Amazing owner and team. These people actually care about doing something right, and it shows in the careful craftsmanship of their products. After having a very large, but also very typical, playset for my child, I began to notice her not using so many of the standard features. The set was showing a great amount of wear and I knew it was time to rethink what type of set she needed to maintain interest and also the aesthetics of our yard space. I searched the internet for hours for the best set that wasn't just the same thing I see in yards around, the same thing she'd grow tired of after a few months. I didn't want to waste my money on something that wouldn't be used so my husband and i decided we would need something customized for our family. Everything I found online was either more of the same or looked like it was made in my high school shop class. I wanted her set to be safe but adventurous and nothing I could find fit the bill, except for this company. I called The Backyard Fun Factory and made an appointment to have someone come see me at my house. The owner, Jarrod, came to take a look at our space and really listened to all that our daughter and her friends currently enjoyed in a set. He had suggestions that I would have never thought of, as well and helped me to begin to mentally picture the finished product. I wanted her to have a tree stand with a zipline, two side by side slides for racing and a nice adult size swing underneath for me and the other parents to enjoy while being near the kids, for our daughter to be able sit on and read outside and for a little spot to get away. I also wanted a tall, fun swing set attached and a climbing rope to a chin up bar, as well as some fun features. Once I had the idea in my mind, I did a quick stick figure sketch of our dream. Jarrod and his team recreated my sketch with all the details I wanted and even made improvements to allow for more deck play area. Absolutely amazing! You can not buy this set off of an internet site, as it was literally created with our daughter in mind. This company is phenomenal about listening to their clients and will even make changes as they build if you see something that you had not considered before. We highly recommend Backyard Fun Factory and especially the professional owner and his team of designers. You get what you pay for, and watching the kids(and adults) enjoy the beautiful redwood set makes it worth it! WOW!! We are all just over the moon with our new playset/treehouse. We went out to Justin to take a look at what they did and talked with the staff. They came out to our house, measured our space (kind of a difficult space) and brainstormed with us on our must haves and other options that could be included. They sent the sweetest letter to our kids from Santa to let them know that Santa had delivered all the pieces to them and that they would install it soon. It is AMAZING!! The install team worked non stop to get it done. There were a couple times they brought me out to brainstorm option on what would work best. They NEVER skimped on doing what was best, even though it meant extra time. I cannot recommend them highly enough from start to finish!! We called Backyard Fun Factory to move our playset for us after a move. Though it was not one we bought from them, they were able to easily accommodate our needs. They were super fast with their response to my request, and had wonderful customer service. They were able to get someone out quickly, which really helped us out as well! The gentleman that did the move was knowledgeable and efficient, breaking down and moving the playset to our new house.
