We do the annual membership and feel its a good value for the price. It gets a little busy on the weekends and if your kiddo is small you have to make sure bigger kids don't run them over (because no employees are policing anything) but those things are to be expected almost anywhere like this you go. A lot less busy during the week and the staff is generally friendly. Only reason its not 5 stars is the bathrooms. You can tell they are both primarily used and cleaned by children, so needless to say they are pretty gross. We usually stay for about an jour though and just make sure we have him use the bathroom before we get there. read more

I will never recommend this place again for a party or any type of event. I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to constant miscommunication and poor management. The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. The place was understaffed and I rarely saw a worker supervising, and the trampolines were super tacky and smelly in most places. I know it's a trampoline park with kids sweating everywhere but it didn't feel like that cleaned it much at all and kids could go to areas that were designed for older kids and get hurt and no employee was watching. The also make you buy THEIR specific grippy socks at any of the locations so be warned don't throw them away if you buy. I wouldn't recommend this unless your kid LOVES trampolines as the place wasn't super packed, and had a few variations of trampolines, an airbag, a soccer mini game, and dodgeball. read more

Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn't matter like what grip socks are worn. The lady was nice and helpful. The park was super clean and not overly crowded. Sunday evening at the Grapevine location of Altitude Trampoline Park. I was walking back to the tumble area because my daughter had just purchased a water bottle and took it with her to the tumble track area. When this man came to her saying "COME HERE, (then proceeded to take her water bottle from her) You can't have this over here." She took it back and gave the water bottle to and told me here take this this man just yelled at me saying I couldn't have it over here. As I am walking to a base area for me to sit on, he approaches me saying "You can't have that here you need to take it down to the lower floor. I said "Okay, I will just give me one second. He followed me and replied "If you don't take it off the floor now, then you can leave. I said, "Who are you?" He replied, "The owner." I responded, "Okay I was not aware we couldn't have water over here. Just give me a second to get collect my self and I will take it off". (His demeanor was very aggressive and completely unprofessional.) The way he approached me with anger and tone in his voice was all wrong, especially when it comes to running a family business. In this moment my heart was racing, and I did not feel safe. He then proceeds to tell me I could not wear shoes on the trampoline. (My feet were not on the trampoline I went to sit on a base area to watch my kid). I asked him if he was going to address this rule to me will he be addressing all the other parents there that has Water bottles, Gatorade and shoes on the feet while sitting watching their children? Mean while you have kids throwing little balls (Small black balls that are designated for a specific game on the back wall) that almost hit my daughter in the face. Children sitting up on the top orange part of the slanted trampoline walls and all while your employees are sitting down on their cells phone not paying attention or re-enforcing any of the rules. He should be less worried about a parent that is present in the location their child is jumping in trying to watch their child and give them a warning when kids come running across the tumble track. He was completely rude, very unprofessional, arrogant and did not know how to manage his staff and run a family-oriented business. Don't worry, I followed the rules and took my water bottle to the lower level and placed it where it should go. All because my child did not deserve to be cut short of her hour of jumping due to this issue. I was then targeted by another employee young man probably about 17 telling me I could not have my slippers on the trampoline. When I was sitting on a square base in the center of the trampolines. Did not even have my slippers (The ones you get from the nails salon when you get your pedicure done) on the trampoline at all. Meanwhile, there was a grown Man with his shoes on sitting across from me on a different base. That employee nor any of the other ones went to go tell him to take off his shoes. I spoke to the staff at the front desk, and he said yes that was the owner and he is a complete ass. Another kid said he was leaving in 3 weeks. I do NOT condone you encouraging your children to work at the Grapevine location Altitude Trampoline Park. Matter fact any location that this man owns. I hope you read this and understand where I come from. This was not a professional moment. It was very triggering to be yelled at by a older man this way and not Okay. I am just a parent that wanted to enjoy one hour of jump time after a great day of gymnastics. read more

Our family favorite time to go is for the toddler time called Junior Jumper. It's the trampoline park's designated time for children 6 and under with their parent or legal guardian. I love the Disney songs they play, I appreciate that they have a safe time for little ones to go and not get trampled, and I love the natural lighting this location gets. If it's your first time going, it's worth it! It's clean, spacious (very easy to socially distance 6 feet apart), and new! In comparison, Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is much darker inside, the music is not age appropriate (better for teens), and it definitely needs to be renovated. If you're comparing parks, I like this one much more for little ones. However, Urban Air is more affordable than Altitude and it does have more activities so that would be better for 7-9 year olds minimum. MY ONLY FEEDBACK TO ALTITUDE: I was surprised they didn't have child-sized toilets and sinks based on the fact that the park is FOR kids. So I would recommend adding restroom space with child sized utilities. read more

This is the one place that keeping up with a 10 year old is just plain futile. The child can handle the rockwall with ease, can bounce up a storm from trampoline to trampoline and throw herself into every foam pit in the place to her hearts' content. Yes, this place is fun. Even I got in on the action, as I was one of the few grown up types that wasn't just standing/sitting around. It looks like it's a great place to have parties. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I've been to other trampoline parks with her before and this one is by far a better one to go to. However- your "manager" McKayla is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever come across. There is no way this is the first time you have gotten a complaint on her. BIRTHDAY PARTY REVIEW - Parties are divided into 2 segments. The first one is the jumping time. For that, they get 5 STARS. Its so much fun for kids and adults. They even give you about 30 minutes to play dodgeball in an area dedicated just to your party. Participation is optional for the dodgeball game so those who want to continue jumping can. The 2nd portion of the party is when food is served. For this they get 1 STAR. The tables are very small with just enough space for the kids. And, they're placed right up against the wall around the perimeter of the facility. As a result, there is a steady stream of people going back and forth at all times in front of the tables. This gives parents little to no standing room. Also, the lack of space makes serving the food very difficult. To say that it is crowded would be a an understatement. If having cake and pizza and opening gifts is not the priority then this is not a bad place for a birthday party. Otherwise, there are better options out there. read more

Me and my pre-k son go almost once a week to let him run off energy and he loves it. Earlier during the day is designed mostly for the younger kids as teenagers arrive around noon and later. If you save your socks, it's generally worth the price, plus I'm sure it's great for spinal decompression in some capacity. read more

Excellent! I will review the whole experience but first let me say that staff member Cristina was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My son (15 months old) saw her from across the room and ran right up to her, she was beyond friendly and even played with him. I know it's not her job to sit on the floor and play "pass" with a little baby but she did it automatically. My son was enthralled with her and I was so impressed with her kindness twords my son. We were the only people in the building so she could have easily taken a break or went to sit and relax but instead she played with my son and he loved every minute of it. I am so taken back by her kindness in playing with him and engaging in games with a tiny baby. Absolutely wonderful person, I will be telling all my friends with kids to come here because of Cristina alone! (Cristina- If you read this, thank you so much) Review of the park itself: Big facility, clean throughout, and many play area options. We went during toddler Time and it was a great time slot, perfect for little ones and easy to schedule with nap times. A truly fantastic experience! I and my three kids heard about Altitude recently from an old friend via facebook, and immediately came to check it out! We jumped for about an hour, I nearly broke my back believing I was Larry Bird, but my kids loved it to bits. I can't tell you how much I love this trampoline park. It's huge, clean, well staffed, and well maintained. I bring my almost-5-year-old there by himself, but we have also done one birthday party, one family outing, and several play dates. We've probably been about once a month for the last year. GREAT venue. The first thing that's great is the layout. It's a huge space and kids can literally run back and forth as they like. I've been to other trampoline parks where kids of different ages are limited to their areas, but my kid gets restless and wants to see the other spaces. At Altitude, everything is all ages. There are separate dodgeball courts for the bigger and smaller kids, but they manage it based on age and volume (so basically, if there aren't big kids in the big one, it's free to all). Which brings me to my next point: the staff. I love the staff here. There are plenty of monitors on the floor, and they're very attentive, but they aren't over-assertive. They make sure everyone has fun, gets a turn, and stays safe, but it's not, "Stop that, don't jump that way, don't do this and that." It's general common sense safety, sharing, and courtesy. My kid gets to run around, bounce, do all the activities, throw foam balls, make noise, and it's acceptable within reason. The party set-up is very organized, as is the normal procedure for banding the kids and setting up jump times. The areas are all very clean. The restrooms are nice. They sell soft drinks and snacks at a reasonable price and offer deals for holidays and special occasions. For a typical visit, jump time is $9 for the first hour (I don't jump, but grown ups can if they pay). It's a great way for kids of all ages to burn off energy in a fun, safe, climate controlled environment. Altitude is a gem and we will totally keep coming here. read more

Why? 1) There were places to rest in between trampolines 2) Huge rock climbing wall with a foam pit you could fall into 3) Two diff sized basketball hoops 4) wall you could sit on Felt more spacious than Urban Air. Yesterday I went to a beautiful child's birthday, Teenage boy was being rude to my children and told my son to get out, I was clearly getting ready to leave packing up my stuff, throwing away my trash and I told my kids to jump for a bit before we leave just to have fun and be happy kids while I get my stuff together, then I see a teenage boy coming up to my kids and yelling at them he said we'd been there over time but his job is apparently to kill my baby's dreams . I was packing up my stuff saying goodbye to my best friend and he couldn't even wait a few minutes? You gonna tell my kid to leave but not the other kids? And he yelled at my baby's like give them some time. I brought my kids from Ukraine they are adoptees and are having flashbacks from the mean Russian men my poor babies. read more

You think if you're spending $500 on a birthday party the least they could do is have the room ready by the time the party is supposed to be starting right? Apparently not here. Over 25 minutes after we were supposed to be allowed in the room and 15 minutes after the party should've already started and it was still being cleaned. Don't waste your money just so you'll get 0 time to set up and they can cut into your party time.
