My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest. After a mold remediation company ripped out wet dry walls, baseboards, floor and closet door, we got price quotes from two handymen to rebuild the closet and outside wall. We hired Ivan based on his 5-star reviews and competitive price quote. He showed up at 11 am and worked hard until 8 pm to finish the job in 1 day. He also patched ceiling holes made by the mold remediation company and repatched a kitchen wall that was badly done by another vendor. Ivan's finished work looked amazing, as if there were no prior damage before we hired him. We were so pleased that we hired Ivan again to replace an old porcelain undermount kitchen sink (2 bowls/2 drain holes) with a bigger stainless steel drop-in single bowl sink (1 drain hole). I picked a sink to purchase but thankfully, Ivan measured the old sink and counter cut out space and said my choice would not fit without him cutting the counter. I then bought a different sink only after Ivan approved its specifications and it fits perfectly in the existing space. Again, Ivan worked nonstop for 4 hours to remove the old sink and install the new sink. After removing the old sink, he saw that part of the granite counter in front of the sink was weak due to existing cracks in the granite. He immediately went to Home Depot to buy wood to reinforce the counter before installing the new sink. He also resealed all around the sink including below the sink to make sure no moisture will go underneath. It's this kind of attention to detail and very thorough work that made us very glad that we hired Ivan. On the same day, we also asked Ivan to replace a failed water shutoff valve under the bathroom sink. Again, his work was perfect and clearly showed he is knowledgeable and does excellent work in many areas of home repair. We already have other home projects in mind for him to do and we highly recommended him to our family and friends.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

We were quoted from Mike from Rooter man Plumbing 18,000 , even with AAA or Costco discounts, for repairs to address roots and cracks in the main line. After getting additional opinions, another Plumbing company from orange quoted approximately $11800 while another quoted about $16000 to 8k. We ultimately chose another company because of the unresolved problem and the significant price difference. The $750 literally went down the drain. Get other opinions and quotes before hiring this company. They are at least 250 dollars more expensive for hydro blasting and to 6,200 to 8000k more for the pipe work price difference for the same / comparable job.

After short queries about my problem, Luis Rodriguez (the owner), committed to come to my property within 45 minutes to check on the situation. He arrived with his wife promptly (husband & wife team) with their equipment and tools. Luis began to drain the line. Unfortunately, the snake stopped passing through and sensed a big problem. We requested Luis to use the camera ($250 fee) to determine the cause and extent of the problem. At real time, we could see on the camera the exact locations and nature of the clogs . Luis presented the options to resolve our problem. Based on our needs, we chose the Hydro Jet process which was completed in about 2 hrs. The cost of the job is very reasonable, which could give us peace of mind for at least 2 years. We're very happy with this vendor: very professional, punctual, honest in dealing with us. He and his team did a full main line replacement that could not be replaced by traditional digging due to hard to cut pine roots. They instead did a trenchless replacement of the main. All of the team was very professional and worked as fast as possible to have it all done in just a few days.
