They were the only plumbers in the area who were willing to install the GE units and one of the very few who seemed experienced with installing heat pump water heaters. Many of the others we spoke to seemed more interested in steering us away from a heat pump water heater. They also installed a hot water recirculating pump for us. The technicians Sergio and Luis did a great job with both installations and were able to deal with some unexpected complications and Marie in the office was very responsive to our questions. The price for the water heater was over $700 less than an estimate for a comparable Bradford White water heater from another plumber, while the price for the recirculating pump was over $700 less. In fact, the price for the pump and its installation was $350 less than the price for the pump alone on the manufacturer website. I highly recommend them!

The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue..
