Needed help in a pinch after 5PM on a Friday and Tom was the first one who picked up the phone. I can echo all the other 5 star reviews here: he is incredibly professional and reasonably priced. I did not relish the plumbing emergency but I'm glad I found Tom. I will be calling him first the next time I need help or want improvements done. read more

Tom fixed 2 separate plumbing issues at our new home, including a failed shower thermostatic cartridge and a hot water circulator timer that was damaged. He was professional, courteous and was very responsive to all of our communications, and fixed all of our problems. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing related issues. read more

We found that we had a leak in our pipes and were lucky enough to get Tom from Green Global to come within a few hours. He was able to cap off the pipe with the leak allowing us to get back to normal. Wasn't an easy task as the pipe was hidden under cement. He was very confident, capable and had a very positive attitude while working. This is the second time we have had Green Global do work at our house (Able and Vic replaced a tankless water heater a few months ago). Both occasions were wonderful and we are so grateful to have found Green Global. So lucky to have a plumbing company you can count on and we would highly recommend them! read more

Can you do 5 starts TWICE?? As a new home owner, you never want to start using your home warranty for fear of getting a "bad apple". Kyle and Trevor were so responsive when started my claim for my water pressure regular. They were efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and got the job done. Even my neighbors were asking them questions and getting business cards. I called First American Home Warranty and submitted 2nd claim. Little did I know my water heater was going to leak. I asked if I could get Green Globe back and rarely do they take requests, but it just so happens it worked out to get Trevor back. I think this was the fastest claim and solution ever. Trevor was quick, Kyle and Greg were also helpful too! In just three days I had a new water heater and welcomed my hot showers again. read more

Thank god for Trevor at Green Glove Plumbing and Construction. I'm so glad that I met him through First American Home Warranty because now I have a reputable plumber contact for life, for my home and business. He first helped with a toilet leak and then a water heater/gas fireplace leak. There's no job that is too much for Trevor. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! Thanks Trevor! read more

Our water tank went out on Friday morning, we called Tom Friday afternoon and he came out Friday evening. After diagnosis he told me it needed to be replaced. Tom and his crew were out SATURDAY MORNING with the exact same water tank that I currently had. I've used them for other work and they are very reliable and affordable. Great family owned company with family values (something you don't find anymore). They are not only plumbers but are licensed general contractors as well. read more

My water heater went out and this company was recommended by my home warranty company. The technician came out to assess the water heater for the estimate. He was there for less than 5 minutes and told me everything was perfect and would need zero modifications and the warranty company should cover the water heater so my only out of pocket would be the disposal. I thought "Great!" However, I was then told by my warranty company that my out of pocket would be over $650 for modifications?! What? I called them and asked for a detailed estimate for these charges and was told they had already provided it to the warranty company and to just reach out to them. The warranty company notified me the next day that they had approved the estimate and ordered the tank already before reaching out to me. I still was waiting for the itemized estimate for the erroneous modification charges that his tech told me were not needed. $650 is alot to a single mom with 3 kids, I'd like to know exactly why I'm getting charged before just blindly paying someone. A week goes by and I have no communication from Green Globe, the warranty company has at this point told me all communication should be through them. I finally get ahold of them after a week and a half and his response was "Oh, we figured you had just had a friend help you with it" and basically was writing me off. I explained that no, I have been waiting on the estimate and have called with no response. He then had the itemized estimate sent over and wow....$600 of the $650 was all modifications I was told I didn't need. $50 for disposal. I asked him why and he said, well I have to make money somewhere. I felt very taken advantage of and told him what his tech had told me and he denied every word. I told him he should at least attempt to work with me and he got very defensive before finally telling me he was refusing to install the water heater (that mind you they already had and was ready to go), and laughed saying good luck finding another company. This company is absolutely horrific and only cares about the money. They lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to pay their surprise fees. They are extremely rude and abraisive if you dare question why they are charging for something. Terrible customer service, and uncaring staff/owners. read more

Beware - Abraham @ Green Globe Plumbing 949-290-7214 Abe was dispatched by First American Home Warranty to repair a leak for the Refrigerator valve & pipe. He did replaced the leak however instead of installing a correct 1/4" valve, he installed a 3/8" valve. I didn't noticed the different size valve until he has already left. He is intentionally screwing with his customers. Now he is refusing to return to do it right. First American Home Warranty is reimbursing me to fix what Abraham did. read more

Tom and team were amazing. They were considerate, knowledgeable, and considerate of our home when doing our repairs over the holidays. We plan to use them again in the future for our plumbing needs and highly recommend! read more

I can not recommend this company enough, especially Trevor! He was prompt professional and thorough. The Mrs and i have homeowners insurance and by chance were assigned Trevor to fix a toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom. He was able to fix the problem in under half an hour(failed wax seal) but also checked the rest of the house for any other leaks. Then a few weeks later we smelled gas coming from the water heater and gas fire place, we asked for Trevor to be assigned. He fast tracked our case with the insurance company, he arrived a couple days later and got everything working in a few hours, new water heater and all. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this guy. read more

Absolutely terrible.... 6 days and no return call to get appointment. They were hired by my home warranty company. I actually believe these plumbers are out of business. read more

Green Globe is the BEST company out there. We have had plumbing repairs done by Green Globe and was more then satisfied. However we wanted to remodel our three bathrooms. Tom came out and gave us very reasonable quotes. Tom was very patient with us as we started to remodel each bathroom. He was extremely professional. Everyday during contraction, Tom or Vick would come inspect the remodel and check in with us ( the home owners), to make sure the remodel was coming along with our expectations. The job sites were always left clean. I can't thank them enough. This is a family owned business and they will give you the personal care and workmanship your home needs. Craftsmanship tends to get lost these days with large companies. Green Globe is not that company. They go above and beyond to make sure the remodel is done correctly. When you need remodeling, CALL Green Globe. You will not de disappointed. Well done Tom, and Thank you! June M. read more

First American referred Green Globe Plumbing to me Three Days after the repair order. It turns out First American did not even reach out to Green Globe until this morning. TWICE... Green Globe.. I wish I had spoken to you Immediately. I will be contacting you in the future for such needs and CANCELING my First American Warranty.. Thank you! read more

I needed to get my old water heater replaced that was not supplying enough hot water. Green Globe Plumbing was great and it was a smooth experience, also really nice guys. Everything was done in a timely manner without any hiccups. I now have my new water heater and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company. read more

I had a leak and was determined to find a better plumber than my current one. I searched the top 10 plumbers on yelp and had a phone call with each of them before making a decision. During that first conversation, Tom's expertise and professionalism shined through, far above the rest. He even walked me through specific steps to troubleshoot the problem on the phone before offering to fix anything. Since then, Green Globe has helped me with two leaks and re-piped my house. I have also recommended them to family and friends. They're a family-owned business so you're not dealing with a temporary employee, but with owners who care about their reputation and want to win your business for the long haul. If you need a new plumber who is honest, has integrity, and truly wants to help, then look no further! read more

My wife and I called Tom out to perform work on our tankless water heater. They were very professional, called to confirm our appointment. More importantly he realized that being without hot water required an appointment the next day. Tom made that happen and was on time for our appointment the next morning. He kept us informed throughout the process, was knowledgeable about the tankless water heater and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing. read more

Great experience! Having to call a plumber is usually like going to the dentist, but not this time. I needed to bring water into an office suite in Laguna Hills. I got estimates from four plumbers before finding Green Globe. They were either to expensive or to flakey. Not only was Tom's bid the most reasonable but Tom and his dad Vick were great. They were dependable, clean, honest, and the work was flawless. I will never worry again about having to call a plumber. read more

If you have any plumbing needs in your home, do not waste time searching for the perfect plumbing company. Call Tom at Green Globe immediately! Just this past Sunday, Easter Sunday, we had a clogged kitchen sink. After briefly trying to remedy the situation myself, I called Green Globe. I was very happy that Tom answered my call. Not only did he answer on a Sunday, and a holiday, he told me that he would be at my house in Aliso Viejo within the hour. Sure enough, he was there in less than hour. Within minutes, Tom was able to locate the clog. He promptly removed the clog and even went so far as to change out some basic plumbing because he noticed some wear which could be a source of a future leak. Tom was very prompt, thorough, clean, and professional. We were very pleased with the service provided by Green Globe Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks again Tom! read more

So this is going to be a rolling review as things progress, but I think it deserves 5 stars at this point. We had Tom come out today to give us an estimate on a full remodel of an upstairs bathroom. Now I'm pretty hard of hearing due to my Marine Corps years so I let Tom know that I preferred text communication over talking. He was understanding and was/is very quick in his responses. He came on time and is very work focused in a pleasant manner. He listened to our ideas and you can see that he was fully listening and planning in his head. Unlike other contractors that came before him and laid out their cookie cutter plan, unwilling or unable to take the owners ideas into their own, Tom fully embraced our ideas and worked with us. He was upfront and truthful in answering my questions and never left us wondering. He quoted us a bid that was fair, competitive and honest to God made total sense. He hadn't even crossed our property line to leave before my wife and I knew we had us a contractor. I'll update as we go through the steps and put up pics too. Before you commit to a contractor, Tom without a doubt deserves the chance to put in a competitive bid. If anyone has questions, feel free to contact me. read more

Professional, honest and reliable to start. Tom has done several repairs to our rental and was always on time, reasonable and got the job done. We recently purchased a home and the night we moved in, Saturday evening I left a message of which he promptly returned and was there first thing the next morning to advise on a water heater issue. He educated me on how to fix and maintain it in the future too which was very useful and appreciated. Highly highly recommend. read more

I highly, HIGHLY, recommend these guys! Came out same day, were very respectful, knowledgeable, clean and just all around nice guys in general. They got the job done efficiently and in a minimal time frame at a really reasonable price. Our home is old and not the easiest project but they handled it no problem! 100% satisfied, if I could give 10 stars I would. They will be our new go to every time! read more

I got a couple of estimates before choosing Green Globe Plumbing. Tom, who gave me the estimate and did the repair work, was very prompt both for the estimate and the repair work. Tom came out and fixed a pinhole leak in a pipe at our house. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely use him in the future! Five stars! read more

Lets give a honest review about Tom at Green globe. He installed a water heater for me with no pan under it which is not right . The water heater shook and made a lot of noise so I told him at it and his reply was ,,,Hummm I don't know and never offered any customer service. So I had to have a real plumber fix all his mistakes. Next I had a leak in the bathroom his plan was to tear out the floor the entire tub and also cut into the wall . Well I passed on his idea and fixed it myself and it was just a pipe that needed tightening. The guy is a idiot and would never hire him again . He is over priced and does poor work so save your money and hire a real plumber read more

Seriously can't say enough good things about the company and the staff. Tom and his team are amazing. They go out of their way to help fix any plumbing issue. We had a great experience with Tom at Green Globe Plumbing. He has handled a few different plumbing issues for us, including replacing bathroom sink faucets and detecting and quickly fixing a water leak in our side yard. It's nice to find a competent plumber who is also clean cut. Too often plumbers smell like smoke or look a bit like ex-cons. Tom is friendly and clean cut. 5 stars from us. read more

Great plumber! Nice and reasonably prices jobs. Does great work and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

We have used Green Globe Plumbing before and called Tom when we needed a new outdoor hose connection. Tom came right out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He installed the hose bib the next day which required some digging and connecting the water supply to the sprinkler system. As usual, the job was perfect in every way. Tom takes pride in his work and it really shows. He puts customer satisfaction as his top priority. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. read more

I've called Tom and Green Globe Plumbing on three occasion so far. Every one of those jobs, Tom has done an exceptional job, especially the emergency call I had with a backed up sewage line. Tom was able to come out within 20min and got everything unclogged and working again. I had to write this review because of my experience with Tom on my most recent job. I had to replace the main gas pip coming into my house. Got a good quote from Tom and scheduled the job. Tom came out and explained everything that was going to happen, even saved me money by re-running the pipes since the underground housing was cracked and I would have to replace it if he just replaced the existing pip. How's that for not being lazy. When everything was done, Tom went to light my water heater. That thing would not keep the pilot light lite, he even tried replacing the thermal sensor for free but that failed, Tom then got on the phone to try and troubleshoot the burner (didn't even try to up-sell me a new water heater). We decided it needed to be replaced, a much cheaper solution but since it was a Saturday the parts department at GE wasn't open. Tom took care of it on Monday and installed it for me on Tuesday. Great service in my book. A very well deserved 5 star rating for Green Globe Plumbing, and my go to plumber. read more

Used Green Globe a few months ago to look at a leak and install a new toilet. Very responsive, professional, did the work quickly and the price was very fair. Very happy. Called twice and left messages over the past 6 days to have them come out again and fix a different problem - never got a call back. Disappointed, thought I had found someone dependable. Maybe they are on vacation, or just busy - it's a shame as I really liked their work and how professional they were. read more
