He showed up a little bit past the window I was initially given, but he quickly got to work and solved the leak in my master shower that was causing my wet floor just outside the bathroom. We recently sourced J's plumbing to clear a few plumbing lines. Jays team was very professional and efficient while they performed the required work. What is also very impressive is that Jay worked within the quoted price for the job, there wasn't any additional prices added on as the work progressed. Absolutely the worst plumbing experience I have had. We hired them to replace our garbage disposal, but they did so and had to send out a tech the next day because It wasn't working. Then forward a few days It was still wrong and we came home Xmas Eve to a flooded kitchen. I have numerous phone calls and emails to the office, all of which have been ignored. It's sad how highly recommended they look with their reviews, but their service is horrible. I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I had sink and counter top along with plumbing installed they have unclogged sewer line also they installed a hard water issue I had with a up to date new system they use. They have installed a water line for my refrigerator. I called J's to schedule an appointment WAY in advance and I'm so glad I did! I love that J's is a family owned business and Jeff (the owner) is teaching his technicians/plumbers to do work the correct way. Jeff came with 2 technicians and they were here for roughly 3 hours replacing my tub diverter spout, re-angling my kitchen sink drain, flushing the tankless water heater and video inspecting some of my drain lines. I was referred to Js plumbing by a friend. Had a gas emergency as well as a shower that would not shut off. Called them in the am on Thurs the 13th. Woman booking appt was not very nice or friendly that's for sure. She informed me first available appt would be Monday the 17, I said ok. She informed I needed to text her with my name and issue. I do just that, responds half hour later asking for an address. I send it right away. She then responds six to seven hours later, first available that following Fri.21 I hear he's great! Jeff and his crew came out on time within the hours quoted and got straight to work. His quote was very reasonable and the job was done perfectly with the utmost care. He checked our hot water show temperature and noticed it was at 140 Degrees instead of the recommended 120 Degrees since the repair was for the hot water shower cartridge; just shows you how people are thorough and caring instead of rushing to get to the next job. I think him and his crew deserve the 5 star rating because that's just the score he earned; you can feel the professional, honesty, and this is a rating I do not give lightly. Our home was built in the 80s so we needed to do a number of plumbing jobs. We are very happy that we found J's Plumbing who did 4 different jobs for us within the last month! They removed an old toilet and installed a new one, replaced a broken shower arm, unclogged the kitchen sink, uncovered the kitchen line clean-out that was covered with stucco then did a high-water pressure cleaning of the pipes. J's team members are all professional, friendly, clean, and timely. They are usually available within a couple of days from making an appointment, show up on time, do a quick and great job. And the best thing is that their prices are way below the competitors. For example, the amount they charged us to replace the old toilet was only one third of what another company in the area quoted us! These guys are great! I found J's Plumbing on Yelp and called their office at 12:30pm to see if they could unclog my kitchen sink. By 4:30pm the sink was working like a charm and they were cleaned up and on their way. Very reasonably priced and pleasant to have in my home - and bonus points that they were cool with my big dog.
