The other item was restrapping a Breuer chair - less challenging perhaps - but perfectly executed. The company kept me informed throughout the process and were unfailingly civil and responsive. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds.
