Rick was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Including showing sample floor plans, modifying floor plans to meet our specific needs, updating me throughout while the home was being built and most importantly assisting with everything including delivery and Final punch out. He was invoked and assisted until I gave him my 100% approval that everything was completed as promised. I strongly recommend Rick as a sales representative on these buildings and houses. Very knowledgeable and there for the long term, not just for a quick sale.

They came out to our house, measured our space (kind of a difficult space) and brainstormed with us on our must haves and other options that could be included. They sent the sweetest letter to our kids from Santa to let them know that Santa had delivered all the pieces to them and that they would install it soon. It is AMAZING!! The install team worked non stop to get it done. There were a couple times they brought me out to brainstorm option on what would work best. They NEVER skimped on doing what was best, even though it meant extra time. I cannot recommend them highly enough from start to finish!! Please go to Backyard Fun Factory for your next playset/treehouse, you will not be disappointed!!!

I hate to have to post to review, but I've left no choice. I met with Shane, the owner, at his…read morestorage facility in Aubrey where he keeps his inventory and sells from. I was purchasing 3 ceiling fans, all in boxes that he said he had gone through each one to make sure everything is good and complete before selling ( otherwise he uses as parts). He assured me via direct message on Facebook Marketplace prior to our meeting, that if there wa any issues post sale, he would take care of it. Not true. I paid him via Venmo $275 for 3 fans that he guaranteed worked and were all there. It took a little while due to me and my house falling quite ill, before I could begin to get old fans taken down and news ones installed. Problems from the beginning! All three were missing parts and had parts that didn't go with them. I immediately let him know ( as I had a guy at my home in the midst of doing them for me). He was responsive and said he had extra parts I could pickup from his home ( near his storage) for which I did immediately. Was so apologetic and gave me a hug! Ok. So to take down the old and install the new fan, it took 5 hours from all the back and forth and faulty parts. And this fan still does not function appropriately as I've had to order new parts from manufacturer for another cost. The second fan doesn't work and the third has not even been attempted due to all the time and money already spent and low and behold after telling Shane- I am being ignored and he has NOT "taken care of it" in any way. So I still have to buy another set of fans, am out the $275 I paid him and all the costs of having someone come to do them and not be able to and the extra parts that may or may not work.... in the hole already about $500 already and not even done. Even during this he was still trying to sell me other stuff and when I told him I was waiting until we were done with the fans, he went silent.

I accidentally waited until the busiest season for landscape work, so I quickly found out that I was looking at a wait of at least 3 weeks with the three nurseries I called before I was referred to Meador Nursery. They have a huge selection and were very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked a hundred questions. Also- their price for my medium-sized tree was better than other places I got quotes from- including delivery and planting. Meador Nursery was the only place able to schedule a delivery and planting of the perfect tree at very short notice... and the tree looks great at its new home. Thanks, guys! You saved me.
