WAY more fun than I was expecting. I wasn't sure that slides would get the energy out of my kiddo but the combo of climbing stairs, swinging into giant airbags and running around did the trick! We went on a Friday evening when it wasn't packed and had a great experience. There are 8-9 slides to chose from, air courts for basketball, a designed safe play space for ages five and under and a fun trapeze/ swing that lets you jump and small arcade. Staff was present throughout the park, the space was clean, the air conditioning was a nice temp and they weren't blasting music like other indoor spaces tend to do. I didn't have any food this visit but they have a good quick food menu and table or single seating throughout. We look forward to returning. read more

It was a bit of a drive for us (1 hr) but it was so worth it!! We were there on a Friday morning and had the entire place to ourselves. I am a grown woman and I had just as much fun as my four year old lol The ladies at the front were super nice and helpful. I wish I would've asked for her name but just know you made my day The place was immaculate. Staff was around the entire time incase we needed something but never in the way. Be ready to sweat! Lots of stairs to climb but it was so fun and scary at the same time haha We WILL be coming back. read more

The slides were amazing and fun, but the only thing is that really made this review go down is that I think everyone here should be able to tumble on the air tracks. I came with three of my friends and we were the only ones on the dodgeball court, and the staff would not let us tumble even though we all tumbled and we were only doing things that are at our level requirements and we were not allowed to tumble. I think it's very stupid. There's way more than 1000 cheerleaders in the US in a lot in Dallas Texas so I think that's stupid that we're not allowed to tumble. This is something you should really put interview. I've talked to a bunch of people that think it's very stupid. Think about letting people tumble. It's not fair. this is why most people go to altitude because Lake City doesn't allow cheerleaders to do their sport. I think that's crazy that football dodgeball and basketball is allowed but not Cheer put that into thought. My son is autistic and we bought 4 passes spending $120 for the evening time 7-8:30PM so it's not loud for him. Mind you we did this to celebrate his birthday since he doesn't like loud noises or singing so we did this as a "pre" birthday party before tomorrow. At 8:01pm I snapped a photo, however I was told prior to 8:01pm that the snack bar was closed and no I couldn't get my children drinks or ice cream bars for his "birthday" when the snack bar is supposed to run consecutively with the park hours due to no food or drink being allow from outside. This is a safety concern. Especially for children with disabilities of diabetes. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

Slick City Denton's Homeschool Social was scheduled on THEIR OWN website for today (which we planned weeks ago on attending after seeing this event posted!), yet the manager chose not to honor the special discount. It must be because today was an early release for public school children and they wanted to take advantage of higher pricing instead of keeping their word to Homeschool families. We took our toddler to the 5 and under area and he had an amazing time! It was honestly the best set-up play area we've taken him to. It was thoughtfully designed for young kids, he didn't want to leave! While we do plan on coming back, I do feel that there was a lack of supervision for this area specifically. There was a group of older kids (definitely over 5, some were nearly my height) doing flips inside the climbing structure. Our son was on the bottom level and got bonked in the head when the mesh above him sank down from kids jumping on top. We had to take him out after that, just to keep him safe. Even some kids who were in the designated age group were climbing up slides, pushing past younger toddlers on the stairs, and blocking some places completely. At one point, there were two kids hanging off the smaller slide, pulling each other up while the other was dangling down so my son couldn't go down at all. He's on the younger end, so he was nervous climbing up to the big slides (and parents aren't supposed to go in with them), so the small slide was really his only option. I know parents are obviously supposed to be keeping an eye on their kids (especially moreso with them being so young), and while most do, the reality is that not everyone is paying attention.. And when that happens, I feel as though someone should be present to help make sure it stays safe and fun for ALL the little ones. We tried to bring it up on our way out, but we didn't see anyone at the front counter. We really did love this place and do fully plan to come back, but it would make a big difference to have some kind of staff presence in that area to keep things safe and age friendly! read more

I'll start by saying that this has the potential to be a really fun outing. My daughter and I went with high expectations of having fun. No fault to the business, my daughter was just not comfortable going down all slides on her belly as that was the rule. So keep that in mind if taking younger kids. Other than that the food looked good and kept the main areas clean and well ventilated. read more

We saw a reel on Instagram about this place and so it look like it was going to be a lot of fun. I mean it looked amazing on the reel like we had been missing something all of our kid lives. They even was an advertisement for adult hours but I would not be interested in that at all after visiting this place. First of all it's in Denton so it's not really convenient to where we live or anything. It is in an older shopping center in Denton. There was good parking and we were able to get in quickly as we purchased tickets in advance. The workers did not seem to be that active around the place in just cleaning up and walking around. The cleanliness of the place was so so. I am not sure how the food was. As We did not try it, but it smelled like it was going to be pretty good. My son and his friend who tried it are 10 years old. They were really kind of bored with it. They tried the slides and came back quickly. They seemed to like the basketball and the swing area better. We sat in front of the swing area and it seemed to be quite hazardous because some people would over swing, and you could kind of fall off the mat. Perhaps it needed to be a little bit longer... we stayed the two hours we paid for and asked the kids about their thoughts. They didn't seem to want to return which is unusual for a kids place. It was very chaotic and loud in there as well. I also wasn't sure how they know it's time for you to leave because we didn't hear any announcements or anything. So overall, it was something to do for the day, but we would not return as it was far and just nothing special. It wasn't very expensive compared to some of these kids parks. A large group of homeschool families from our local wrestling gym arrived at Slick City in Denton today for the advertised "Homeschool Social," which was supposed to offer discounted tickets and early entry. The event had been clearly posted on their online calendar, but when the families got there, they were told there was no homeschool event and that tickets were full price. Even after showing the manager their own advertisement, the staff made no effort to correct the situation. The manager was extremely unprofessional, offering no explanation or apology, and simply stared as the families--many of whom had driven over 30 minutes--walked out the door. It's a shame to see a business handle things this poorly, especially with such a large group of potential customers. I hope the owner reconsiders how they advertise deals and takes time to train the staff on professionalism and customer service. This was a truly disappointing experience. read more

Went here for the first time and the experience was EXPENSIVE! $28.xx for 90 minutes and $5.xx for a "must buy" socks are EXPENSIVE! Everyone age 4+ going on slide must pay the FULL price! It is a little different concept as you are going on those water park type slides but without a water and it is fully indoor. They have about 6 or so slides. After doing it for few times you feel bored and that is why I think price is on a expensive side. They do have little play area for the little ones. After doing it once I am not sure if I will go again or not. I can pay little extra and can easily go to a theme park for similar or even better fun. read more

This park is not for smaller kids it's good for tweens and teens. My 5yo and 7yo were scared to do all of the big slides and the only place they wanted to go was the little kid area and the 7yo is over the height limit. read more

Went there for my birthday and took both of my dauthers to have some fun untill,I wen into the restroom and the men's changing stations was broken, we still had 45 mins left on our mins and we had to leave early because of this situation, as a place for kis attractions, kids restroom should be #1 concerned, why was the restroom not checked earlier during the day that no one noticed that changing stations broken it was 4 a clock in the afternoon when we wen it, no one checked the restroom,this is just poor staff and management and you had 2 manager on duty and no one checked it untill I mentioned it also payed 41 dollars for a 1 and a 3 years old for 90 mins prices are ridiculous could of gone to chuckie chesse and got a better experience with actuall food and changing stations read more

Took my just turned 5 year old to a birthday party here. Unfortunately, he was too tall to enter the jungle gym area with other kids at the party. I spoke with a couple of employees about the situation and they were rude and unsympathetic. He was too afraid of the bigger slides. He finally thought he was going to be able to play dodge ball with some of the kids, however the employee overseeing that court took all the balls away and told them to leave. As soon as they got off the court some bigger kids went on and she gave all the balls back immediately. I was beyond frustrated and more than that, my son was sooooo sad and dissatisfied. He had been counting down the sleeps all week. I will NEVER go back. Overpriced to boot. read more
