I had the unfortunate experience of having a pipe burst Father's Day weekend, but luckily after many different calls to different plumbers I was able to get Nadel and Roger over to the house to fix the problem. It's a Sunday, there's a Pandemic going on, and Plumb Bee was prompt, helpful and got the job done in record time. The plumber wore a mask, which is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to us, and we thank this business for being careful of our safety and theirs. (We also were masked) It's true it was only a spewing pressure relief valve, and the nice person on the phone wanted to be sure we didn't want to just do it ourselves with some advice, but we don't wanna. The time from phone call to arrival was about an hour, very reasonable especially considering it's Sunday. Actual time on job: about 45 minutes, including replacement valve, turning everything back on, and checking the water heater in the front house. We're very impressed with the courtesy, speed, and overall friendliness of both employees of Plumb Bee we dealt with, and will definitely call them again when we need a plumber. read more

What else can I add to the great reviews already given? I asked Nadel to run a water line from the bottom of my kitchen sink to my refrigerator for my water and ice. He was here the very next day. I had a backup on my main sewer line and Nadel was able to clear it up. Prior to setting up the appointment, he was very responsive and answered all my questions. He got to my home ontime. Nadel scoped the sewer line and found a foreign item in the line that was most likely causing the blockage. Nadel gave me options on how to clear the line and only recommended what was necessary.
