I contacted Pristine Plumbing first attracted to their reviews. The technicians from Pristine…read morePlumbing arrived on time and were professional when they came to my home, which I appreciated. They were able to help address the immediate plumbing issue, but overall I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the pricing, results, and communication. In my experience, the cost added up very quickly. The initial recommendation included snaking and a camera inspection, and after that did not resolve the issue, hydro jetting was recommended to address roots in the sewer line. I ended up spending over $2,000 (at least one third could have been saved if they did root cause diagnosis before snaking), but after the service, roots were still visible in the sewer line, so I'm still unclear on how much the hydro jetting actually accomplished. Communication after the service could also have been much better. The company advertises 24-hour service, but when I called after hours, I was unable to reach anyone. I also didn't receive a very clear explanation afterward of what was accomplished, what remained unresolved, or what the next steps should be. Overall, the technicians were hard working, punctual and helpful, but considering the cost, I would strongly recommend getting quotes and second opinions from a few plumbing companies before committing to several thousand dollars of work. For a major sewer or root issue, I would also make sure the expected outcome and warranty are clearly explained in writing before proceeding, there is a lack of post service communication .

When we decided to replace it and also add a new water filtration system, they were incredibly helpful--presenting multiple options and even giving us a discount that made a huge difference. Their installation work was absolutely top-notch. Both Zachariah and Cooper went above and beyond; they are detail-oriented professionals who clearly know exactly what they are doing. We also had to fix a water leak coming from our ceiling, and Simon thoroughly inspected everything and accurately located the source of the leak. The very next day, Simon and Jacob returned to complete the repair. They were professional, efficient, and truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing!

Joshua Z was the technician who came out both times for our problem. He was very knowledgable, and upfront about everything that was going on, why he would do what he is doing, and the best course of action if it was something that could not be done yet. Being in a commercial building did add a layer of complexity to our situation, and Josh did a great job telling us what our next steps should be since the issue turned out to be worse than either one of us expected. If I ever have any plumbing issues, I know who I would call.

A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.
