Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

The first time we had a leak, they were able to come out the next day and fix it. It took just a few hours and they even had someone they knew patch up the dry wall for me. The other time, they fixed our toilet and this time that I called, they were able to come out within 20 minutes! Thankfully, we didn't have a leak this time. Mario is always nice, knows what he is doing, and is always considerate to wear shoe coverings (despite my house being a mess). The person who schedules the appts is also very nice. On a recommendation, I reached out to FV Plumbing & Rooter and spoke with Miguel, explaining the urgency of the situation. He mentioned he'd need to check with Frank, who I believe is his boss, and promised to get back to me within an hour. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up at all. No call, no message, just complete silence. In a critical scenario like this, that kind of lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also pretty distressing. I can't recommend this company because, based on my experience, they do not seem to prioritize their customers' emergencies or follow through on their promises.

Great experience. Chris is one of the very few plumbers who actually provided me a price quote…read moreremotely without playing games and wasting everyone's time. Almost every other plumber on here wants to pressure you with a "free estimate" and decide what they want to charge you once they show up (even for a straightforward job that doesn't require anyone to visit your house to give you a price). Chris is honest, polite, and easy to work with. Showed up on time, wore booties in the house, kept everything clean and took everything with him. Reasonable price compared to others. Would use again.

That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Jetters N Drains were the only guys willing to give me a straight forward price quote through Yelp for this simple service after looking at a few pictures I sent. The job was done efficiently and the site left spotless. Good to know I won't have to shop around again next time I need jetting - I'll just call Jetters N Drains again
