But he said the parts need to be replaced and it cost so high. Only my husband at home, so he paid. But after that we asked if this is reasonable to other plumber through our landlord, then they said the parts were exchanged a year ago and didn't need to replace this soon. They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price. We will never go without having several place to estimate. --Update-- Thank you for taking time explaining what happened in detail. We are eventually happy with your service. We wish we had a time to ask few other estimates so we could understand better the fee was reasonable. We requested Luis to use the camera ($250 fee) to determine the cause and extent of the problem. At real time, we could see on the camera the exact locations and nature of the clogs .
