Breakfast is served during all open hours. Lunch items include salads and sandwiches among other things. Indoor counter or table seating. Outdoor seating available on the sidewalk in front. I went with blueberry pancakes and asked for real maple syrup which they have available. Very nice pancakes and plenty of syrup was provided. My SO went with a steak and cheese with all the fillings and a side of tots. The tots are super crispy and taste faintly of clam (fried clams are on the menu), just fyi. They offer coffees, teas, soft drinks and mimosas (I think I remember that on the menu). I had a fresh brewed, unsweetened ice tea w/lemon. Hit the spot on a hot day. We enjoyed ourselves very much at Joe's. It's a nice neighborhood spot for a casual breakfast or lunch.

Thankfully tables turn over pretty soon so we got a table as soon as we ordered. The French omelet with the marinated tomatoes, goat cheese, and spinach was great (a little heavy on the goat cheese maybe). The roasted potatoes were also delish, well seasoned. The salted caramel mocha breve was as expected quite chocolatey but they did make it extra hot as requested. The frittata was sadly very disappointing. The texture, which should've been light and airy, was actually very tough and dense. It didn't feel like a frittata one bit. Darn. Service was fast in terms of bringing us our meals and then clearing the tables. Service was also friendly at the register while taking our order, and was instrumental in making our decision to get the almond brittle brownie. I'm glad we didn't eat it then because it tasted extra delicious once we warmed it up a few seconds in the microwave. So gooey and yum!

I had the Greek Eggs for breakfast, which is a delicious combination of Greek spices, potatoes, sausage and other yummy treats. Toast comes with it (sadly not gluten-free), but you need to order and home fries, etc. I like that. You pay for what you want, not some inflated plate of extras. Note: you won't see the Greek Eggs on the printed menu. Ask for the specials. Greek Eggs are always there. My wife loved the raisin French toast. She said that it did not need syrup.
