Had them hydro blast a clogged sewer main, they said it included video inspection and A 30 day warranty, they ran the hydro jet, and were leaving and I said what about the video and they said they don't have a camera. I got them to come back with a camera the next day, 4 days later the sewer backs up again, I call and they say they won't come out and snake it, I have another company come snake it and run a camera and they said rooter man ran the hydro knocked a bunch of scale off the pipe and then didn't flush that material out causing another clog. read more

I am very disappointed with this company & their employee name Daniel C we had a leak that needed repair & also a sewer drain flush that needed to be unclogged we agreed on the work with his supervisor & price but the.whole time Daniel was complaining about the work & his supervisors but then on the day he was supposed to finish he started telling my sister to start paying for section off the work he was completing but we agreed we would pay when everything was fixed but he started threatening my sister with putting a lean on the property & also was discriminating against us saying that we looked like people that won't pay that too me sounds like a racist remark so because of this guys poor & unprofessional work I will definitely not recommend this company & work still not finished he left the job site very dirty & full of human feces every where & told us that we needed to clean it up ourselves that it wasn't part of his job so we had to power wash it ourselves read more

Don't trust this company! They will overcharge you and up sell you on everything. Our toilet was clogged and we had a Rooter man come out to unclog it. They found root intrusion throughout our pipes that led all the way to the street. They told us the job would cost $15,000 to hydrojet and line the pipe. They tried to finish the job in one day and ended up at 9 pm at night. They said they would send photos and videos to verify their work. The next morning we saw their work, which needed to be completed and up to quality. After requesting Rooterman to complete the service, they ignored our calls and now we are left we an overpriced service and an incomplete job. Look elsewhere for trustworthy plumbing services read more

Colin was a complete gentleman. He very quickly confirmed the problem. Troubleshooted, explained the dilemma with simple detail, and was extremely patient and kind with a curious kitten who was in his space, all the while. He gave us an honest summation of what needs to be fixed and did not even charge us for his gracious time and quote. This team/business is highly recommended! read more

Rodrigo and Sammy came to our rescue on Friday night. They diagnosed the problem fast and had a solution for us in no time. They explained what the problem was and how they would fix it. We had been waiting for our home warranty to come fix it but were hit with so many delays. They had it unclogged and fixed in an hour. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Juan was great. Very professional & he explained the problem very clearly & what my options were. I would use him again.

This past Friday evening we'd experienced a major plumbing problem from a backup in the upstairs bathroom which made an absolute mess downstairs. After calling 10 or so plumbers there was a minimum of a three day wait. I then called Rooter Man and they were here within in two hours. I'd thought that alone was a major plus until they'd started and finished the work. A major plus is a massive understatement as service men Jacob and Josh were relentless in the professionalism, work ethic and respect of both our home and this unpleasant situation. These two didn't take lunch breaks until their job was complete! I've not seen dedication like this to any job. They'd soon solved our unique situation and acted immediately to resolve it! Their immediate supervisor George was just as dedicated to solve this situation as our home had questionable plumbing design issues (from home made looking work that had been done long before). All three of these workers looked me in the eye with every word they'd spoken to me, and explained in detail the issue. I even had to insist that they call me by my first name instead of my last! Dispatch kept me informed via text, their arrival times and with every facet concerning the job. My total cost was hundreds less than expected as I'd witnessed every duty they'd performed. Undoubtedly the best service call this home has ever had!!! If value, quality, class, and respect matter you as it does me, you've most certainly clicked on the right Plumbing service!!! read more

Words can't even express how amazing Kevin was!!! We called this company after the company we usually use wasn't available. They showed up almost immediately and Kevin was polite and knowledgeable and had the patience of a Saint when dealing with my irritated husband! Our clean out attached to our kitchen was clogged and after the snake and the hose didn't break through because of our very old pipes and the amount of backup, we opted for the jetting service. I couldn't believe what came out! Then not only did he fix our problem but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in numerous instances including clearing out the side of our neighbors yard after all of our disgusting backup flooded into their side yard. We loved the 10 year guarantee and that gave me a huge peace of mind especially with how often we have issues. All in all I am so grateful to Kevin for all of his hard work and putting up with our nonsense. He was so patient and so professional and he took a huge weight off of my shoulders. He is the only plumber I will let near my house again! Thank you Kevin!!! You ROCK!!! read more

We had a cracked pipe in front of our house and had to turn our water off to the entire house. Of course, it happened on a Friday evening. So we started looking for plumbers and this company was someone that said they would be available right away and would come out on Saturday. We were happy. Then the guy came, had minimal experience, called his manager and told us it was going to cost $2400. We sent them on their way and told them they were crazy. We were patient and waited until Monday, had a local plumber come out and cost us $300. Beware of this company! The charge wasn't for it being a weekend - it's just what they were going to charge! read more

I gave this company one star because of their policy that if they can't fix the problem there is no charge, which was true the 1st time I used them. The real problem happened the 2nd time when we used them to clear a backed up toilet. Unable to clear the line after opening drywall and snaking the pipe, they dug and installed a cleanout in the front yard, then rootered it out to the sidewalk for a very expensive/overpriced temporary fix. They absolutely insisted that we must hydrojet all the plumbing lines, which did not solve the problem. They then informed us that we had a 2nd, even bigger problem with tree roots and insisted and even guaranteed 3 times that we had a collapsed pipe that needed replacing at a 1st quote of $15,000 in addition to the the nearly $4 000 they just charged us for the cleanout and hydrojet. Rooter man left us with a limited amount of plumbing service and left us with stories of possibly spending as much as $45,000 if they found a 3rd problem out in the street! At this point, we had another company come out and show us clear pictures of our pipe, NOT COLLAPSED, it just needed rootered out. We were also informed that the hydrojet was unnecessary, and we paid only $500, not 15 or $20,000!! WE FELT SCAMMED!!! read more

Rooter man is the easiest and most straightforward company to deal with. The price they quote is the price you get. No hidden fees. No trying to upsell for services you don't need. My technician Juan did an amazing job both of the times he came out. He was friendly and straight to the point. He did not waste my time and was able to get the job done efficiently. The washing machine discharge hose was blowing water out and I tried plunging the adjacent service sink and to no avail ended up calling Rooter Man. From the first call and subsequent texts from our service technician Rodrigo I knew we had contacted a professional company. Rodrigo texted me with updates prior to arrival and then showed up promptly ready to work. He attempted to auger the line and was hitting roots and something hard which after a camera I was told it was approximately 11 ft of cracked 4in sewer line. The home was constructed in the 60s and the two pear trees out front have caused problems in the past. The next day of what turned out to be a 4 day project I recieved a call and constant communication from the job supervisor Daniel, he informed me that 54 ft. of clay sewer pipe was cracked and most likely would be problematic in the near future. I asked about sleeving the pipe which was also his recommendation. The process involves a liner and epoxy and has a lifetime warranty which is a plus. I approved the repair and they also installed 2 new cleaners. Next was to take a good look at the line from the service sink to the 4 inch repaired sewer line and it was broken and therefore I approved coring to install a new poly pipe to discharge into the 4 inch line. Needless to say these jobs are never cheap and you get what you pay for. The concrete that was cut out was replaced and the ground back filled where openings were necessary. Daniel, Rodrigo and Alex as well as a few others were amazing. We had a few hiccups but they made everything right and were professional and courteous the entire time. The crew was hard working, prompt and detail oriented and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing whether it is the $49 drain clearing to a complete 4 day plumbing renovation with a lifetime warranty for $17k. This company and the A team they sent out are top notch and highly recommended. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving read more

Terrible service. Made an online appointment for today which they canceled without any call back stating that they tried to confirm at 730am when in-fact I never received any calls window time was 7am to 9am. They tried to reschedule for the next day but its already been 2 days without water and it was my only day off. I had to call 2 different offices as the confirmation email had the wrong office number on it (LA county, which I reside in, and had me call the Orange county office ) This is not how you handle business making someone wait while never intending to show up! read more

Great service. They completed the job a day early and restored the lawn so you can't tell a new sewer line was installed.
