The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast at Tiffany's Griddle Sandwich

On vacation and found the perfect place for brunch! The place is cozy but open with some outdoor seating. I love how pretty their glasses are and sturdy silverware. For drinks - peach tea (not too sweet), and a huge iced mocha. Both good. For brunch we did The Berkshire Biscuit and Breakfast at Tiffany's Griddle Sandwich. Both excellent dishes and so good, granted we were hungry. Service was quick. Enjoyed our brunch and may be back for lunch.

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday and had a great experience. Service was excellent! I was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in, had my order taken soon after, and my coffee and meal both came out quick. Food was fantastic! I especially loved the restaurant ant made cheddar biscuit and sausage. I had the Berkshire Biscuit which was filling and delicious! I also loved that the restaurant was in a house, with table seating and bar seating. Highly recommend!

What a gem and if you are even remotely in the area, this is a must stop. Shopping at the Outlets, go there for brunch. We live 3 hrs away and are already planning a return to the area and this is a must stop. Everything and I mean everything on the menu is sooo good. First, if you like Bloody Mary,s this one is one of the best I've had. Good amount of spice, horseradish and flavor topped off with thick smoky bacon, celery and olives. We had a large party so we were able to try almost all in 2 visits. When we pulled up the second day and saw the bbq on, just knew I had to get whatever was cooking. That was the brisket and let me say oh my god. Plentiful and homemade bbq sauce on homemade bread and coleslaw was to die for. The potato leak soup of the day with fresh dipping bread was so yummy. Wish I took some home. Yes, breakfast burrito, egg and bacon sandwich, breakfast at Tiffany's sandwich, the Berkshire biscuit (oh so good), espresso croissant French toast - must try all were the best we've had and we are foodies. The side of sausage is unique and flavorful and the bacon is so good. Granola bowl was real Greek yogurt with jumbo blueberries and strawberries. Did I mention the service - awesome and attentive and it was THE OWNER, a charming Romanian born lady. So happy she made a great cozy place. Only downside was it was cold outside and opening and closing of door was hard. They even had a charming and spotless bathroom. Go visit - you won't be sorry

We came on the 4th of July so it was obviously busy but we managed to get in pretty quickly. The service was incredible and we were well taken care of. The food was top notch and everything was great. All made from scratch and cooked to order. Love being able to see into the kitchen and the barista was working hard as well making great coffee beverages.

Loved our experience here on a recent weekend! We came in with a group of 4 at Sunday around 10am (what I consider peak brunch time!) and were able to be seated immediately. Admittedly it was winter, which probably helped. Our server came immediately to ask about drinks and answer any menu questions. The menu is diverse and seems to have options for many dietary restrictions - there certainly were many vegetarian options (including vegetarian sausage and a veggie 'chicken' and waffles made with oyster mushrooms). Coffees and waters came promptly and we were able to place our food orders quickly too. Another thing that contributed to the excellent service was that we were initially seated near the door on a pretty cold day, and when another table further away opened up before our food came, they offered to move us! The waffle was amazing - the Our group also ordered: the omelette (huge! came with AMAZING bread) the lobster avocado toast (well balanced, great portion size) the espresso croissant french toast (the sauces on this, specifically, were AMAZING. whipped cream, caramel sauce...some kind of jam. still thinking about it. it was super rich.) We all cleaned our plates! Side note, the dishware/glassware was gorgeous - where can I get it!? We hope to be able to come bacK!

Cute porch seating was the draw for me. Food was excellent, we were able to share the Breakfast at Tiffany's Griddle Sandwhich with ease, more than enough, a bit pricey at 16.50 but ample & a step up up up from a regular BEC sandwhich. The coffee was terrible, I did mention this to the server. Undrinkable & at 3 dollars for a tea cup sized serving, this was disappointing. Not many breakfast places in the immediate area, on a nice day I would recommend the porch. If not, maybe not.

Chicken and waffes

The food here is fantastic - it would fit in easily in terms of quality and inventiveness with restaurants in larger metro areas like NYC and LA. We especially loved the breakfast burrito with Canadian bacon. The guacamole is delicious and the salsa which must be homemade (and was a little more chimichurri-like with tomatoes) is fresh and something I wish was part of my day-to-day diet. It is the little things along with the larger ones that make this restaurant so good. The chicken and waffle and espresso croissant french toast are also good! Coffee - very good. The waitstaff is also very kind and attentive.

Almost finished scone. It was that good. Took the rest for later.

We had come up for the weekend to see Trey Anastasio at Tanglewood. Roses was right next door to the Quality Inn where we were staying. Roses is a gem of a breakfast place. Clean, bright, and inviting, we sat down in a corner area and were immediately greeted. We were told that everything is homemade including the bread, scones, and croissants. We had their scone and when I tell you I'd drive back up just for the scone, I'm not even kidding. Tender, rich in all the good ways, and a pop of citrus mingling with the chocolate chips and dried fruit nestled in this wonderful pastry. A scone so good it would make the Queen proud. My husband and I both got create your own omelets. They were so filling with a nice portion of homefries and again, the most delish homemade white bread. I wanted to finish mine, but was pleasantly full. Definitely go with a hearty appetite. Coffee was excellent as well. I like a good strong cup of coffee and this was just that. They also have iced, cappuccinos, lattes, and a wide selection of teas as well. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

On top of that, I asked twice for my plain black iced coffee, and it didn't show up until after I finished eating, which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering it. It genuinely felt like the staff was more focused on chatting with each other than taking care of customers. The vibe from the employees was also not great. When I mentioned I was vegetarian, I got a reaction that felt really judgmental and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked for the Wi-Fi, I got hit with a snarky, "Do you not see the sign?" while they pointed at something completely hidden. The whole thing came off as really passive-aggressive. Overall, the service felt rude and unwelcoming, the food was cold, and the drink situation was just annoying. I left feeling like I had spent money just to be treated poorly. I've actually given this place a few chances, because I do like the aesthetics, but the food and service are just not good. The food is bland, and I don't feel like paying $20 for something that tastes like cardboard. ALSO I ordered a kale salad and the kale wasn't even massaged. It was just straight up kale dressing and a few pumpkin seeds. This was $17 by the way.

Most recently my husband and I split a turkey club crepe, French onion crepe and seasonal strawberry rhubarb crepe. All brilliant. 2 years ago when we came through we had the French toast breakfast crepe (which included eggs and bacon inside it) which I still think about because it was delicious, but so confusing that those flavors were so good together. The little salad given with the lunch crepes is appreciated too. This spot is usually pretty busy. You order at the counter, take a number and sit. They have a fridge of tap water carafes you can grab for your table and they will bring the kitchen items out to you. Sometimes there's an in shop singer. It's a nice space with flowers, art and local interest items as decor. The only uncomfortable moment is it bottlenecks a lot by the order counter and can be crowded there.

Now their Summer home is across the road in the Harvest Barn at the Meadow View facilities by the golf course. A small bar was set up in the Chesterfield room, but it appeared to only be open for the Capital Steps performances, and it was not a full bar since it only offered a limited selection of beer and wine. The Harvest Barn can accommodate 300 people for the show and it was almost full when the show started. The moveable chairs were all padded, but I have to admit that about halfway through the 90 minute show my rear was getting uncomfortable as I started to fidget. Otherwise, it is a very nice facility for this type of performance. The sound system is more than adequate so there is no problem hearing or seeing the performers on the platform/stage from anywhere in the room. I'm not going to review the show here. Yes, it was very funny and enjoyable. Instead, l want you to be aware of this excellent facility with its outdoor deck and view of beautiful wooded surroundings.

The building is really beautiful and at any other time we would have made use of the beautiful common spaces indoors and not just enjoyed our room and the grounds. The room was impeccably cleaned and staff were attentive to needs that came up during the visit. The absolute stand out was our room service meal set in front of the wood-burning fireplace in our room. They came up with a table, offered us options for chairs, had all of the food wrapped in plastic and covered in warming lids, but done in a way that did not interfere with even the delicate plating details. The portions were substantial and food quality was outstanding. They even provided gluten-free options that went above and beyond to accommodate an allergy. I wish I could give 4.5 because there were some minor areas for improvement, but I will round up given COVID was likely a contributing factor.

We finally agreed we would have dinner in the bar alone . At least it was part of the dining area. To get to the pool area you need to drive your car. They didn't like where my husband parked our car. No biggie. I think the Pool Boy could have handled it. All he had to do is ask us to move it. Next thing we know the manger of the Hotel comes to the pool standing over us suit & all. After announcing his titled he ordered my husband to move the car. It was definitely a reprimand for his bad behavior. Of course he moved the car. When we returned to our room there was a hand written note offering to serve us dinner in our room that evening. I called the desk to ask about this & was told this was a new thing they were offering ! We ate dinner in town that evening.. I could go on & on with our crimes & misdemeanors. I spoke to this TIGHT A.S JERK when we were checking out . I asked if the General Manger was available. He has a total passive aggressive personality. I expressed my disappointment about the weekend.
