I initially thought I was dealing with a simple blockage because of some strange noises coming from…read morethe toilet, but it turned out to be a much bigger issue. The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. They also stand behind their work with a 10-year warranty on the epoxy and a 2-year warranty if anything gets stuck, which gave me a lot of confidence. This company genuinely operates with integrity. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, which is rare compared to some of the larger plumbing companies out there.....not naming names *Mike Diamond* Anyways, if you're dealing with plumbing issues and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend them. They are great!

I have a new favorite plumbing service! Save this company to your YELP account…read more Their tech just left. What a Great guy! Old school and awesome and friendly. I like Buddy! Company had great communication and follow through. They kept me up to date on time and arrival. They were here on time as scheduled. And No service charge to come out! Tech confirmed the leak in my garage was from my neighbor and he has a slab leak that is leaking into my garage. They saved me the cost of hiring a leak detection company. Thank you VIP!

5/5 I've had Andrew come out twice now. The first time was to repair a drain line leak in my living…read moreroom ceiling, and the second was to rough in a shower drain for an upcoming remodel. Both jobs were done with the skill and attention to detail of a master plumber. Price was competitive with others in the area. It's been over a year since the leak repair and everything has held up perfectly. The shower drain rough-in was centered exactly where it needed to be and completely leak-free. I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I think that's standard for plumbers specialized in their trade. In my case, I patched them up myself.

They were knowledgeable and efficient, and had the whole thing diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty on the part they installed, which was a nice surprise. Thank you Andrew and Ryan for such great service!!

Technician Took a $1,600 Faucet From My Home Without Permission…read more I hired Just In Time Plumbing to remove a high-end faucet -- valued at $1,600 brand new -- so I could have my stone countertop replaced. I specifically told the technician that I had ordered a new one but would be reinstalling this faucet once the new stone was in place. When the stone work was done and I went to reinstall the faucet, it was gone. I called Just In Time Plumbing and was told that the technician had taken it from my home, assuming I no longer wanted it. No one asked me. No one called to confirm. A $1,600 fixture was simply removed from my property without my consent. When I spoke with the owner, Justin, his response was shocking. He told me it is their "standard practice" to dispose of anything they remove, and that if I wanted to keep the faucet, I should have told the technician. In other words, he defended his employee taking personal property from a client's home without asking -- and placed the blame squarely on me. Not once did Justin offer an apology. Not once. And as of today, I have yet to receive a callback with any resolution regarding the replacement of my faucet. If you value your belongings, think twice before letting this company into your home. What they removed from a job site, they apparently consider theirs to keep.
