While waiting for my party to arrive I sat at the second floor bar, Heaven Hill, and ordered a couple cocktails. When I checked the website, the exact same lounge was available again for $1,000, while other dates remained at their original pricing. It certainly appeared that the price was increased because of the demand for this game after reservations had already been made. I am extremely disappointed by how this was handled. I will never host an event at Legacy Hall, and I cannot recommend booking with a business that cancels reservations only to relist them at a much higher price. This is unethical and bad business! You guys would've made that money back easily with the amount of people in attendance. It's unacceptable and plain greedy!
