I received a quote and gave them a 50% deposit on my credit card. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. When I finally was able to get a hold of the manager he said he would have to check on the quote /order. I got an email back saying " that they could not complete the job because the employee who did the measurements quit".??? *come back and remeasure it maybe? He said he was going to send the deposit back in a check, not credit card. I got a check 5 days later, I deposited it and my bank ran it though twice. Both times it came back saying that they had "Insignificant funds" in their account. I called the business twice and emailed them as well. No one has returned my emails or calls. So they took my money and they did not product the product. Do not trust them! Do not give them any deposits because you will not get your money back. It's 04/19/23 and I still have not heard back from them.

I completed the request online and promptly received a text indicating they could view my home the following day between 11 AM and noon. I confirmed the appointment. After a light rain in the morning, I received a call around 10:30 AM indicating they were backed up due to the weather and they would be by my house at 1 PM. At about 2 PM They called and said someone could not be out until 3:00 PM. Considering they could not even arrive on time for an estimate, I could only imagine what delays and excuses I will receive if I decide to hire them to install lights. Therefore, after their inability to arrive on time, and attempt to extend the inspection twice I elected not to use their services.

He was very knowledgeable, checked out if my bathroom was the right size, it was. Set up for a time, I did. Had an awesome crew of men that set the tub I wanted, even with an shower. it didn't take long to install. Have been enjoying it every since. It's sitting down with warm jetted water. My elderly mother purchased a walk in tub from Lone Star Walk In Tubs early 2015 due to her having…read morebroken her second hip in two years and having a hard time getting in and out of the shower. In June 2015, we discovered a leak above the tub. Originally thinking it was the a/c overflow pan, we contacted an a/c contractor. They came out to discover it was actually from the tub installation and the rerouting of the plumbing. We contacted Mike K and he sent out his new installer to take a look at it since the original install guy was no longer working with him. The new install guy said it was a shoddy install job and if it were him, he would fix the plumbing issue and make it look more professional as the other guy had left the shower spiggott and the on/off valve on the wall that it was originally on. This looked like crap but the install guy told my brother, who was living with my mother at the time, that it was the way he had to do it. We requested Mike to make right on the situation and he never did. We contacted the manufacturer of the tub in NY who also said Mike should make the repairs. Mike's advice was to contact our insurance co who could subrogate to his insurance co. He also said we needed to contact the initial install guy. We did and he said the warranty was with Mike's co, not his. After getting the run around on several different occasions, we had the work completed and my mother was out of pocket over $1000 plus dealing with contractors, wet carpet in the bathroom, mold growing, sheetrock repairs, etc. He was a smooth talker when it came to selling his tub, but certainly wouldn't stand behind it. If you are considering purchasing a tub from them, I would think differently. My mother thinks she was totally taken advantage of due to her age. Working in customer service all my life, I have never personally dealt with such slime.

So I ordered some hay from the owner of this establishment to have it delivered. He had a max of 10…read morebales due to the shortage of hay in the area which I understand. It was my first time using this place, but they seemed nice enough when they delivered my hay. As the owner was leaving my property he said " when you get down to two bales give me a call so I can deliver more". I got down to two bales and called him as he had said ( keep in mind two bales lasts me roughly 3 days). I called him on a Thursday to inform him I was down to two bales and would need him to deliver by Monday at his convenience. He was very rude to me on the phone and said "yea, I don't deliver nymore especially just for ten bales cause it's not worth it." Keep in mind HE is the one that put the 10 bale MAX. I would have gladly bought more. Again he told me they can only do ten bales at a time. So let me get this straight? You only let us buy ten bales MAX but then you complain ten bales just isn't worth it? Keep in mind I also was paying him a hefty delivery fee and EVEN OFFERED MORE MONEY to deliver even though I am just down the road and he rudely said "no". The fact that I am offering up a solution to make it worth his while by giving him more money and he still won't take it just leads me to believe its laziness. Anyway, I was practically in tears because hay is hard to find here and I didn't want my horses to starve. I also told him he could have called me to at least warn me and give me time to find another provider (he had my number from when he delivered). Finally he says " I will give you a call Monday by 8:30am to see if just this once we can deliver since you are on the way of my liquid feed routes. Remember it's thursday and I only have 2 bales left, but I thanked him and said ok. Monday rolls around and it was 9:30am and still no call so icalled. He answered the phone and said " I don't know anything yet!! I will call you later in the afternoon!!". I explained that I was out of hay because he told me to wait til Monday and HE HUNG UP ON ME!! So I waited for him to call back and he never did!! That was my experience with the owner of this place. When did it become ok to treat your customers this way? What happened to people being kind? It's not like he was doing me a favor, I was paying him all his ridiculous fees for delivery and whatnot. I feel bad for others in the area who also relied on hay delivery.
