Beware, this person is not a professional, greedy, thinks other person is made of money,doesn't fulfill his Warranty, has no manners, condescending, snobby and shouts on your in your house. I gave him two projects in my house one was installing a drain pipe for my washer and dryer, the other project was almost the same but had a longer pipe. For first project I gave him $600 and for second project he charged me $1500. In the front project just after two months of his work the drain pipe started leaking, I contacted him, he is so snobby that he refused to come without getting paid. I sent him videos and photos but to no avail. And on top of that his snobby condescending attitude. He is just after money and nothing else. I gave him repeat business, at least as a courtesy he should have came and check instead of just opening his mouth for money. Will complain about him to CSLB. read more

Adam has replaced my 10+yr old water heater in BP and my moms 15+ yr old water heater in Cypress reliably and quickly. Thursday night we didn't have hot water. Because Adam replaced when my moms water heater started leaking, I was confident Adam would be just as quick, reasonable and responsive. Texted Adam Friday morning and he called me back right away and ordered a new one (he doesn't like Home Depot ones and he doesn't recommend tankless water heaters which are just more expensive. I appreciated his expertise. He quoted me $1600-1700. He stopped by in the afternoon to flush it out and told me he would come back Saturday at 8am. Perfectly on time. Saturday morNing he replaces the water heater, replaces my leaking water hose bib and takes a look at my other faucets that I'm having trouble with. By Saturday 11am I was able to take a hot shower. He's coming back when I get the parts for the faucets. I would not hesitate to call him for any of my plumbing needs. read more

Adam and company are awesome! Such a fair price and prompt to respond! Very professional and honest. He unclogged our kitchen sink fast and efficient. He is legit! He has a whole trailer full of needed equipment. In addition, we have problems with our pvc pipe outside. He could have easily have done it himself and charge us extra. I wish I could put negative stars. Adam's Plumbing is totally incompetent and excessively expensive. Nothing was resolved, identified or repaired after 2 short visits over 5 day period while we had no water. For the $550.00 advanced fee Adam's required they merely stated that they can't locate or fix the leak without breaking thru our walls and possibly floor. Even if we told them to proceed they didn't have the time or manpower to begin. We hired a 2nd plumber who quickly found and fixed our leak on their 1st visit and reconnected our water. This plumber charged less than Adam's and didn't damage any walls or floors. read more

Called Adam yesterday about my single handle bathtub faucet, hot water was barely a trickle. He told me that if I wasn't in a rush I could contact Moen and they would send me a new valve for free but it might take a couple of weeks. SInce I wanted it done now he quoted me what sounded like a fair price. He came today as promised, had the valve replaced within a half hour, and told me that he only had to replace one part instead of two and charged me about 28% less than the original quote. Beware: Doesn't honor warranties like other plumbing companies. We used Adam Ringle a few times in 12 years, along with other people I know. He installed a hot water heater for us that had a 6 year warranty. Well 5 yrs. later, it sprung a leak, we called, and he wanted $300 to install the replacement water heater. Other plumbing companies warranty the parts AND LABOR. Then we said we'll take the unit only and install it ourselves, he said, "then go pick it up yourself". RUDE!!! No customer service for repeat customers. All was said through one of his workers, not in person of course. No guts to call us himself either. All his other customers we know will soon find out about this...costing him more than $300. read more

I used Adam's Plumbing several years ago to get a water softener installed. They did great work. They were able to reconfigure the plumbing so the unit could be installed in the center of the house and still feed the whole house. They also upgraded some valves for pretty much just the cost of parts. I recently bought a new house and will need to get a sewer hookup. Adam couldn't really help with this project (makes more sense to use the plumbers who started the project), but when I called, he spent a good 20min explaining things to me about the system I'm considering using. I've found they are fast to send someone out in an emergency, like when a pipe burst inside my bathroom wall, they don't estimate something and then have it come in over estimate, and they finish projects within the timeframe they estimated. They also clean up any mess they make and have always been friendly and efficient. We had our roof replaced last year and decided to take a closer look at the plumbing in the attic while the roof was off. We had another plumber re-pipe the entire house with copper over 12 years ago and were concerned that he hadn't done a proper job. We found that there was still galvanized pipe in use in our attic (connected directly to the cooper). We knew that it was only a matter of time until electrolysis caused a catastrophic plumbing leak in our attic. We called Adam's Plumbing and were very pleased with the quick response we received. We ended up having the entire house re-plumbed with pex piping, replaced the water heater (because it was beyond its expected life expectancy) and had a hot water recirculation pump installed. They cleaned up after each day's work, were professional and affordable They even made arrangements for a drywall guy and a painter to come in and patch/paint the walls after they were done.
