DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! IT SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR THEIR STAFF!!! This place is run by troglodytes!!! Made an order at 6:45pm paid via CC was told it would be delivered by 7:45pm... called at 8pm to find out where the order was, genius on the phone lied and said it was on its way and should be here in 20 minutes..... called back again at 8:45 (wtf) and was told by the so called manager (lead troglodyte) that the order has not been made and had no idea when the order would be ready. As a business owner myself it is utterly ridiculous to be lied to and given the runaround by a pizza place... who is running this place??? Where is the owner in all this??? Who hired these incompetent people???? It starts at the top which means none of this is probably going to change!!! First time, last time and by the looks of it I'm sure we are not the only ones dealing with this incompetent and lack of customer service!!! This review is not about the food but about the horrible service. I ordered delivery and the driver calls me 30 minutes after the pizza was suppose to be delivered and says she is outside. I go outside and figure out she is at the wrong place. She takes a other 10 minutes with me on the phone giving her directions to find my place. The whole time on the phone she is being extremely rude and not listening to my directions at all. Finally finds my place and then yells at me for not putting the "right address" down because her gps took her to the wrong place. I will spend 10 dollars more next time and order better pizza from local place. read more

Gross. Dined in at about 6pm on a Friday night. Nobody was in the restaurant when we came in to order, however, after we sat down the restaurant filled very quickly. We waited for 45 minutes and my husband went to the counter and asked how much longer it'd be. Nobody in the dining area had gotten their order and it was obvious people were getting antsy. They told my husband it could be up to 45 minutes...by that time it had been 47 minutes according to our receipt. We sat and waited another 10 then 3 tables around us got their pizza. We got ours next. We ordered the Maui Zaui. It was not cooked. Dough was pretty much raw. My husband coincidentally was vomiting all the next day. We will never ever return. read more

We ordered the yummy but overpriced Guinevere's Garden veggie pizza. Their delivery took one hour and 20 minutes!!! Double the expected window. That's an excess by any standards especially on a Sunday night. My bf and I went in on Christmas Eve to dine in. There were 4 people waiting in line and nobody taking orders. The staff looked scarce and was trying to get pizzas out. I heard a woman tell a customer it will be one hour before he could even place his order. I am diabetic and was getting shaky and really needed to eat or drink something. If they let us all place our orders, I at least would have gotten a cup to drink out of right away and a bowl for a salad. We simply just left. So after my review I was contacted by a rep from round table. She asked that I give them another chance and sent me a coupon. I think that was a stand-up move, that they care about their customers experiences, and I agreed to give them another review based on the new transaction. Now I know when they get a call with a "VIP" ticket that they probably know what is up, so to speak. So I did NOT use it for this review. We had a mailer coupon to bring the price down a little but because we are value buyers we asked on the phone if there were any specials. Wallah! My fave, the maui zowie, was on special for a really good price even after deliver and tip. We placed the order, were told 45 min to an hour and proceeded to watch the clock for the satiation countdown. We were so antsy for the zowie that we decided to heat some water to watch it boil in a vain attempt to pass the time faster. But to our pleasant surprise, the pizza was there in about 35 minutes. And it was as good as it always is. Now this time it was on a tuesday night, so perhaps they were slow, but it was the fastest that we had ever gotten our round table order AND we were so happy with the price, quality and deliver that we ordered another the next night. Honestly, I think I could eat this pizza every single day if I could afford it. :0 So due to the outreach, the good special that was offered, and the speedy delivery round table has earned another star and now I look forward to using the nice coupon they sent me! read more

I phone only order for pickup & all three times when I show up they tell me it will only be 5 more minutes which is BS. I have never waited less than 15 minutes. Today 12/20/2014 I put in a online order stating a 40 minute delivery and I promptly called to make sure they sent cups with the order. This place is ideal if you have a spongey, artificial cheese oriented palate. I walked away feeling greased up and full of sin, I consider it a loss for my bank account and physical health. I tried the chicken club, mind you it is edible, but edible doesn't always mean delightful or worth nearly ten dollars. Our experience picking up our order was horrendous. Yes, it was on a holiday week-end but we had placed our order online at 7pm for a pick up (supposedly) at 7.45. I arrived late, at nearly 8, so I was hoping our pizzas were not getting too cold. I shouldn't have worried. There were some empty dirty tables and I was listening to a book on tape, so after letting them know I was there and being told to 'wait' I settled in. Loads of folks showed up causing me a bit of guilt for sitting at one of their tables, but I use a cane and could not have stood long if I vacated my seat, so I remained where I was. The staff was frantically running around and they clearly did not have enough people to run the place. Soon, some would-be customers just walked out. I heard as they passed my chair one of them say, "don't bother trying to catch a waiter/waitress we'll be here all night!" I finally had to use the restroom and was shocked at how dirty and smelly it was! At 9.00 I told them I was leaving. I did get a 'coupon' later but what for? I won't go back there and just feel for the poor employees who HAVE to go back. The lack of cleanliness (alone) would be reason enough to stay away from this Round Table. Round Table is my personal favorite of the pizza chains. Used to love Shakey's best but they went out of business, go figure. Domino's is getting better but...) We usually do take-out but when I've been there for all you can eat lunch (6.99) and the Tuesday Family night buffet, it's clean/nice staff. . ALWAYS packed then and lots of families having fun. Anyway, back to the food-we are HUGE fans of the Big Vinnie pizza. Seasoned, medium thick crust, lots of cheese and pepperoni. I know it sounds like a plain ol' pepperoni pizza but it is super yummy. Maybe it's the sauce? You will not be dissappointed-hey, it's pizza-hot, cold, leftover, always GOOD! Funny story.. we went with our neighbors for family night and the Lakers game was in progress. I ordered my pizza online and paid for the pizza on line by credit card. I set up the time for my pickup to be 35 minutes later. When I arrived 35 minutes later, and after waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, my pizza not only was not done, they had not started preparing the pizza. The employee working the register found me on a list of "take out," and rang me up, again, as a "new" take out, and so he placed my order at the time I got up to the cash register - 45 minutes after I had placed my order. Guess what? I had to sit there while my "take out" order went through their process, and since it was a busy night, there was at least a 45 minute wait for all take outs. 45 more minutes passed, and no pizza. I had been sitting right in front of the cash register, so the guy knew I was waiting. I asked if my pizza was done. He delayed in checking, and found out it was in the "warming oven" and had been for about 10 minutes. They had, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, finally finished my pizza but never told me; just let me sit there. We go to this pizza place because of their lunch special. $8 for all-you-can-eat salad and pizza. The salad bar is as good as any other in Eureka/Humboldt County and the pizza choices are very good. They also have cinnamon-sugar twists for dessert. We go about once/month for our pizza fix, and yes, they have a parking lot. read more

But upon entering at 8pm on a Thursday night, the lack of sleep deprived children running rampant was not our only surprise of the evening. I always love the all you can eat salad bar and pizza. My favorite pizza to get is the Chicken Garlic Gourmet, and sometimes when I'm in a "meat mood" I like the Italian Supreme. Visting out of town on work. Wanted something quick and easy so ordered roundtable to pick up online. Was given 6:17 pm as pick up ready time. As i pull up 3 delivery guys get in cars and leave. I go in, its not ready yet. Ok fine. Wait 10 minutes still not ready go back outside. Delivery guys arrive back about 5 minutes later. I go back inside 16 minutes after pick up time, still not ready, told they me they were "swamped" yet there were maybe 3 tables in use. Cut to 19 minutes after, (pick up time is 20 min) the pizzas finally done. The lady did say sorry about your wait as I got the pizza, but forgot all the dipping sauces.... We used to love going to round table but a while back they must of changed managers because now the place is a dump and the staff are rude and have twice not been able to find the orders I placed online. The first time fine we just asked for our money back after waiting more than 30 mins and they still hadn't made our pizza even though they told us it was almost done, but this time it was bad, the cashier, an older lady with acne/scars all over, started yelling at me to get out and shoving my pizza at me just for showing her my email when she said I never ordered wings only pizza. Really scared my kids who were with me! We will never be coming back to this establishment again! read more

After the new manager took over, it has been nothing but fantastic. The salad bar has been been kept in check, its regularly tossed to avoid wilting. The respect and politeness of the RTP staff has greatly improved, and if something wasn't up to standard, they would compensate for it. We like the BBQ chicken pizza there but all of their pizzas are pretty good. A word of caution : be very careful ordering online. Last time we ordered our favorite pizza the pizza came lacking sauce... But only on half of it. The employees said we ordered it like that online... Who knows.. Pizza at the buffet is good providing you like pepperoni, and only pepperoni. All the pizzas out had it. Asked for ham when our group of 7 arrived. We were told she couldn't make ham, just Hawaiian. Ordered my pizza online... Said 20 min wait time- well it's now an HOUR and fourteen minutes and I'm STILL waiting... I've been to the counter THREE times- first time- told it'll be 15 more minutes, second time give them "just a few more minutes" third time I was told "we're putting the sauce on your wings and will have it right out" well now I'm standing back at the counter and they are just pulling the wings out the oven. This place not only has some of the slowest delivery times in the history of man ( I literally live 4 blocks away and it still takes them 90 minutes) but I also found a razor blade in my pizza and the manager acknowledged it and only refunded me the cost of the pizza. When I went up to ask about their order, they were rude saying they were busy. I'm sorry but when is 5 tickets worth an hour and a half wait. Don't order online. It took over an hour and a half to get our pizzas, even though 40 minutes was promised in the confirmation email. The pizzas were very expensive ($53.81 for a plain extra large and a medium with meat) and were cold and disappointingly small for the price - very tiny slices. When I called to ask if there was a discount for waiting so long, I was told that it was not possible and that the online time always quotes 40 minutes but the real time is always an hour and a half.
