They were the only plumbers in the area who were willing to install the GE units and one of the very few who seemed experienced with installing heat pump water heaters. Many of the others we spoke to seemed more interested in steering us away from a heat pump water heater. They also installed a hot water recirculating pump for us. The technicians Sergio and Luis did a great job with both installations and were able to deal with some unexpected complications and Marie in the office was very responsive to our questions. The price for the water heater was over $700 less than an estimate for a comparable Bradford White water heater from another plumber, while the price for the recirculating pump was over $700 less. In fact, the price for the pump and its installation was $350 less than the price for the pump alone on the manufacturer website. I highly recommend them!

The first time we had a leak, they were able to come out the next day and fix it. It took just a few hours and they even had someone they knew patch up the dry wall for me. The other time, they fixed our toilet and this time that I called, they were able to come out within 20 minutes! Thankfully, we didn't have a leak this time. Mark provided recommendations based on my home and how it is set up. I didn't do all of the recommendations but the ones I did accept should increase the longevity of my water heater. I selected the company based on their reviews. Perhaps I could have shopped around some more but I'm happy with the work and the service. I will ask them back next year to do descaling service. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?
