Don't let staff unnecessarily yell at your kid! Some older lady who was managing the birthday area 06/20/25 around 4-5PM suddenly came yelling at my son about hitting other kids during play. When I told her that isn't true, and that the mother of that little boy that bumped into my child, already came to apologize, she changed her attitude. Maybe next time, hear out both sides before yelling at a little kid. I don't even want you to talk to my kid! Little bit of advice, break up large groups of adults hogging the space around their kid, so nobody gets hurt and also... talk to the parents, don't scream at kids that are not yours! Ok, this is based purely on my order of wings. My diet structure doesn't allow for pizza, so I was glad to see they offered naked wings ( warning, they charge extra for real wings). My original plan was to run across the road to Rudy's for some BBQ while my wife played games with the kids in case they didn't have their salad bar...which was closed cause od covid which didn't surprise me. Anyways, these wings were not only the smallest I had ever seen, but they must of been 50% fat. It was so much trouble to remove the excess fat that I gave up and threw them away when I realized how much waa actually left that waa edible. $18 down the drain. The only positive thing I can say is the bleu cheese dressing has big creamy chunks in it and the celery was ice cold and crisp. I Didnt even bother telling any workers cause they were swamped with people coming in and several birthdays going on. Yes, I know you want to say " well thats what you get for ordering wings at a kids place". Well again, I had restrictions and someone needs to see this I hope. Chuck E Cheese makes it easy to kick back and just enjoy a birthday without being bogged down with details and decorations. Five stars for Madison who helped host our nephew's birthday. We recently had our sons 7th birthday party here and it was great. The host was extremely helpful and kind. She made sure all of our needs were met and was very attentive. We had regular paper cups on our table and they gave us vouchers for the souvenir cups as they were supposedly out. However, I noticed another table had souvenir cups, I contacted an associate and and the manager switched out the cups right away. The place was clean, the food was fine. Went in today with my daughter. Overall it was kind of disappointing. Most of the tables were blocked off. And a majority of the games were turned off. I'd say probably 10 games at most were turned on and working. We also came in with a gift card that wasn't working even though money was loaded on it. The one bright side to the experience was a manager named Michael. He was very accommodating, and apologetic, and did his best to make the situation right. He would be the sole reason I would go back and give this location another try. Hire more guys like Michael! read more

Just want to commend the customer service at this location. We weren't even customers, but had a blowout on the side of the highway right in front of this location and one of their employees (possibly a manager) saw us stranded in 104 degree heat and brought us out two bottles of water! Let's be honest you don't come here for the food, you come for the games. That's because the food isn't that great. The pizza is really not that great. The games are fun ranging from small rides for little kids to some good arcade games for the older kids and adults. Overall it's a good place for fun with the kids. We had our 5 year old grand daughter's birthday here Sunday, it was great for all of the kids that came. Our hostess Sarah made it a special party for our little one. We did the bigger package that they offer it was around $270 for 10 kids. They had drinks, pizza, chuckee showed up and dances with them and took photos, they all had so much fun. There were party gifts for all the guests, souvenirs, extra tickets, 2hr unlimited play passes and our little one was able to go into the ticket wind tunnel and also got one complementary 1000 ticket voucher. Our grand daughter had almost 11k tickets when it was time to go, she had so much fun she even got her little brother and incredible Hulk stuffed animal. Good times thank you Miss Sarah. I hadn't been to a CEC since I was a kid but I remember the pizza as being godawful even as a kid. My wife and I started taking my toddler to the Denton location and I was pleasantly surprised by how much the pizza had improved. It's still not great but it seems to have gone from barely recognizable as food to not the worst chain pizza ever. The wings are also not bad. They also have beer and wine which is nice. Don't drink and drive, of course! Of course it's a completely chaotic atmosphere which goes with the territory when you mix soda, games and lots of kids. All games/rides 25 cents! I totally appreciate that everything is still a token. If you sign up for the e-mails, you can get some great food + token deals. The salad bar is pretty good but I'm disappointed that they don't offer a child option for the salad bar. I really don't want to pay 6 or 7 bucks for my son to eat 1/2 a plate of food but he doesn't like their pizza. We usually opt to just buy a drink and play and eat elsewhere. read more

I love chunk e cheese pizza. I was expecting the pizza to be delicious; I ordered a personal pizza, fries and the cinnamon sticks..The manager here was very rude ,acting like I was bothering her, even though the only thing I asked for was lids for ranch . Fries were small portioned and weren't seasoned at all and the drinks were room temperature unless you added ice. Overall this location food was horrid and I won't be returning ! read more

We had a little get together at this Chuck E. Cheese. We ordered a pizza and drinks, and the food was pretty good for a kids play place. The machine were a tad spotty as far as the working correctly and smoothly. Turning in tickets seemed to be fairly easy and picking out toys was a fun experience for the kids. I also appreciate how the employees check to make sure the child and parent stamped are checked before allowing for departure. read more

Food; its a little pricey for average taste. Pizza ok, but would highly recommend to look up coupons (chucky site) the wings are below avg again coupons is the way to go. Anyways moving on to why you really come here games and bdays. Birthday treatment is great, you get better deals for having them on Sundays and during week. Your host will take care of you and party great, really isn't that bad of a deal and you can bring your own cake (how I do it) ticketblaster for bday kid is extremely fun as well. Games are getting worst, they just upgraded, but with the upgrade decreases bonus wins, some games that gave 60 tickets are now 30, while others that gave 50 went to 30 (increase in points to get bonus) nevertheless kids have fun here and at the end that's what matter. Again highly recommend you sign up for chucky monthly coupon, it might not be much savings (compare to last couple years) but every dollar helps. read more

Had my niece's birthday party at this location this evening and it was a good time with the exception of a couple of things. 1. It was HOT in there. I seriously feel bad for the employees who are probably baking working in it. 2. They had about half of the restaurant blocked off for a birthday party tomorrow. Nothing was set up, the tables were empty with a sign but it makes me wonder why there was a need to make another customers experience not as great (on a Saturday evening) for someone who would be there on Sunday. It almost seemed like the employees or manager were being lazy and just didn't want to clean up. Since this was the case our pretty big party had to split up between 4 tables which was not ideal. We took our four children to the Denton location and had an AMAZING time! It was our two year old's first time going and the had cool play cards instead of coins! Chuck E Cheese came out and gave him tickets as well as an inflatable ball! We got some cute pictures, played games, rode rides, traded out tickets in for prizes and got free toys at the end! Today we came to this location to celebrate my friends sons birthday. The staff was so friendly, making sure to tell us to let them know when we sung happy birthday so she could send chuckie to sing with us. Anything we needed was quickly taken care of!
