Outdoor faucets got frozen so I was adding water by running a garden hose from the bathroom sink (while freezing cold outside air was coming in to my house), just to avoid getting the pump damaged from complete stop of its operation. I was desperate. So Tanner's advice over text messages even before scheduling the service really helped me relieved, as he was so responsive and answered to my questions!! He came the following day, tested the water and did a quick clean day 1, and the price was monumentally better than the few other businesses who reached out to me (but at least they contacted me back, many of them never even returned my call, email, or yelp request). He is so friendly, loves animals (didn't freak out when he saw my German Shepherds) and spent actual time talking to my husband and I. We hired him immediately and I sent my friend his info., she has an appointment with him now. There are still companies that will do good, honest, quality work for a reasonable price. He is definitely the best choice. I am posting some after photos as of this posting before he will arrive to do a cleaning. First off, I can see now why they're 5 stars on Yelp... This company has impeccable customer service. From the first phone call to the leak inspection today, Jim and Keith were respectful, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do. The job may take an hour or it may take the entire day depending on what issues they find, but they make sure to spend as long as it takes to resolve the issue. Honestly, Keith did an amazing job. I know I called them just to check for a leak, but he fixed like 3-4 other issues with the pool while he was here. He was friendly, he was professional, he not only made sure the problem was handled, but took the extra step to educate me on parts of my pool I was unfamiliar with. Now, my pool is running better than when we bought the house. I never expect this kind of courtesy and professionalism from a company, but this was just an awesome experience. As the 2025 pool season is…read morestarting, it felt important to warn others about this company, especially new pool owners as they will attempt to take advantage of that particular point. After purchasing my home right as the summer months were upon us, there were no other companies with availability. They're unprofessional and will attempt to scam you out of your money as they attempted to charge me a starting price of $1700 to open up my pool (eventually paid another company that charged me less than $300) as they stated the pool needed a full drain with acid wash. Then they claimed that filter cleans were $135 per clean and that mine likely needed at least 3, when the company that opened my pool included it in their price. The tech also used my pool tools rather than the company's, and then the secretary/manager (TJ) took the tech's side (without any discussion) after I complained about the pool not being vacuumed (not once all summer), walls being partially brushed, water left running from the hose into the pool all night without my knowledge, and the pool overall not being cleaned properly. They didn't even bother to have a ledger stating what pool services were completed or chemical levels until after I complained. Stay away from these crooks ... You've been warned.
