Absolutely would recommend! Guys are professional and get the job done. They care about the work they are doing.

Don't hire them for anything gas related unless you want to damage your appliances and possibly have trouble passing inspections later. I tried getting other plumbers to fix their mistakes but refused to work on it because they thought stuff could be broken and didn't want me to blame them. Three separate plumbers saw their work and politely told me to never hire them again. I was willing to let what they did slide because they were friendly and seemed to want to make things right, but they ghosted me so I figure I should warn people. The main problem is when I upgraded my gas unit to a higher pressure, the gas company told me to make absolutely 100% sure there was a regulator between the unit and the house or my appliances could be damaged. They went on to say that if the plumber I called didn't think it was necessary to find a new plumber. I wish I had listened. I called this plumber and they explained to me for 20+ minutes how a regulator wasn't needed, and how dare the gas company try and scare me, etc. I repeated what the gas company told me in 5 or 6 different ways, particularly that pressure was going to increase by 4x. The plumber told me that a regulator wasn't necessary, appliances won't get damaged, appliances have their own regulators, etc. Literally a 20 minute conversation of back and forth. I decided to trust the plumber because he sounded supremely confident. Gas pressure was upgraded. Appliances stopped working. Found out later they could have been damaged. Called the plumber. I think they realized they messed up and the plumber called the gas company. Gas company showed up and removed the upgraded unit because apparently it was so dangerous it's not even allowed. Sanchez eventually came back out, put in a regulator, but when the gas company came back, they said the regulators weren't even facing the right direction and could easily get water inside of them. If it froze, my gas lines could seize up. The gas company guy was supremely polite and diplomatic but he basically said this was a brain dead mistake and would take 10 minutes to fix. He also wasn't sure if such a positioning was even to code. Like I said, maybe they're good at water, but don't trust them for gas. I need to call another plumber to come fix the regulators and cross my fingers that my water heaters and dryer don't have any subtle damage that would take years off their lifespans. Oh yeah, and they ghosted me. I texted them 3-4 times over the past month or so and nothing. If you're the owner, don't message me. I want nothing to do with y'all. I'm going to tell literally everyone I know to avoid y'all. I'm going to tell the person who referred me that he's screwing people. read more

A small plastic item dropped into the toilet, was flushed down, and created an obstruction that partially blocked the discharge. I called SPS. Jose responded with a technician (Daniel) who was at my home within 1 hour. Using a down line camera and auger he was able to identify and clear the obstruction. This was the third occasion that SPS serviced my plumbing problems. Each time the technician was courteous, professional and attentive. The charges were each time reasonable. I decided to give one of the local businesses in Fullerton a chance and I am glad I did! Antonio (owner) picked up the phone at 7am on a Sunday morning. He personally came out to fix the issue and showed up within one hour! He gave me a great price on the phone with no hidden charges and fees. I really appreciated his knowledge, customer service, professionalism and he is definitely one of the good guys in the industry! He did a great job of actually looking at the plumbing problem area, explaining what has to be done to fix it, and provide the cost estimate of the work. This positive Yelp review from me is long overdue for the guys at Sanchez Plumbing. With his level of effort to the job, from examining to actually fixing the problem, it was still way below the other 3 plumbers that had provided me a quote. The other three plumbers didn't even look at the problem and provided a ridiculous number, which I was not comfortable with. One of the guy even quoted me $150 just so he can use the video camera to "find" the problem, not the actual cost of fix it. Antonio fixed the problem, saved me $$, and communicated very well. They will pick up the phone on the first call and respond faster than the other yelp popular plumbing services. I called one morning looking for someone to unclog at slowed bath tub. After calling two other higher rated services in the area twice each (and left messages) with no response I decided to try Sanchez. He picked up on the first call and said that he could be there later that day. Sanchez showed up with a partner and they cleared it in half an hour. Friendly and professional. The other plumbing services finally returned my messages five and nine hours later, just to tell me that they were too busy with emergency calls to fix my slow tub. We had a plumber out a few weeks ago, through our buyers home warranty carrier, and they replaced the stem in our shower faucet. It came loose late on a Saturday afternoon, we couldn't turn it off, and we couldn't get any one out until Mon/Tue. I called Sanchez Plumbing about a water hammer issue we have been battling. Antonio took the time to speak in depth with me about the issue over the phone asking all of the pertinent questions. He's the 5th plumber to come out and at this point we were exhausted with the issue and getting nowhere with it. He offered to come and do an inspection and provide a free estimate which was very much appreciated after getting nowhere with the other plumbers. He arrived on time for the appointment on the next day with an assistant and explored all areas of concern while explaining in detail what he observed and heard. He was incredibly knowledgable and spoke in terms I could understand. He approached the issue with the intention of solving it, not racing to get out of my home and collecting a check. He provided me with what he felt would be the best solution and cost for the job, but he also gave me the worst case scenario which is what every homeowner wants. Who wants surprises?! The week before Christmas I had my tub and shower backing up. I had a couple of other plumbers out to try and clear my drain with no luck. Each of those plumbers told me I needed to repipe my bathrooms. I did not have the money to repipe so I called Sanchez Plumbing. Antonio and one other guy came out and I figured he would try to sell me on a repipe right away. Antonio was great he talked me through the process of what he was going to do and if that did not work what his next step would be. After some investigation Antonio had found some roots had gotten into the pipes causing the backup. After leaving to go get the parts he needed he returned and was able to finish the job that night. recently bought a water softener from home depot and needed a professional to install. got some recommendations, found some on yelp and started making calls. sanchez plumbing was one of the first to call back and came the SAME DAY to give me an estimate. ultimately, 1 other plumbing company contacted me back but their quote was much higher than sanchez so of course i went with sanchez. again, they quickly setup a schedule to install the system the next day. they contacted me beforehand to confirm the appt and their plumber contacted again that he was on his way. their plumber worked quickly and cleanly, had the system installed and running in about 4 hours. near the end of the installation, one of the owners dropped by and explained to me what was done and some simple instructions on how to use the system. its been about a 10 days and i haven't noticed any problems or leaks anywhere, the only thing i noticed is great, soft water! paid the invoice after the work was done, there was no hidden fees or costs, just what i was quoted. i requested a copy of the invoice by email and it was sent a couple hours later after the work was done. glad to have found a local, family business! excellent communication, price and work. would highly recommend and thx to fellow yelpers for helping find and go with sanchez. hopefully wont have any plumbing problems but if i do, i know who to call! read more

Wow! What great service. Last winter our sewage clogged, badly! Antonio and team came and worked into the evening two nights and got it done. They updated our system with an accessible, new cleanout. Then last night, the sewage started to clog again. Antonio came out first thing in the morning and saved us again. Thanks to the company's service and the foresight into that cleanout.
