Over the years we've had DB Plumbing out to our home for several different plumbing jobs, and every experience has been a positive one. Whether it was repairing a toilet, clearing a clogged shower drain, fixing a dishwasher plumbing problem, or replacing our water heater, they have always provided outstanding service. One of the things I appreciate most is how considerate and professional everyone has been. They arrive on time, explain the repair in a way that's easy to understand, and never leave until everything is working properly. They also treat our home with care and always clean up after themselves. It's refreshing to find a company that still believes in honesty, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I would gladly recommend DB Plumbing to anyone looking for a dependable plumber. read more

I had a great experience with DB Plumbing! Our bathtub faucet was leaking, and they were able to send someone out the same day. I had some minor drainage issues with both showers at the house so I messaged four plumbers through Yelp, and DB Plumbing gave me the best price. Donald gave me two different quotes depending on possible scenarios (localized blockage vs. main line blockage). I wasn't sure which type I had so I called him, and he clarified everything for me. Based on what I told him, it seemed like I just had a localized block, which can be fixed pretty quickly. Donald already had a technician working near my house so he was able to get someone out to my house within an hour. Technician showed up earlier than anticipated, and he got both drains fixed within 15 minutes. I know it wasn't a major work but it was still nice to get someone out quickly and get it over with. Work came with a 90-day warranty. This company is licensed and bonded. State license #971888 (C-36 Plumbing), issued 4/6/2012 and expires 4/30/2018. Contractor's bond is with Suretec Indemnity Company. I checked information on state licensing board, and as of this review date, the license was current and active with no negative information. read more

I've been using DB plumbing for years. Their prices are very reasonable, they are professional, friendly, and they do good work. They have never disappointed me. I believe they are family owned and operated. Today is Sunday and my water heater sprung a leak on the bottom. It had to be replaced. Even though they are closed on Sundays, I called them. Without me asking, they offered to send someone out to help me. They were here in less than an hour and offered to replace the water heater the same day. The quote was less than I thought it would be considering it's Sunday and they made a special trip for me. I have never experienced this high level of service from any other company. I am very grateful. Thank you so much. This is one of the reasons they get my business over and over again. read more

Mike and Don at DB Plumbing are a class act! You don't need to look any further than this awesome and professional company, whom we always felt had our best interests in mind. We needed a new tankless water heater installed and a gas line capped (the gas line needed to be capped for a city inspection before the water heater installation). Mike came out an capped the gas line for us, without charging anything up front - just trusted us. A few weeks later, after the inspection, he came out again and installed the water heater quickly, it look a little more than a day. Mike was courteous, professional, and always let us know when he needed to turn off the water for awhile so we would not be surprised by the lack of water pressure. Before the job, we also received a very professional, typed-up estimate giving us prices for all of the possible options. Don is also great at responding to our text messages and any questions we had. It is better to send him a text or to contact him through yelp, rather than email. Other than that, your search is over, please choose DB Plumbing and support a great small business. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable & affordable! Highly recommend! I was having an issue with the standpipe in my washer backing up when I would wash clothes. Older pipes with newer washer didn't mix. I called and had them out the next day for an estimate. During the estimate I could tell they knew what they were doing so I hired them for the job. I felt their price was more than fair for the work they would be doing. The guys came out to replace the standpipe and did a great job. Then testing it out they noticed something else and did what was needed to get it draining without overflowing. They went above and beyond to make sure things were working for me. They will be the only plumbing company I use moving forward and I have already been telling others to use them. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work. read more

This is the 2nd time I used them. Very reliable and trustworthy. Corbin quoted less than a thousand for the 2 leaks under my house this week. The next day Mike came to fix the pipe and charged me half the price only because he said it was only 1 leak instead of 2. Because the water was splashing everywhere underneath, Corbin thought it was more than 1. DB Plumbing's motto should be 'Honesty is their Best Policy'. I'm not going to know how many pipes are leaking because it is underneath my house. Shout out to both Corbin and Mike. I will use them all the time for any plumbing issues. read more

Don installed a water softener system in my home, gave me a more than fair price, and did an excellent job. He was a third of the price of the other plumbers I contacted and took the time to look into different water softener options that would best fit my needs. He was also the only plumber to bring up the issue that water softeners cause when watering plants. You can't water your plants with a salt based system or your plants will die. To get around this, he installed another water spigot that doesn't go through the softener so I can water my plants. I would hire him again in a second. read more

Thank you Donald! Great response time and quality work. Our main water line connection broke in the evening. Donald responded quickly to my yelp request, which I submitted at 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not expect a response until the morning. Donald came out in the morning, assessed the issue and fixed our pipe. read more

I text at 9:00 pm. Donald sent his person the following morning. This is my second time calling him. He is very good. He answered all my questions. Another satisfied customer!! Just bought a new washer and dryer. When they went to install it, my hot water valve/outlet was stuck and they couldn't turn off the water. So I figured I would turn off the main water cut off, but my main water valve is the old school one (the one with the knob that you have to keep turning right) and even though I closed the valve, water was still going thru the pipes because the main water valve was worn out! So now faced with TWO problems! So I called DB plumbing - Don came out, gave me a quote to replace the main water shut off valve and the hot water valve/outlet for the washing machine. Since I need my washer and dryer to wash clothes, I asked if Don can come out the very next morning to do the install. He said yes! They came in the morning, replaced both of the items requested and charged me the price that was quoted. No games or bait and switch! My new main water valve is now the newer quarter turn type so should last a long time! Thanks DB plumbing!! read more

We had DB Plumbing install a tankless water heater a few years back and annually have them return to descale and change the filter. On this occasion I mentioned our toilet was slow to flush and sometimes doesn't go down all the way. They looked into it and got it working well again. It just needed a little Tune Up of sorts. The work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The team at DB Plumbing has always been amazing and they're the only plumber we trust with our home. read more

I had an outdoor leak on my lawn and realized the grass was a lot greener than the rest of the lawn. As I went closer I noticed that the lawn was muddy and water was exposed. So I decided to call a few plumbers to get a few quotes. I contacted DB plumbing and talked with Don. I explained to him the issues I had and sent a photo and the next day he dispatched his team. Mike and Corbin. They were able to handle the work the same day and were very professional. DB plumbing is very on top of things and very reasonably price based on the job and I would use them for future projects. Great service for the price and very professional. read more

I asked around for quotes on a toilet replacement using yelp and Don was not only the first to reply but he was also the only one who answered all of my questions. All in all they really give amazing service read more

I don't usually write a review on yelp but I had to let everyone know the excellent job DB PLUMBING did. First off, the fact that they came on a Sunday was amazing and impressive. I went through at least 5 other plumbing company that all said they were not available to come in to work on Sunday. When I  did find a company to come in, they told me theyll come at around 5-6 p.m and quoted me a ridiculous price, claiming it was "after hour" prices. Then came DB PLUMBING to save the day. They came in, surveyed the problem, and quoted me a price right on the spot all the while being professional and extremely friendly. They got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. So if you're looking for a new plumber I would highly recommend DB Plumbing. You will not be disappointed. Our family have definitely found our go to company for any future plumbing services. Pros: - straight to the point - fast and efficient - reasonable prices - friendly service - easy to talk to read more

We called DB plumbing after being referred by my parents. We needed our sink drain pipe repaired since we were told by another plumber who came out to snake our clogged sink that it was most likely broken. The other plumber never followed up with a quote, while Don came out quickly and sent his estimate that same day. It was a pretty involved job and we also had them install a new water heater as well. They showed up when they said and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving for the day. In the end, the bill was what they had quoted and all of our plumbing is working well. We will use them for all future plumbing needs. read more

I had never called a plumber to my house due to stereotypical negative stories associated with plumbers and would much rather DIY (do it yourself) instead. However, this incident required professional help and DB Plumbing answered the call. There were quick to message me on new years eve 2018 about my flooding, but they send a team out on New years morning to fix the backed up sewer drain at a very honest price without special holiday pricing schemes. Highly satisfied and strongly recommend their fast professional real honest service -- go with these guys. read more

After our water heater stopped working, we contacted a few other companies and none of them were willing to look at the heater. They just automatically said it had to be replaced and quoted a very high price. We contacted Don and he actually came out to look and gave us all the options including fixing it for a cheaper price. We decided to replace it anyway but Don gave us a very reasonable price. They came out next day and replaced the heater. He also replaced some copper pipes behind that were leaking and did not charge us the full amount that he normally charges. I would recommend DB plumbing to anyone due to Don's very personable and kind personality. He didn't make us feel like he was ripping us off like a lot of other plumbers I've dealt with did. DB is a very trustworthy company that does great work. read more

Donald and his team are the best. I've needed a plumber twice in the last week, and he has responded immediately. The first time he came out to fix a toilet issue at my place of business. The second time my garbage disposal at home stopped working. Both times he has communicated with time windows and text message follow-ups. He is very good at his work! Thank you Donald! He will now be our family and business plumber. I highly recommend! read more

I used DB plumbing over several years for plumbing needs at my first purchased home in Buena Park. Recently I moved to another city and had several plumbing issues in which I thought were easy fixes that a local plumbing company would reasonably charge to address. I was so wrong. In my latest plumbing issue at my new home, I made the call to DB plumbing uncertain if they would travel such a distance to provide service. In my thoughts, I was willing to bypass all other far more local plumbing companies just to have peace of mind that DB plumbing was going to take care of my issue at a reasonable price and without the complicated conversations of up selling, additional recommendation work, and phony explanations of why the cost range could not be told upfront which ultimate lead to a rip off price. DB has never put me in that position. They are upfront, honest, and reliable. This is an outstanding family run business that I trust. read more

Great response time from the company and professional service! I would definitely use them again if I have any future plumbing problems!

We had a leak somewhere under our kitchen sink so we called Don @ DB Plumbing on a Saturday (he offered to come out Sunday but we decided on a Monday) - received an immediate response. His employee Mike came out on time and inspected the area. It turned out there was a leak in the wall, damaged pipes and internal water damage etc. that required a full days work. Don was kind enough to clear Mike's schedule for the day so he could work on our plumbing the entire day! Mike did and excellent job of fixing the problem areas, explained the problems and solutions, and was very patient and friendly with all our questions. He did an outstanding job cleaning up all the pipe debris etc. inside and outside our home. Don followed up with us after Mike completed the job letting us know when the restoration company would be contacting us for an inspection on the interior water damage. We were very thankful they referred us to a company they work with! We have been using DB Plumbing for many, many years for all of our plumbing needs and have always been pleased with their quality of work, work ethic, response time and friendly professionalism. I highly recommend DB Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs and we will always call them whenever we have any plumbing issues. Great local company with great people! read more
