I'm originally from Chicago, and have never had an issue with Rosati's until tonight! Purchasing pizza for my team, and I'm so embarrassed because I bragged on Rosati's. Not only did the order come cold after waiting for over two hours, but part of my order didn't arrive at all. I called the establishment and they simply told me they didn't have what I ordered, no call... No repentance... No coupon... Nothing! Uber Eats only gives a $5 coupon but I paid over $150 bucks, including tip for cold and a partial order. Worst place ever. The cheese was rock hard when we got it. We ordered a 2 liter of pepsi and never even got that at all. When i called to complain about this for a refund i was put on hold 5 TIMES only to tell me finally to call back the store was not open. funny said open at 3 on line and on their phone message too. Originally called to place a delivery order and the door dasher ended up in deep Gilbert and took 45 min to deliver after pickup. I called and talked to the manager Jacob because our food was cold and he had it remade and delivered it himself! That is easily the best service you can ask for! I also got a side salad as well and that filled me up so there's leftover pizza I ordered online before they opened and everything was ready as soon as I walked in for pickup. We always went to the Rosatis in Gold Canyon and had the monster. Loved it but years ago we quit going and can't remember why so we decided to go to the one on power. Do admit it was a little surprising that it was only a pick up place but that's ok cause we just wanted to pick it up anyway. The place was clean and nice. The Young man that waited on us was very polite and pleasant. The amount of time he told us was spot on. The pizza was everything I remember. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Will be back for sure. The worst part of the experience was having to experience the aroma of it all the way back to AJ and not being able to eat it till we got home. read more

I just purchased a Chicago deep dish pizza from the Power Rd and Baseline location and it is NOT like the Chicago deep dish from other Rosati's locations. I had this same pizza on Sunday at a friends from another Rosati's location and it was perfect!!! I called to speak with the so called manager "Jacob" to let him know that this pizza is not made right nor is it good. He was unwilling to make it right and would not budge one bit. Please be aware that this establishment has no problem saying your food will be delivered in 40-60 minutes, then after 90 minutes, they state that is their average. I was told my delivery driver had an accident and that my order would be here in the next 30 minutes after the time promised had passed by 30 minutes. It is going on for almost 2 hours and no food. The manager told me that 90 minutes is their average?!?! Please don't promise me a time and then talk to me like I am an idiot for expecting my food within that amount of time you gave me. Here again, told my food would be here in the next 10 minutes (after a 2-hour delay) but it still is not here! I am compassionate regarding the life we live nowadays but do not agree that it is no big deal when my food is over 45 minutes late. 2 hours plus for pizza delivery is crazy. Their customer service is non-existent. The manager was rude and condescending. I will not be ordering from this organization again. Food came after 2 hours from when I ordered it. I asked him if he could give me the coupon code for the online order and he said, "No. We are very busy right now. You should have gotten it emailed to you." I get excuses that it's busy and that it's still 10 minutes out. The manager didn't care to offer anything for the inconvenience. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. We ordered dinner for the family tonight and my husband drove 20 minutes one way to pick up or order and he called me telling me that he was told they would not accept our Local Flavor that we purchased for $15. The deal was $15 for $30 purchase. For those who have never heard of Local Flavor, it's similar to Groupon. We recently purchased this, and it expired in March 2024. My husband was told that they could not accept it and that we would have to pay full price. My husband refused and walked out. I immediately called and spoke to a manager, Brayden, and said that I have to take this out with Local Flavor. I explained that we had drove 20 minutes one way to their location and we had kids waiting for dinner and that now my husband has another 20 min drive home and we have to figure out dinner and how this is bad customer service because this was not our fault and that this was something Rosati's should be taking out with Local Flavor as they are the ones that had this setup with Local Flavor and then changed their minds to honor it. I told him I would be leaving a bad review for the lack of empathy for our situation and that this is not the customer's fault and he said there was nothing he could do even though their address was specifically listed. The manager wasn't even offering us a discount on our meal even after explaining everything above, so I guess tossing the pizza or feeding it to their employees was more important than customer service. read more

Based on the other reviews it seems they have a delivery problem which we found to be true. Ordered a Chicago style pizza and an anti pasta salad for delivery. Took 2hrs to receive the pizza and received an update only after calling Grub Hub customer support. They also canceled the salad and refunded that portion of my order without any explanation. If you are going to offer delivery then do it right. The pizza was just okay, don't think I would order from here again. read more

I love pizza. I love wings. And my family does too. I have tried dozens and dozens of pizza parlors, joints and delivery shops. There are some good local pizzerias. But now that I have had several selections from Rosati's menu, I am convinced that their taste is the best overall from any pizza franchise. The brilliant thin crust pepperoni and sausage is unbelievable. The pepperoni is nice spiced , the cheese is marvelously warm and hot, and the marinara is lighter and fresher than the sludgy compromises you find elsewhere filled with sugar. The thing crust pepperoni and sausage is excellent. Additionally, the regular thick crust olive oil version of pizza blanco (no marinara version) is absolutely wonderful . The wings, likewise, are above par as well. Larger than most pizzerias, these wings come with a nice zippy hot sauce and perfect ranch. The crust on the pizza (thick crust, double thick cust or thin) is perfect everytime I have eaten one of their pies. This location is a pickup and delivery stop, but Rosati's has several sit down locations if that is what you need. The servers are kind, quick and have really good customer service. Overall Rosati's is absolutely hitting homeruns everytime I eat there . You should absolutely chrck them out! read more

We love this place. The mushrooms are the best we've had & take us "back home" every time we order them. They are served with ranch which is a great compliment. We ordered calzones last night as our meal. One with pepperoni and the other with garlic, onion, sausage & pepperoni (hot peppers on the side). Both were flavorful and what we expected. There was an option to have it "well done" and if you want it crisp, that's the one for you. We did not order it that way, and the outside was nice and soft. Both were served with a choice of sauce (marinara or pizza) which I didn't think was needed - great flavor without it. Previous visits we have ordered pizza - great crust and toppings cooked just the way we like. The thin option is our fave. We haven't had it delivered (there is no dining room). I found Rosati's Pizza, which had great consistent reviews. Liked the pictures, which help make our selection. We ordered the Deep Dish Chicago Pizza. When the pizza arrived it was hot, smelled & looked great. The taste of the crust & ingredients were top of the line. The only problem was me. I assumed the pizza came with meat, but came as a cheese pizza. As I mentioned, this was my fault; I ordered online instead of calling them and asking questions. They use Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, which is so delicious! The pizza was good loaded with cheese which the kids love. The garlic knots are a great deal, big box with marinara for only $5. The salads were delicious, fresh ingredients and nice crisp lettuce and spinach, yum! We did have a bit of an issue they charged us for our pizza but didn't make it. They made us for us but it took a little longer. Why I wouldn't hold it against them is because like most restaurants right now they are under staffed and the employees they do have seem mostly new. ** Update I've had about three orders out of 30 that weren't perfect. Those are real good odds! They consistently produce picture perfect pizzas in their stores. They take pieces of Italian sausage made from Fred Rosati's secret recipe. The pieces of sausage are pulled by hand and placed perfectly spaced across the pizza. The secret recipe sauce is spread out evenly across the freshly pounded out dough. A blend of spices and tons of mozzarella cheese are then added. Then the pies cook in the oven under the watchful eye of one of the owners or one of the managers that have been trained by the owners in the art of making perfect Chicago-style pies! New to the neighborhood,1st time to this pizza place and it was not a good experience. I understand Restaurant can be busy, miscommunications happen, and order mixups might occur here and there. But this restaurant didn't try to find out exactly what went wrong with my order. I ordered a Monster deep dish 14" pizza and was charged $39.26, (ordered thru "yelp,"grubhub) after 50 mins of waiting they gave me a $21.00 "sorry looking" thin crust pizza. I took the pizza back and showed them what I ordered and what they gave me. They didn't try to correct the order instead they told me that's the Grubhub "up charge",it's $39 thru grubhub and $21 if I order it directly & they couldn't do anything about it. (Almost doubled?) I requested to speak to the manager but I was told I can't talk to the manager, only he can. Asked for a refund the cashier said he can't do a refund even if he did there's no guarantee my debit card we'll be refunded back. What!? Instead of taking away the incorrect item and replacing with the right order. They tried to tell me I had to take the $20 pizza with no refund. I left the pizza and Just told them to cancel it and give me a receipt showing it's canceled. I won't be returning to this joke of place again. After all this we went across the street to Barro's Pizza and customer service there was top notch. We'll be going to Barro's from now on. read more

Do not go to this location. Don't know if it's new ownership, but the quality of the food has gone down hill. Not only did they raise prices, but portions have seem to get smaller. Ordered the baked lasagna and it wasn't even an inch thick and had 2 thin layers of pasta that didn't even fill across the tray. Also my thin crust pizza crust was burnt, nothing like the taste of burned crust to over take everything else. $44 dollars worth of food. I was craving a good Italian beef combo and was willing to pay big bucks to get a delicious mouth- watering melt -in- your- mouth juicy beef sandwich! What I got was a dry hard bread with dry meat and a side cup of cold juice! On line you can request it to be dipped and that's exactly what I did, with extra juice requested! but when I asked the helper why my sandwiches were all dry as a bone she said we don't dip sandwiches here with cheese -we just don't do that here! I asked why is it an option to order it that online then,and I told her this was not acceptable! I don't want this dry sandwich (3).but she just shrugged. 1st and last time ordering from Rosati's for beef sandwiches. Extremely disappointed. Maybe theyll will chalk it up to the health inspector being there, but this was extremely disappointing and waste of $50. read more

Ordered up some Italian beef sandwiches with the au jus and spicy pepper mix on top - excellent quality. Really enjoyed everything about it! Bread had the right consistency to stand up to soaking the sandwich, beef was flavorful and peppers delivered some nice heat. I'll be back. Also grabbed a large hawaiian thin crust, regular sauce. The hawaiian on the menu has bbq sauce FYI - not my thing. Pizza was also excellent! This was trip #2 to this location and they are doing it right. Can't wait for more italian beef! read more

I placed a order in April of 2023 that they completely messed up they told me to please call them and order again and it would be on them I called today and they told me that it expired and that after 6 months they don't honor it also they told me that at the time the manager was new and didn't know that that's why he didn't tell me they are one of the worst companies EVER!!! Got 5 stars for great flavored pizza! I'm a huge pizza lover and I must say this was the best we've had since living in AZ for 5 yrs. Ordered 1 deep dish and 1 stuffed crust, both 10". It was delivered and wasn't ooey gooey melty, but maybe that's expected after delivery. If you put it in a pan for a bit to warm the middle and crisp it up it's perfect. Yelp coupon may not work for delivery orders, just a heads up (but who cares about free breadsticks when you can fill up on their amazing pizza?!). My hubby talked to the store owner about that and he was super nice. Actually found out that they ship their ingredients from Chicago... so legit. It really makes a difference you can taste. I was very happy with my pizza. All I wanted was either Mac n' Cheese or Pizza, and since not a lot of places will deliver Mac n' Cheese, I went with pizza. Rosati's looked good, especially the deep dish pics because that's my favorite, so I chose them. This was a good decision. Although I was told it would take an hour for my pizza to be delivered, Dave (we named him Dave because he looked like a Dave) showed up well ahead of schedule and was a very nice man. He had a beard, seemed to love his job and wanted nothing more than for us to enjoy our food--we did. Thanks, Dave. I can't wait until the next time I really want deep dish pizza; this is where I will go. Oh and the pizza itself was really good.
