Everyone is seated with their own individual hot pot plate to build their own individual hot pot. (Don't worry it does not burn). You choose your basic soup broth, choose the meat you would like, and then start grabbing things off the conveyor belts! It not only is a fun concept, you can get quite creative with how you build your hot pot and choose just the things to your liking. I was amazed that they had very authentic Chinese ingredients to choose from - wood ear, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, different kinds of noodles, fish balls, Napa cabbage, octopus, and lots of different varieties of selfish, plus much much more! I chose the traditional broth and they even had Chinese red dates in it plus wolfberries (sometimes known as Goji berries) in the broth just like what I grew up with The service was just ok, since it was our first time there we had to ask a lady to show us what we were supposed to do. She was helpful, but the servers don't come around very often.
