Additionally, I was not given a clear understanding of the training process, and it seemed that the company expected candidates to already have extensive knowledge of the position without providing adequate training. I believe the interview process could be improved by communicating expectations in advance and providing proper training for new employees.

After the insurance "inspection" resulted in a denial, we called Sellars Construction to help us to support the damage. Progressive refused to send another "inspector" without further evidence. So, Ean came out to the house and took more than 50 pictures to support hail damage. The insurance adjuster approved a second inspection for our appeal but would only provide a 3 hour window...and we were out of town! Ean stepped up, parked in my driveway at 8a, and stayed at the house for more than 2 hours waiting for inspector. The good news is...Ean went on the roof with the inspector and showed him all of the damage...and made sure that they inspected the ENTIRE roof. GOOD NEWS...we got approved!
