Being from the Bay Area, $16.99 for AYCE weekday lunch is such a steal! It's even better that they have lots of variety to choose from and are all constantly coming out fresh. You pay at the front before they usher you to your table. Since it was a weekday, it was not too crowded so they didn't seem to be super strict about the 90 min dine-in policy which I appreciate! Staff was consistently coming around to clear the plates and food stations. I enjoyed the create your own Mongolian bbq with topping and add ons of your choice Parking was pretty easy in their big lot. Overall, loved the variety and value!

Dessert, I'd recommend the strawberries, cream puff, orange sherbet and popcorn!

All-you-can-eat buffet!! I've heard so many great things about this place! Hubby treated us Thursday evening! Great prices, decent food and staff here! They have a lot of rooms for big groups too! Would return to try more! 4/5 star experience! SYOY! :-)

Have not been to a Chinese buffet in a while cause I've been trying to diet and be healthier. However the temptation of sushi/sashimi and Mongolian bbq was too much to resist. The quality of the food was good considering how busy it was! I beelined for the Mongolian bbq area and probably had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to cooked. I loved that they had the LA galbi ribs for meat options! It was good! Also had the chicken which was juicy. The sushi rolls were good! I didnt know what kind of roll I was eating but it tasted fresh. Later on I got to try their fresh sashimi slices of tuna and salmon which were very good! I came Sunday afternoon and it was super busy but we got seated right away! I was seated in the room to the right and it was kind of warm in that area. Most likely because of how many people were there!

We've been coming here a few times and the food is always good. The noise seems to have gotten louder and more busier than normal. The waiter is fast to picking up plates and refilling drinks. And cooks are quick to refill empty trays of food. No rush there is plenty food for everyone!

I needed to find a place to take my crew to dinner after a long day of field work. I've found finding a place that will please 5 different people including me, Chinese buffets work out well. Everybody gets to find something that they'll like, from Chinese American food, to sushi and even ribs and French fries and pizza. Yeah, for some reason every Chinese buffet has pizza! This Hibachi Buffet is located on Sunrise about halfway between the 50 and the 80. If you're coming from the north just turn into the parking lot. But if you're coming from the south, there's no easy way to turn into the lot, so you gotta make a U-Turn at Kingswood Drive and go back to the lot. This Hibachi Buffet is huge, there a big lot and a ton of people. The inside seems super busy, but not too dirty or anything. Service is typical Chinese buffet, efficient but not there to make any friends. The food is quite the spread. The sushi section had a ton of stuff, and not just rolls, but different nigiri pieces as well. The Chinese food was typical buffet stuff, chow mien, egg rolls, some veggies and some really good wings. The quality was a little better than a lot of buffets. The food is refreshed fast so there's not empty trays. The price for dinners was around $25, plus some tax and a little tip figure about $30 per person. As long as my crew is happy, I'm happy. I would have given 5 stars if that offered roast duck, but no duck today.

Found this gem. One of the best assortments of food from a buffet . $24 a person on weekends . Seated right away . Very busy place which unfortunately with the tile flooring and cement bare walls it gets extremely loud. If you are there to just eat which makes sense since it's a buffet then mission accomplished but you can't have a conversion . Great assortment of food but not all the food was great. Fries were soggy, fried rice was dry and fried chicken had no taste examples of this . Overall worth the price for the many other dishes that were good.

I am not usually a huge fan of buffets because they lack in flavor and quality, but this place changed my mind! They have a large variety of Asian food. Their raw fish and sushi was actually pretty good in quality. Their hibachi section has ribeye and galbi. My friends and I are huge fan of crawfish, and the ones here are huge and meaty! I wish it had a little more flavor, but for the price it's not bad. I would bring my own seafood sauce next time. Their deserts are also delicious. Workers were constantly coming around to clear out our table. Dinner was $23.99/pp and it was super busy. You pay at the front and get seated right away. This has become my favorite buffet spot in Sacramento!

Sushi spread. The sashimi was continuously empty.

Let me start by saying the 1 star is not for the food or the staff -- just hygiene. The staff are kind. The food was okay -- 2.5 stars at best. Nothing special but typical for an Asian buffet. They didn't have king crab legs if that's your thing and there are no steamed crabs, only stir fried. My favorite items were the stir fried crab & corn. To get seated you have to pay for your party first and then they'll seat you. Nothing special about the decor. Just a bunch of tables to maximize the space, typical of an Asian buffet. Now why the 1 star? Well when my husband got ice cream from the freezer & opened the lid, there was a bug stuck at the corner of the ice cream. Photo provided for your entertainment. We could've moved on from this as an isolated case but we also witnessed staff cleaning dirty tables with a rag that was already obviously soiled AND THEN after wiping the tables, food scraps, and chairs, wiped the SOY SAUCE BOTTLE & the part where all your soy sauce comes out from. We were floored. Only come if you have a strong stomach. Some people think it builds immunity! Maybe? Me personally? It's a no. Would not recommend.

Came in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line to pay but it moves fast and we were seated fairly quickly. Great variety of food ranging from sashimi, sushi rolls, Chinese food, crawdads, fruits, desserts, etc. staff were friendly. It gets really busy but price is decent for the assortment of food. I can tell this is very popular buffet. Lots of seating. Plenty of parking.

Was really craving crawfish and was recommended this place to eat on a budget :) Was blown away by the SIZE of them, almost mini lobsters! For 23.99 I definitely ate my moneys worth. Decent flavor but definitely not as juicy compared to other seafood boil focused restaurants. Their muscles are decent as well and I personally love their salmon sashimi. Not fishy at all and their roles are also decent. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheaper buffet with a decent variety of food options!

A diverse selection of well prepared dishes, offering a variety of flavors to stimulate the palate. Offering a broad selection of chicken, fish and vegetable options, Hibachi Buffet is the go-to choice for our family. In particular, I personally enjoy the broad selection of Sushi and shockingly Sashimi offerings. The food is always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff are like quiet ninja's quietly clearing plates and ensuring that our water glasses are always full. Like most buffets the restaurant is quite large, with a lot of seating. We tend to go at opening, before the restaurant is completely full. I touch of tranquility before the storm. Conveniently located, the Hibachi Buffet is a quality option for buffet connoisseurs

    My favorite, blue crab!

Wow this buffet was a nice surprise on our way back to the Bay Area. We went on a Sunday and it was busy! 15 min wait for a party of 2, so not bad at all. You pay upon arrival and they give you a buzzer, so you can wait in your car if you'd like. We wanted something that had plenty of options, this buffet has something for everyone, plenty of choices and they kept refilling the trays. The prices are great too! Service was fast and friendly. The place is big inside, they have private rooms for private events. I particularly enjoyed the blue crab, green beans (so crunchy!), and the walnut shrimp. Fried rice was the perfect texture. They have plenty of sushi choices and a noodle station. For dessert I loved the strawberry (?) mousse. They also have ice creams. You can also take food to go (they charge per pound). Plenty of parking available and great for big parties!

Is everything fried in the same oil? One of our party has a strong allergy to shrimp and he'd have a reaction if he ate fries cooked in the oil they use to cook shrimp.

I wouldn't trust it...lots of fried food. Many of it soggy.

Do they serve raw oysters nightly?

No they do not. Perhaps during a special holiday. I'd call and find out when if they do.

    Do they serve alcoholic beverages?

They do sell alcohol. When you enter they have a fridge on the side for purchase, for each additional alcohol beverage you have to purchase at the front desk

They came over and it was at that point they explained that we needed to order everything using the computer pad at our table. (Cool! Would have been excellent to know that when we first arrived or even when we ordered our beer.) To be fair, the beer arrived along with apologies about the wait. Thanks. Then we got excited for all of the many offerings in their extensive menu. We start ordering via the pad and had to show some restraint to not get too much directly from the kitchen, which is in addition to whatever is moving around the revolving "belt" that snakes its way by the ~13 tables available for customer use in the restaurant (several other tables were stacked with supplies and seemed to just be used for storage). And then we waited. We watched roll after roll sent out of the kitchen to one table in particular on their fairly cool automated conveyor system. Unique. Fun even! But man, that table was getting all the love. I guess they finish their tickets one table at a time rather than sending out a few items to each table to get people enjoying food throughout their visits. OK. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we inquired about our order. At that point (seriously, nearly 40 minutes after walking in the front door), the single staff told us that we had to hit the "send order" button on the pad. (I know. Obvious enough but I missed it and no one took time to spend 30 seconds telling us how to use their system.) None of our order had even been received by the kitchen let alone started. At this point, I was ready to pay for our beer and leave, but the husband talked me down. So we waited even longer, and eventually our meal started arriving, plate by plate. The food was really quite tasty. The shrimp tempura was yummy, served piping hot and we liked the addition of the crunchy noodles underneath. The rolls were good, although one was torched but wasn't under the torched menu, which was less than ideal since we'd already ordered one torched roll. The hamachi nigiri was fresh. The offerings on the belt were not very appetizing, made worse by someone having put back on the belt an empty, dirty plate of one of the desserts, which circulated during most of our visit. Gross. Lastly, nearly every surface was sticky and/or dirty. The screen of the ordering pad was gross. Under our table was so sticky the soles of my shoes were sticking to the floor. Just ick. If all of the other issues were set aside, I would likely consider returning. But honestly, there are plenty of great sushi places that have great customer service and would never leave a table unchecked for 10-20 minutes at a time. While I feel for the single staffer who said, "I'm really busy" (trying to do all the things that more than one person should be doing), I'm just not into excuses. This place clearly does not prioritize customer service. I won't be back.

This buffet opened at 11:00am, and me and my friend arrived at 11:03am. The first thing I noticed…read morewas how spacious this place is: there is definitely enough room to accommodate large groups of people. The cost for one adult (as of July 2026) during Monday to Friday lunchtime, comes to $18.31 after tax, if only drinking water. $21.53 after tax if you order a drink/soda. I noticed a HUGE amount of cherries in the fruit section, so I went for those. The fifth or sixth cherry had white mold. I said "uh oh" and a nearby male presenting worker said "why, what's wrong?" so I showed them. They said "oh it's probably the cream". I put that cherry back, plus the ones I got initially. My plate was clean, so there is no mixed food contamination. Two workers went to the cherries and started going through it. What I'm wondering is how did "cream" get in the cherries and they haven't been opened for 10 minutes yet? And how did cream get on a cherry under a pile of cherries? The only other gross thing was the water. It was from the sink. Not filtered. If you've ever had Sacramento public water, you understand how atrocious it tastes. The rest of the food, was actually pretty good! Granted we arrived when they opened, but all the food was laid out/presented well. There are lots of chicken related dishes. I recommend the black pepper chicken. It's got a crunchy, almost candied exterior like Korean fried chicken.

Food was great for the price , enjoyed time with my family . Staff could be a little nicer being…read morethat they're not bringing food to tables . But otherwise still decent . Had some soju in the back room also , this is a nice vibe if you want to fill up fast for cheap . Recommend the Shrimp Spaghetti.
