I will never recommend this place again for a party or any type of event…read more I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant miscommunication and poor management. The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when planning an event.

I know it's a trampoline park with kids sweating everywhere but it didn't feel like that cleaned it much at all and kids could go to areas that were designed for older kids and get hurt and no employee was watching. The also make you buy THEIR specific grippy socks at any of the locations so be warned don't throw them away if you buy. I wouldn't recommend this unless your kid LOVES trampolines as the place wasn't super packed, and had a few variations of trampolines, an airbag, a soccer mini game, and dodgeball.

Could Be Better -- Needs Some Improvements…read more I was really excited to go to Urban Air, but it didn't live up to the hype. The place was packed, which is understandable, but there didn't seem to be enough staff around to keep things organized or safe. Some areas felt a little chaotic, and a few of the attractions looked worn down or not well-maintained. The prices are pretty high for what you get, especially when certain features weren't even open. Also, the food was just okay -- not something I'd go there for again. It has a lot of potential and could be a fun spot if it was cleaned up a bit and had better supervision. Probably not coming back anytime soon unless they make some changes.

Every time they visit, they get a special pair of Urban Air socks with rubber tread on the bottom, which is required here. My kids take the socks home and it's a brilliant piece of marketing. The layout and attractions all seemed pretty okay. One weird thing is that directly above the birthday party tables there is a harness course. See my picture. If someone were playing on the harness course, they would be raining down dust or potentially falling and being caught by the harness directly above the birthday party table. I wouldn't want my kids eating at the table looking directly up at the kids above them as it's a choking hazard. Really strange choice. Keep in mind that playing at or having a birthday party at someplace like Urban Air does come with a real risk of injury as a friend's child seriously hurt herself at a birthday party like this. It's a general risk. The parents' lounge upstairs is a little lackluster besides having a spot where you can sit and watch your kids from above. I also brought my one year old kid, hoping they would have a toddler place space, but there's nothing for a toddler to do there, ages 3 and up I would say.

Let me be the first to say: I fear trampoline parks. Truly!! I've heard so many horror stories…read moreabout bringing your little ones here and there not being enough enforcement with separating age groups in the trampoline jumping section. The older kids easily get too excited and trample the little ones without meaning any harm. That being said, we were invited to come for a birthday party and made a promise to ourselves that we'd leave the second it didn't feel safe. Plot twist: our kids spent soooo much more time enjoying the parts outside of the trampoline area. They went nuts for the ball pits (boy did I have to get over my ick of germs fast) and crazy slides. They had a blast!! This Urban Air is huge so you need to keep a close eye on your kiddos at all times. But we really did have a great time.

Incident to do with rage and profanity in plain view of children. We left feeling unsafe to walk…read morethrough the parking lot. We were offered free passes. We declined since we will never return. Incident stemmed from my daughter being sent back down from the zipline. She was asked if she'd gone - she said yes, meaning during the day, not that cycle. They were trying to manage a situation where kids would continue going on the zipline without going back down to queue. Understandable. The manner it was done, however, was a different story. I went back with my daughter to explain the situation and partly complain. Chole assisted and sent her back up. Chloe was the one on ground level and not the problem. My daughter managed to complete the zipline but came back upset. She said she was given the 3rd degree by Nash (not in those words and the name I learned later on). By this time, I was formally filing a complaint. Escalated it to the manager on duty, Wyatt. He explained how kids would continue staying up without queuing. I said, fine, but the 2nd time my daughter went up, it was not busy, there was not a line. And he intimidated her. Not ok for a kids-focused facility. Besides, the zipline had been closed for a bit just before that. Long story less long - I got upset at Wyatt for seemingly not caring enough about the customer point of view. I said I wanted the staff to apologize to my daughter. He went to talk to Nash. That's when things got ugly. Nash got argumentative at his manager. Not to my credit, I interjected. I said you intimidated my daughter. Nash said I was yelling at him and proceeded to summon his mother who came, along with a handful others. She started yelling - 'who's yelling at my son', f this and f that. By that time, a crowd had gathered, mostly kids, including mine. I had no words. Really Urban Air? Wyatt was at a loss. He and Chloe apologized profusely. The mother walked out into the parking lot. Wyatt gave the vouchers, Nash still there, not fired, waiting for mommy to return, maybe. We left... Now I brought my baby with me, but the party was upstairs in a room. Problem was, there is no elevator so I can't wheel the stroller in, I had to take it up the stairs. Now, I would have left if downstairs and be done with it, but there was no designated stroller area, and it honestly did not seem secure to be left unattended. I did try the churro bites. I was a bit annoyed since it took well over 20 min to get my order. Not only that the photo has the churro bites with chocolate dipping sauce. When I got my order it was just churros, I asked the lady where the sauce was, she said is EXTRA.. no where does it indicate that the sauce was extra.. but oh well. I passed on the sauce, and ate them plain (cinnamon and sugar). They were okay.. nothing really to mention.

Two other workers were just sitting down behind the counter doing nothing other than being on their phones and chatting together. My kids and I just bypassed the front desk and went straight to the floor and no one said anything because they are not paying attention. THEY DON'T CARE!!!!! No management on the floor to talk to. We are canceling our twins's membership and going elsewhere. Good luck!

It's not a super spacious play area, but seriously has all the fun essentials neatly packed together. Let's talk about what they have in store for the kiddos. You have to climb up first to get to the slides. The slides are the perfect length for toddlers! I know some slides that I have encountered are super high up, risking the kiddos bumping their heads if they are going down solo. There was a ride on toy car, rock climbing wall, ball pit, stuff animals, target shopping area, puzzles, etc. Let's just say it was the perfect size for my toddler to run around without me worrying. I was able to keep my eyes on him while carrying a conversation. Most importantly, they keep the place so clean. You can tell when a location is not worn down based on the cleanliness of the mats and colorful padding. The weekend is a popular time for others to reserve birthday parties. Make sure to check their website to see what the hours are open play for the day. For example, today open play was from 9-11am and 5:30 to 9pm. We will definitely be back if we happen to be in the vicinity.
