one row (5 boxes) in a horizontal direction. It was easy to follow. Don't feel intimidated if you don't know the music, it's all part of the fun. Most people used apps lol. There were some pretty cool prizes. I'm sure it's different at each event. We had the chance to win everything from an air fryer, jumbo sized pink sloth, karaoke machine, disco ball football helmet, a giant dildo penis mounted to a bucket, and a trip for 2 to Las Vegas (to name a few). Between rounds, there were sing-alongs, confetti blasts, a chance to stand up and dance to the music, and random moments of pure chaos that kept the energy level through the roof!!! I LOVED that this was a 21+ event. The mature audience made it feel more like a fun night out with friends than a family entertainment event. Everyone was there to let loose, laugh, dance, and have a good time. Maybe too much fun lol. The hype surrounding Bingo Loco is absolutely justified. I've seen videos online and wondered if it could really be that fun in person. The answer is yes. The crowd was enthusiastic, and fully committed to the experience. Looked like some groups were birthday celebrations, batchelorette parties, GNO, and definitely groups of friends of all ages and genders. Frisco Hall Event Center was a great venue for it as well. The space allowed everyone to be part of the action. If you're looking for a unique night out, be prepared .. once you've experienced bingo this way, regular bingo will never be exciting again! We are already looking for where the next one is located. We would definitely return to this venue if it was hosted here again.

We had only signed our agreement a few weeks earlier when an unexpected family emergency and unavoidable international visa/travel delays made it impossible for us to continue with our wedding reception. We notified Crystal Banquet a full month before the event, which was scheduled for a Thursday, not even a prime weekend wedding date. We had paid a $1,500 deposit, but no event ever took place and we never received the services we were paying for. We were also still weeks away from the point in the contract when the final guest count, menu selections, and other event details were supposed to be finalized. Despite explaining the circumstances and repeatedly trying to work something out reasonably, management refused to return our $1,500 deposit. Even more upsetting, they pointed to their cancellation policy to claim that we could potentially be responsible for 75% of the invoice because we cancelled 30 days before the event. What made the experience worse was the communication. We tried to speak with management directly over the phone to have an actual conversation about the situation, but our attempts to discuss it were dodged and we continued receiving short responses simply referring us back to the contract. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies and deposits for protection. But there is also a difference between having a policy and refusing to show any reasonable flexibility when an event was booked only weeks earlier, cancelled a month in advance because of circumstances outside the family's control, and no reception or services were ever provided. The entire experience left us feeling that collecting money was more important than working with a family facing a legitimate emergency. What reasonable purpose does keeping the entire $1,500 serve under these particular circumstances, especially for a Thursday reservation that was cancelled a month beforehand? We approached Crystal Banquet expecting compassion, professionalism, and good-faith communication, particularly because we considered them part of our own community. Instead, this situation has been incredibly disappointing and stressful during what was already a difficult time for our family. Based on how management handled our cancellation and communication, I unfortunately cannot recommend Crystal Banquet.

My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! All in all, this place was a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the price in MHO.
