Unfortunately I didn't followed my instincts... the restaurant was basically empty! Only 3 tables were bus, 6 waitresses and for over 10 minutes they ignored us completely until the manager passed by twice and noticed us not being helped, until then Laura approached to us to leave the menu, she looked unpleasant, kind of rude (maybe she doesn't like serving black people (my husband is a black man) we ordered deep dish pizza with sausage, it was pizza with a LOT of tomato sauce, no sausage! that's it! Chicken parmigiana, loaded with tomato sauce, ravioli? Loaded with tomato sauce! Was terrible! Worst experience! We came here for lunch and liked the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. The place looked clean and the waitress that greeted us was friendly. The pizza we had came out in a timely manner and tasted great and the drinks were on point. Next time we're in town we'll definitely visit again. read more

This place has great pizza especially the sauce. However, I will not be returning because throughout the pandemic they ignored covid regulations. No one wore a mask either at all, or wore it below their nose rendering it ineffective. They had the restaurant jam packed body to body and were advertising football watching parties during the height of covid when I went in to make a pickup. Also, they are not cool with gay people. We heard some talking about Rosati's so stopped for a pizza. We ordered the deep dish Chicago style pizza and added meatballs. We will dream about this pizza. Ordered from online delivery tonight. After setting up my sign-in, which is easy breezy we made our menu selections. Seriously the prices are are ridiculously surprisingly low and after you have a meal you will agree! I ordered the Spaghetti and meat balls and my guest ordered the 3 Cheese Penne. Placed a large door dash order and when we received our pizza we got a thin crust which is not what we ordered. Called and spoke to the manager and he said that the thin crust is what they consider a "regular crust" because it is "Chicago pizza." I explained that the rest of the world would consider this thin crust. he stated next time ask for "double crust." He eventually agreed to remake it and it took over an hour to get it. So make sure if you want a regular crust, you need to request "double crust." read more

Pretty disappointing. $60 delivered for a 12" and 18" and the most dry and tasteless crust I've had on a pizza. Could not even taste whatever mushrooms were on there either. I really hate to leave a bad review, but some may benefit, as it seems others have had similar experiences. Delivery person was nice and the pizzas were piping hot when delivered because of the most stout pizza boxes. Their other food might be good but I can't recommend the pizza. read more

I'm giving a 5 star because this place has improved a lot since the first time my wife and I went to this location. Speaking on this last occasion, we sat at the bar, and Luís the bar tender was great! Full service and attention!! The pizza was also great, with a sauce that outdoes everyone else! We got wind that a server by the name of Corianna might get trained to be a bartender. My wife and I have had her help us before, and we think she would be a great addition to have behind the bar! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy! She has a sincere smile that welcomes you and makes you feel at home. So, we just want to throw our vote in for making Corianna a bartender. This place is awsome. It deserves 10 stars. First time eating at this hidden jem. From the atmosphere to the service and the food go above and beyond expectations for a small place. Terrible service. Food was ok, not the greatest but the lack of service is my reason for 1 Star. We were there from 5:40-7pm all because our server didn't check on us, or place our order. We got our initial drinks and had to wait about 20 mins for her to come back and ask us if we were ready to order. We asked for waters, they never came. The pizza was ok, mushrooms were over fried and just tasted like crunchy batter. Then we waited another 15 mins for a check afterwards and we finally had to get up and ask for it. We were told to sit back down and she would bring it to us. I can understand if the restaurant was busy but there were only 2 other tables besides us to tend to. We kept seeing our server tend to the other table next to us then she would just turn around and leave. We weren't acknowledged at all. We wanted to try the cannolis but didn't even get the chance. Went to support a local business tonight before everything gets shut down. They had trivia and the guy running it was a complete sh*t show. He was so drunk, he could barely read the questions. Had pizza with the wife last night. Great as usual. Was expecting mask-less staff which Governor Ducey proclaimed a month ago for private restaurants. But the Pima County Health Dept Gestapo paid them a visit on Thursday (4-29) threatening them to start wearing masks again (against Ducey's order) or they would be shut down. I'd love to know who filed the complaint, that is just wrong. It's also wrong that PCHD cannot follow a Governor's Order. I thought the Governor overruled all counties in AZ. I guess not. Just returned from dinner. We really liked the ambiance. Nice big inviting booth. Service was slow and sub-par. Food came out all at once even though we asked for spacing. Promised dessert, but never arrived. Even with all that being said, the food was delicious! We had garlic cheese toast, fried mozzarella sticks, combo sandwich and meat mania pizza. We were happy to be able to dine out and stuff our belly's with some tasty food. We'll give them another chance merely based on the food. read more

(Particularly lately) Their food is outstanding, including the thin crust pizza, meatball sandwiches, italian beef and sausage sandwiches. They use very fresh ingredients.
