Love that they added a dance game! Brought my board game club here for the night we all had fun. Perfect for older gamers who miss the classics. Service was nice love the guys who work here. I did not order any food.

Really cool place with lots of games. They had old school consoles set up on old box TVs, and PC games with old computer screens. A wall of pinball machines, and all the stand alone arcade games. The Mortal Kombat 1 arcade machine is absolutely righteous with a 50" screen in 4k. They also serve alcohol. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great retro game selection. The service is always friendly and their rotation of craft beers is a must-try.

Great place to be nostalgic while enjoying joystick and pinball games, and enjoy newer games as well.

This is probably the last time in a long while that I attempt to go to FatBurger. Ordered at 6:05 for sit down and here we are a 6:39 and still no food. As well, there 9 people in the place and what's funny is no one has food. There is clearly a prioritization of online orders over people who come in to eat. While the food is good, it's not worth this level of absurdity. Update 6:45 cold burger, cold fries. What a shit show.

From our order being taken (and made correctly first time time, to being served and offered a fork when I was eating a burger topping with my hand, the service was great. Everyone, especially the man cooking the burgers, had a great vibe and friendliness. I got the Jalapeño Popper Burger and shared Chili Cheese Fries with my wife. The burger was amazing, full of flavor and grilled perfectly. I took my poppers off to eat them separate because the burger didn't need any topping, not even cheese. It was that good of a burger. The chili they make here is top notch. The cheese on my fries did melt right after I took The picture. Was chili cheese goodness. Will defiantly be back when craving a properly cooked and seasoned burger.

Portillo's is typically a hit or miss with us here…read more Depending on what you get will actually determine how you like the food. We always get the [Jumbo] Hot dog, which is not as big as you'd expect, but it's tasty. We enjoyed eating the Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, Char-Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, and the Char-Grilled Polish Sausage. These are all the hot dogs we typically order. We're not fans of the Italian Beef Sandwich nor the Big Beef Sandwich; they typically have a lot of gravy in them. The Char-Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich wasn't worth it. If you side the gravy and don't add peppers (an extra charge), you'd literally just get the bread and the sausage. The fries and onion rings are usually mediocre, but it's good served as a meal. On the other hand, the staff has always been kind, both in-house and drive-thru. The place has never been too crowded.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.
