Carlos was very responsive, polite, humble thorough. He did a good job explaining the sink and faucet connection work process. He also did a good job with the connection, everything works now. His quote was very reasonable. He didn't charge me additional labor cost for replacing my valve too, since one was broken. Some of the other bigger companies quoted 3 times his price for the same work.Overall he is great..Definitely recommend hiring him! read more

Great services, great prices! I've been using Carlos for the last few years to mainly change under the sink water filters twice a year. He was always on time, clean, very nice and respectful. Charly Plumbing - New garbage disposal and P traps installed - Plumbing Near Me

Carlos and Monica are a great team; humble, thoughtful and friendly. Charly Plumbing came recommended through family and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber. Carlos quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it on the same day. Since the toilet required dismantling, I took the opportunity to replace it with a brand new one. Couldn't be happier! While he was onsite, I consulted him on a few minor issues and I'm now looking forward to work on the next upgrade project with him. read more

I sent out multiple requests for quotes for a small job to replace our hallway bathroom faucet. Carlos was the first to respond and was available the next day. He gave us the best price out of the other 5 local plumbers. Communication was awesome, he was on time and got the job done with no issues! I added him to my contacts list for future plumbing needs and highly recommend him! Thanks Carlos and Monica! read more

garbage disposal replacement. For the existing disposal, we tried the hex key method and still wouldn't fix. Carlos battled the pipes as it was complicated to install the new disposal with the odd piping. Very reasonable price and will contact again for a separate big plumbing job I need. read more

I was referred to Carlos by a family member who already had worked with him and was very happy with his work, timeliness, and the reasonable pricing. I am very happy to have found a new plumber since my previous plumber quoted an over the top price that left me with no choice but to find a new plumber. I am quite satisfied with the work he has done for us so far, and as of this moment, calling him again for another issue with the water heater. He was also referred to another family member as well. I would definitely recommend Carlos Menas and Charly Plumbing. Edit: Carlos just finished replacing our broken water heater! He came after hours yesterday and then worked on a weekend to get things going for us. And his price is so reasonable! It is reassuring to know that I have a great plumber to call should any problems arise. read more

Texted Carlos to install a new garbage disposal and a new bidet for us. He quotes you up front and is very fairly priced compare to others. He's responsive and shows up on time ready to get the job done. (Oh and doesn't leave any mess behind) Not to mention he's very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain to you what needs to be done and won't upsell you for things you don't need. Just a good old honest and polite guy that knows what he's doing. Definitely recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you Carlos! read more

Needed to get a new toilet & washlet installed, and the old one hauled away. Charly Plumbing was one of the few venders on Yelp that actually gave me a straight up quote for services, which I really appreciated. Carlos arrived on time, and did a great job. I was charged the exact price he quoted in his initial estimate, and at no point did he try and upsell me on anything. Found Charly Plumbing through a search on Yelp and after reading the reviews, I sent him a message and received a response right away. Not being too familiar with plumbing, I shared some of the details of the service needed and he gave us a fair quote. With the first service, which was Carlos and his wife showed up and were so professional, kind and knowledgable. They completed the service in a timely manner and even gave us some tips for the future. He even had a tube that I didn't have already ready in his truck. Because of our great experience, we called Carlos back to help us install a water softener and he got the job done in one day even though it was kind of complicated with our water line. Asked him to come back a third time when our water heater was broken and he came by after hours and the next day, went and purchased a new one for us, provided the receipt and installed with his son. What I appreciate about Carlos and Charly Plumbing is they are a genuine, knowledgeable family run business. You can tell Carlos takes a lot of pride in his work and is so proud to be teaching his son the ropes. Definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs and also other services needed for your house. He is well connected and if there's an area that isn't his expertise, he can recommend the best person for you. I've already sent his info to family members. Thank you Carlos and family for your great service! read more

Carlos with Charly Plumbing was out to my house to replace two toilets, two faucets and snake two bathroom sinks. He and his son were very professional, kind, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. They completely went above and beyond. One of the toilets was too long for the master water closet so they loaded the toilets in their truck and followed me to Home Depot where I returned it. They then loaded the new toilet up and brought it back to my house to install. When the work was complete, Carlos went over everything they did in detail to make sure I didn't have any questions. The cost was very reasonable. I will certainly call Charly Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have. read more

This is the second time I called Charly plumbing, he installed a faucet and a garbage disposal, as before he was exactly on time, did an excellent job and when he noticed that I was missing some parts to finish the job, he had them in his truck and thus completed the job that same day. His price was also fair. read more

Carlos came out to install a toilet purchased at Home Depot as I was renovating the entire 2nd floor of my home. Carlos inspected the toilet carefully and noticed a chip at the bottom of the toilet. He and his wife kindly offered to take the toilet back to Home Depot and replace it. I set this up on the phone and Carlos returned, inspected the toilet a 2nd time (the 1st time at the store), and installed the toilet. The next day Carlos returned to my home to pick up his check for his labor (I was having a problem with Zelle and Venmo the previous evening) and he asked to come up to take a few photos for his business advertising. We went up to take a few pictures when he noticed water near the bottom of the toilet. Carlos immediately took out the toilet for inspection and noticed the slightest hairpin crack on the side of the toilet where the water was slowly leaking out. He and his wife returned the toilet to Home Depot for replacement a 2nd time and brought home the replacement to install it for the 3rd time. This time there were no issues and as I write this the toilet is working perfectly. Here's the kicker that separates Carlos from others: the multiple installations, the driving over 2x to Home Depot to replace the cracked toilets, etc. - Carlos never asked for a penny more than our agreed-upon price to do the initial installation. Carlos of Charly Plumbing is a skilled plumber with a super impressive work ethic, is conscientious about doing quality work at a competitive cost for his clients, and most importantly is an honest man. I highly recommend Carlos to do any plumbing work you may need and I am convinced that you will be pleased. I will hire him in a heartbeat if ever I need any work that would involve the skills of a good plumber. read more

I requested a quotation for a bathroom faucet replacement and Carlos' offer was the most budget friendly one considering he had to travel from OC to Corona.
