A well deserved review for these guys who work at KC plumbing! I noticed our hot water stopped working while I was doing the dishes the other day. We tried everything we could think of to get it back on buy nothing worked. Jon and his helper(sorry I can remember the name of the other guy but he was great too) came over and looked at everything. After looking at our water heater they gave us a rundown of what was wrong and how much everything would be. They were great. They didnt pressure us and were just really nice guys. We agreed to their price and they repaired the hot water heater in under a hour. Absolutely happy with them! I needed help getting my bath tub drain unclogged. It's been clogged for a long time. I received a few different quotes and even though they weren't the cheapest, they were very friendly and scheduled me in for the time I wanted. Their plumber was really kind and made sure to be careful of everything in my place. Before leaving, I told the service rep that I wanted to use them regardless of price. KC Plumbing is a very reliable service! I have long been struggling with my bathroom pipe system. Leakage, blocked, rusty pipes, hot and cold water problems, you name it I had it. Its a relatively old apartment so I have went through many professionals to fix the issues but nobody was really able to handle it except for surface solutions. But then I found KC Plumbing and met Jon, a very approachable, attentive man, who said he can fix it. Of course I was skeptical at first, many have said that before, but he REALLY did fix it. Some of the nicest guys I've ever worked with! When my garbage disposal got clogged up I asked some people over social media if they had any good recommendations for plumbers. These guys stood out to me because a friend of mine said they have amazing service as well as prices! I had John come out and he is seriously so nice and friendly. I felt comfortable asking him questions over the phone and letting him know exactly what I wanted. When I had originally called they said they couldn't get me an appointment unless they had a cancellation. Then later they gave me a call back and had put me on the appointment list for the time I wanted! John is a great plumber who has been doing this for a while and I'm glad he was the one to repair my water heater for me. I didn't want someone messing with my water heater that didn't have a lot of experience because I'm super particular. The work took about 20 minutes overall. I called to schedule an appointment for a problem with my kitchen faucet and I had gone through many asking for prices until i found these guys great pricing and good service. I was redoing my shower so I called KC Plumbing to get a quote for replacing the ancient pipes, moving the drain, etc. Chris came out the following day to give me an estimate. He was super thorough and explained that the pipes could possibly in worse condition than anticipated so the actual price of the job could not be written in stone until he got into the wall to see what was going on. I asked several questions, probably too many and he answered all of them with patience. SO THANKFUL FOR THEM! I literally ran out of hot water mid shower and it was awful. I thought it was kind of short but just figured I'd taken too long of a shower. An hour later I tried to turn my hot water back on and all I got was cold water still. I knew something was wrong so searched for someone through Yelp. I came home two weeks ago and noticed something terribly wrong when I turned on the sink. I went outside to the water heater closet and to my horror I saw a mini flood around the water heater. I turned off the water and noticed that the tank itself had split at a seam and knew that it was time to get a new unit. Being somewhat of a do it your-selfer, the following morning, I headed to the big orange hardware warehouse nearby and went into shock when I saw that none of the 10 or so heaters they had there matched the size of my old water heater and closet. I asked how much they would charge to install a unit compatible with the dimensions and was floored by their price which was quoted as STARTING at $1,200. I figured if I would spend that much I might as well call an experienced plumber. I was fortunate enough to find KC Plumbers and after browsing some of the reviews decided to give them a call. Right away I was greeted by a friendly, empathetic and professional voice. I was told not to worry and that someone would come out to see me that very same day. Charles was outstanding! He thoroughly explained to me that due to building code, he would need to make a few adjustments to my existing closet and vent but that he could install a unit in the available space. He actually gave me two options and I decided to go with the slightly more expensive upfront approach but knowing that in the long run my energy savings would be many times more than my investment. Charles got to work and in little over an hour after the new water heater arrived, he had completed his expert installation. My total spending was still LESS than Home Depot's starting price. These guys are worth every penny and I would highly recommend KC to anyone in need of an honest and dependable plumber! read more

I called KC plumbing to replace my garbage disposal. The office was super friendly and helpful. Chris was the plumber that came to install our garbage disposal, he was prompt (the office called and told me he was on the way and his name prior to his arrival) and very professional. I LOVED how he wore covers over his shoes when he entered my house and closed the door every time he had to go to the truck to get anything. He worked quickly and efficiently until the job was done. The plumber ended up being a little late for our appointment because his earlier job ran long, and traffic was bad.
