My house's water pressure valve wasn't working and the house pressure was way over at 125 PSI. I called Freedom Plumbing and they came out the next day. Andres and Zac came early the next morning and did a great job! They even worked to help me get a better price than they had first quoted! This is the second time I have used Freedom Plumbing and would recommend the company to others. read more

They're great plumbers and handled a complicated steam shower valve replacement without any issues and its working like brand new now. The system was not simple and they clearly knew what they were doing. Pricing was reasonable, though not significantly cheaper than other quotes I received. The only downside is the lack of an invoice for the work being done and installed. I've asked the owner, Tony, a few times but never received one. This is important because the valve alone was around $2,000, and Kohler requires proper documentation for warranty coverage (5 year warranty with this valve) if any issues come up. read more

Stop your search for affordable but quality plumbing work. Freedom First is it. I had water leaking out of my stucco from behind the kitchen sink and put in a service request on Yelp. Out of the 5+ vendors that contacted me, Tony (the owner) was honest, direct, upfront, and friendly. His partner Sam came out the next day and not only did the job for the price we were quoted but even went above and beyond our expectations. The work was QUALITY and the service was top notch. Sam is the man and Tony is too. They have great quotes on repipes as well. We were so impressed with their work that we're planning to have our house and my in-law's house repiped. Seriously, stop looking around for a plumber. Call Tony and you will be taken care of. read more

I don't remember the last time I felt so thankful to a service company than I have with Freedom First. First off Tony responded right away with availability and questions to diagnose my leak from a backflow preventer. It isn't a common item as some of the other plumbing companies didn't even know what it was nor did they service it. Sam came out and instead of trying to tell me that the entire valve needed to be replaced which would have been super expensive, they looked to replaced some of the components of the valve. When there was a hiccup after repair even then, when I was ready to throw in the towel and replace the entire unit, Sam and Tony recognized that my unit wasn't that old to be broken. They regrouped and found a solution. All while going back and forth from the supply company. I ended up saving a significant amount of money because Tony and Sam were honest, knew what they were doing, and were professional. I can't thank Freedom First enough. They have a customer for life. read more

Update- Tried to call before to help replace the faucet and filters but just sent me to call the handyman. I ended up doing it myself last year and found they left the colored paper labels inside the filters. Not sure there might be some chemicals we drank from the paper that shows the brand of the filters should not be there. I have been replacing the filters myself now since it is not that hard to replace them. I just remembered this from last year read more

Tony and his team, Sam + Jen did an absolutely fantastic job installing our water softener. They were very familiar with the equipment and adapted everything they needed to our current plumbing system. They were able to figure out a drain and neatly installed the equipment. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite and also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs, I was very impressed by their abilities and also their responsiveness. They were able to fit me in a day after doing an estimate over the phone. Thank you Freedom First! read more

When grey water started to pour out the side of a release pipe on the side of my house, I put a call out on Yelp for help. After getting several reply's from various plumbers I chose Tonys response because he personally replied. He also made some suggestions on what could be the issue. Tony talked me through the situation and even had me send photos to help diagnose the situation. He ultimately decided we would likely need a hydro jet and and multiple things happening. He quickly got someone to come out because he wasn't immediately available and our main clog was resolved. It was a quick STINKY fix. Tony was helpful, honest and quick to communicate. While he was not able to come immediately he found someone who could and our bill was appropriate and affordable. Thank you! read more

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I contacted Freedom First's owner about redoing a job after another "company" came out to replace a leaky shut-off valve. The other company's plumber was so inept that he even used gas line pipe dope instead of water line pipe dope, and had mixed brass and galvanized fittings, which is a huge no-no, to say the least. FREEDOM FIRST, TO THE RESCUE!! Sam came out today, and within an hour, had the job redone correctly, giving me complete peace of mind. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Went right to work, had the job done super fast, and their prices are fantastic. I can't thank Freedom First enough for everything. They are my new "go-to" plumbers. Give them a try. You won't regret it. I know who I'm going to hire to re-pipe my house when the time comes. read more

Quick to respond, reasonable price, great workmanship, friendly service. Would work with them again.

These guys are great. I needed some help for the little and big problems for my house. When Samuel checked over the problems, I knew I was blessed. I got to talk with Tony a few times and he explain everything before, during and at the end. I mean everything. Adrien was their sidekick that helps out so everything runs smooth. I already recommended them to a good friend with no hesitation. read more

I needed a new shower valve, spoke with Anthony on the phone one evening and he gave me a fair price estimate. Next morning Sam came over to complete the job as promised and he was very knowledgeable and explained every step so I understood what he was doing. I was very pleased with the final result and I hired them for another repair. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you read more

My parents have an older wall heater in their house and when my mom had to get it repaired, Tony looked extensively for the part but could not find it which is common with wall heaters. We decided to replace the heater and Tony and his staff worked tirelessly to not only secure a new unit at a very reasonable price, but they worked with my schedule to install it. Tony understood my mom was coming home from an extended hospital stay, so he installed it within one day. He even had an electrician come and hook up the thermostat on a Sunday. Sam who installed the unit even disposed of the old heater and thoroughly cleaned up before he left, Tony is also very good at communicating with his customers. I never waited more than 10 minutes when I had a question. I would highly recommend Tony and his staff for any of your needs. Thanks again Tony. read more

I highly recommend Freedom First Plumbing! Tony and his team are very reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was searching for a plumbing service to help with the replacement of our water valves for a new washing machine installment and I was impressed by their work. We contacted Tony and received a response quickly. I sent him photos of the old valves that needed replacing, he assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable price. He knew what service was to be performed, explaining the entire process in detail, and had a technician come out the next day to take care of it. We will be contacting them again for any future needs. Thank you so much, Tony and team for your expert service! We appreciate you! read more

Tony & Sam have been great so far. Install is next week so will update after. They definitely have been fully honest so far in the process

This guy has me call him to talk about services and pricing. We schedule an appointment and I even give him my address. Just to be a complete no show! Doesn't even have the courtesy of texting to cancel. Should have known from the whole"freedom first" shtick. read more

Tony was the best. I had an old Grohe broken kitchen faucet with pull-out spray that needed replacement and the hot connector hose was also torn. I couldn't find the connector hose replacement anywhere. He suggested me the best and most effective solution and a better brand to replace the existing faucet. I got the faucet from Lowe's which luckily was on sale and he came an hour later with his assistant Sam and they replaced it in less than an hour. He also found out that my supply valve was leaking and he had a new one and replaced that one too. All within the budget and quick. Great work and he is very recommended. read more

LISTEN! Tony responded to my Yelp quote request within 20 min! No one else did that. Others were short and said, "Call us." Others were impersonal and unavailable. TONY though... timely, dependable, reliable, communicative, respectful, kind, personable, and funny! In regards to his work... clean, impeccable, efficient, detail oriented, and a quick service turnaround. Customer service, quality of work, and affordability is what this company will provide you. I will give them a 6-star review if available. I had a water leakage from my tub, and another plumber (whom I got from Yelp) came and "fixed" it but created another problem. The other plumber was so frustrated that he did not come back to finish the job. There was a hole between my downstairs ceiling and my upstairs bathroom for a few weeks!!! This time, I learned to find plumbers who are not from big companies, who just sent their technicians and they are under the pressure to make a sale and charge a lot, I looked for smaller-sized companies. After submitting a new request through Yelp to a few plumbers, Tony called me and walked me through how he would fix the plumbing issue on the phone. Tony also ensured me that he and his partner were the ones doing the work, not a fleet of technicians. Despite the fact that I had two other plumbers who were going to bid for the job. I was so impressed with Tony's knowledge that I gave him a chance. Sam, Tony's partner, came and fixed the plumbing problem and did a beautiful job. Tiny and clean...., within the time promised. The price is reasonable also! So far, Tony and Sam are the best I have experienced! read more

These guys think outside the box and do a great job. what other companies could or would not do, Freedom First found a solution at a fantastic price. This place is fantastic. I used Yelp to get some quotes, and Tony wrote back immediately with a potential diagnosis of the problem and we booked an appointment the next morning. Sam came out and did such a thorough job clearing out my pipes and checking that the problem was gone, even pulling out the big 80 foot cabler to ensure that everything was perfect. I don't think I'll ever have problems with my pipes again. He even applied a chemical treatment to further clean the pipes and prevent future build-up problems. He spent so much time with me discussing the problem and the solutions. It's rare for a service technician to spend so much time on a job making sure everything is perfect, usually they just rush through. I will definitely be using this company for me and my family in the future, and recommending them to my neighbors. Great service experience, great price, really professional and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Toilet valve needed replacing based on whistle happening when flushed. Anthony promptly gave me a quote over Yelp. It was the lowest and his communication was swift. Most plumbers refused to give me a quote over Yelp for this obvious problem. Their loss. Anthony was able to fit me in within a day, had the part in his truck, and fixed it very quickly. Great service. I'll call him next time. read more

Finding a good Plumber is like finding a good mechanic...We had a broken garbage disposal to replace, i called and Tony called me back right away. He sent Sam the same day. Honest prices and he went the extra mile to tighten our faucet and even fix another item not related to the disposal, so that everything was correct! They will be my go to and i will be referring them to all my friends and family! Thank you for the excellent and honest service! read more

Tony's awesome! Was having trouble with my water heater after a storm and he fit me in despite heavy traffic and rain. I'm a single mom and know nothing about these things and am always worried about getting ripped off, but Tony was honest with me that the rain probably leaked in to my outdoor water heater putting out the pilot. He went above and beyond, and he patched up the area that the rain likely leaked through. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, plumber, Tony's your guy! Highly recommend. If you want a reliable and honest plumber you need to call Freedom First Plumbing. This is the second time I have used the services of Anthony Dray (Owner). This time was to replace two faucets in my daughters bathroom. On the day of the service he notified me beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He got to my house on time with Sam and both of them were very professional and polite, even taking the time to meet our dog :-). Once I showed them what needed to be done, they proceeded to the installation and got done in a reasonable time frame. After the installation, they cleaned everything up, and after verifying with me that i did not want any of the old parts and equipment, they took it for disposal. Anthony then proceeded to walk me though some of the new features of the new faucets which was very helpful. You can tell that Anthony and Sam are not only very passionate about their profession, they want to do a good job and help residents with their plumbing problems. Tony responded quickly to my inquiry about what I thought was a leak behind the wall. He arrived right when he said he would with Devon. They looked at the situation and explained how the configuration of my shower and toilet was causing moisture and it likely was not a leak. I liked how they took the time to explain everything to me. Since I was paying them (a reasonable rate) to come out, they snaked a nasty slow drain for free! I would definitely call them again. Plus, the dog liked them both. ;) read more

Out of all the plumbing companies that I have contacted, Tony was the only one who came back with a response that answered my question. Not only did he quote me a reasonable price, he also treated my floor and furniture with care as he was maneuvering his tools along tight spaces.
