My wife and I only go her for the wonderful lunch buffet. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly, and they will always check to make sure you get everything you want. The restaurant is always clean ,including the restrooms. They have board games for anyone to play! read more

So my husband and I went in about 3 weeks ago for pizza...it did seem busy but not over an hour waiting for pizza kind of busy!! Good pizza too long of a wait. I would not have done a negative review for that except for the following week we call for a delivery they said 45 min and show up an hour in a half later which would have been fine too except the pizzas were a disgusting, soggy mess and tasted like they sat in the boxes for hours! I called to ask if they'd sat for a long period of time because I paid $58 for my order and the pizza tasted really gross! The manager said the driver had one delivery before mine and it was close to me...she ended up offering me a $25 card or certificate of some sort for my next visit I did say yes because I felt that after spending almost $60 on horrible tasting food I would like to have it.....well unfortunately I have never received any sort of compensation for my terribly expensive nasty tasting food:( I will never order pizza from here to be delivered again and I guess going in on the weekends is not a good idea either! read more

It was very difficult to make an educated order when the woman on the phone claims no one in the restaurant knows how many inches are in each size. I suggest to management that you make sure your employees are knowledgeable about the menu and sizes of your pies. She was unable to tell me anything. 10 inch? 14 inch? Go to the lunch buffet here about once a week and always have a good experience. The woman working the cash register is always upbeat and very friendly. Always plenty of fresh salad and pizza. Best buffet I have found in the area. read more

Very disappointed, I booked a room, we use the room once a month for a meeting. The day of when I call to order the pizza they tell me the room is booked, basically to bad. I could not remember the name of the employee I booked the room with but it was on Sunday the 9th at 8:11 pm. I don't think it would be to hard to figure out. I do't know whybi continually keep giving this place a chance, Late night at work so i wanted a salad and pizza. The place was busy but customer service was marginal. There was barely enough lettuce for a small salad most dressing and toppings empty, and the staff was in the back laughing with a co worker dressed like a clown..The pizza was awful i think i havw finally learned my lesson. read more

I'm not a huge fan of chain pizza joints, but a friend suggested the salad bar for lunch, so I gave it a try. I have to say I am very impressed with the selection they have, in a town that is sorely lacking in salad bars. The employees were friendly and seemed to do a good job keeping things stocked. They had about five types of pizzas and some bread sticks, and they kept that side restocked as well -- even when one customer dumped the full basket of bread sticks on his plate (leave some for the rest of us dude!). Terrible delivery service. I ordered a large pizza and my total was $26.92. When they came to deliver, I handed her 2 $20 bills. Without even looking at what I handed her, she asked me if I wanted change. I was like "umm yes" I want change. Then she proceeded to ask me how much $3 something? I told her to give me all my change and then I will decide how much to tip. She handed me back $13 instead of $13.08. Now, it's not about .08 cents. It's about customer service. If you didn't have .08 cents, you could have said you don't have change. I understand they make money off of tips, but you should always hand the customer back ALL their change and let them decide. Perhaps, they would tip more. Now about the food - the pizza is okay. I ordered half cheese, half jalapeño and olives. My 2nd half was almost all olives, no jalapeños. It was rather disappointing. The crust is okay, a little too soft. I wish the crust was cooked a little bit more. But, it didn't get delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, so I will take that. read more

Wow! smelled the salad bar as soon as we walked in. Smelled rotten and sour. Food poison nightmare waiting to happen. Couldn't eat there, just couldn't do it. If you're gonna buy yourself a pizza in Ripon this really isn't the best place to do it. I don't think we've ever had a pizza ready on time or the way we ordered it. They charge for ranch and make you fill your own (I'm fine with paying, but you could at least have pre-filled cups...) and the employees are painfully obviously just there for some extra cash in between college courses. My wife and I decided to try this restaurant, used to love Round Table. It wasn't busy but I noticed many dirty tables. Salad bar was very good, I called ahead for the pizza so it was ready before we finished our salads. On top of our pizza was a burned to a crisp slice of pepperoni which I took to show the workers. I'm sure it had been in the oven for way to long and found it's way on our pizza, which was so-so. Plus sticker shock. Overall not an experience I care to repeat. We will not go back. $65 for very bad service! Salad bar was not clean, nothing was refilled, there wasn't even clean utensils out! Workers didn't do anything! When my family and I walked in only 1 table was clean and no one was there. Worker came out and cleaned one table and never came back! Would not recommend to come! Very disappointed in this pizza restaurant. If I could give my review zero stars, I would. Two weeks ago, I booked the party/banquet room for our flying clubs Christmas party. When we got there, the party/banquet room was full of kids and adults having some sort of gathering. I asked the person at the counter why they let someone take over the room when it was reserved by us. He basically shrugged his shoulders and said "hmmm, oh well, sorry about that". We looked for another spot to maybe try and gather but it was so loud from the kids, the place had napkins everywhere on the floor, the tables we wanted to move together for our gathering were filthy, and when we asked for them to be cleaned, the kid that came out started cleaning up other areas and tables! By then, we'd had enough and left. We went to Mountain Mike's pizza. They were TOTALLY accommodating to our group and it was a huge success in going there. Would I recommend Round table? For yourself and going out to eat sure, but for trying to plan an activity and have them honor what was set up, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! VERY frustrated and disappointed in them and the evening management that they have there. They lost out on a huge sale of food and beverages, let alone future business, from our club. read more

We Ordered two XL pizzas and an order of cinnamon twists online. Was told the wait time would be only 20 minutes. My husband went to get the pizza at the ready time and was told our pizzas weren't ready just yet. Fast forward 30 minutes later we finally got our pizzas. When my husband spoke with the manager on duty all he had to say was "sorry". We spent over $60 for a dinner that was suppose to be ready at 8:05pm and all you have to say is "sorry". I would be ok with some delay if the place was busy but unfortunately my husband was the only one in the restaurant and a few employees were working. Great pizza- horrible service! Wow, we ordered two pizzas for delivery on a Friday night at 6:00. Girl on the phone said it would take 50 minutes to an hour. At 7:30, I called back. Same girl said pizzas just came out of oven and they would be delivered right away. I called back 45 minutes later. Phone rang and rang about 30 times. A guy answered. I asked for the manager. He said there are already 3 customers waiting on hold for the manager. He went to check on my pizzas and never came back! I listened to him take about five more calls, apologizing for the wait, making excuses about being short staffed and getting really busy.... Long story short, our pizzas were delivered at 8:40pm - an hour and forty minutes after they said they would be delivered. Wow! The girl who delivered them was in tears. Poor thing! Said people were yelling at her all night. I suggest you go find another job where management have their act together. Pizza Plus is right around corner and sooooo much better! read more

I saw the 15% off mentioned on yelp so I proceeded to place an order online. I screenshot the confirmation. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the guy at the counter said it was never printed and so they didn't make it. We placed our order again and ended up paying full price. After an x-large pizza and drinks were purchased we paid close to $60. No apologies or discounts were offered. Please don't place orders with this establishment expecting that they will have it ready when you expect it. Also, as we were there they brought out a pizza to the table next to us. The table seemed shocked that they brought out an extra pizza. Their kids picked at a few toppings. Then like 5 min later the guy came back and said he messed up and that pizza was supposed to go out for delivery. He then took it back and boxed it up to deliver to someone. Not that sanitary. Soo not happy, put in special ordering instructions 1/2 cheese and half tomatoes with cheese and Italian herb seasoning. Because I have teenage girls having a sleep over also asked for paper plates if possible and cheese and peppers. Well the pizza was completely covered in the tomatoes and the basil in a little side cup inside the box. So I called to complain I spent 40.00 bucks on a pizza make it right. The young girl that answered the phone asked for a order number with additude in her voice so I gave it to her. She then asked for the 3 digit order number. I'm already annoyed I asked can you please just look it up, she looked it up found my number and I told her I wanted a refund, even the cinnamon twist I got for the girls looked like they were swimming in milk/not icing. She said OK and all I heard was click, she hung up on me. So I called back and asked top speak to the young lady again and I said uh you hung up on me. She was all ummmmmm uhhhh no I didn't. I told her yes she did and I asked for her bosses name. I asked about refunding my card and she said uhhhh ummmmmm I did. I asked how long it will take to show up. ... she's all I don't know.
