Food truck located in an awesome permanent food truck gathering spot in Kihei. We got there around 4pm on a weekday so no line, and the guy took our order pretty quickly. Got the spicy hamachi roll and the firecracker roll as well as the furikake shrimp skewer. The shrimp skewer was amazing-crispy exterior with yummy dipping sauce and small side salad. Sushi was pretty good but not the best I've ever had. Was worth it overall though because love the outdoor ambiance here and the casual vibe. Plus so many options right there in case your kids want something different!

Had to give the Kihei ramen a try! The guy at the window was super nice and it was busyyyy! We started with the mushroom ramen, it was good, the broth was great & flavorful for a veggy one. Overhall we really liked that one. But the mushrooms were not fresh, they were the dried kind, which you could taste. Then we ordered the seafood truffle ramen and the fish skewer. The fish skewer was absolutely delicious! The seafood ramen was meh, not something I'd order again but could see how others could like it.

I stopped by this week and ordered the tonkatsu pork ramen. It's well presented w/ various toppings, which is nice. The only thing I wasn't in love with was the noodles. Otherwise it was pretty good for what I was expecting. Looking forward to try the sushi next time.

Tonkotsu Ramen & Pork Dumplings (with black bean sauce). Congratulations on the first day opening! Awesome to see a new option in Kihei! They also have sushi on their menu, didn't get to try it this time, but on the list.

Super yummy food. Had it a few times now and love everything I've tried. From chicken ramen to the furikake shrimp and dumplings you cannot go wrong. Lots of parking along the street and at south Maui gardens. Lots of tables and some games as well. Vegan options on the menu as well.

Chicken ramen, fire roll and another roll (forgot name).

Stumbled across this food truck heaven near our condo in Kihei. Husband got wings (diff truck) I got fresh sushi made with love. It was so good! Great flavor, well presented, and not too spicy. We love a good ramen, their chicken was slow cooked broth with substance. Im a sucker for the egg and the chicken was almost katsu style but better. Highly recommend.

Roll it up is my new favorite spot! The sushi is so fresh and the quality of the fish is exceptional! We had 5 rolls that were all very very good but the Spicy Unagi Roll is one of the best rolls I've ever had. The unagi and spicy tuna melt in your mouth and the sauce is subtle but so delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more sushi rolls. Also we had the truffled seafood ramen and the flavor combo is so good. I loved the vibe here and the service was great. I will for sure be back! Thank you roll it up, I can't wait to try more!

Everything that Is on this new truck is delicious. The skewers with the salad and vinegrette was so mouthwatering.

    Tonkotsu Ramen (Spicy)

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and the broth was absolutely heavenly!! You could tell how much time and love went into it. Also got a couple of the furikake shrimp skewers another time I was there, and they were really great! Crispy and delish, and I loved the salad (yum dressing) it came with too too.

Seared salmon roll, firecracker roll and Shio ramen(Chicken)

Everything me and my boyfriend got was tasty! Will be back to try other things on the menu.

    Amazing late night ramen

Judas was super super nice. The pork ramen was great and it came out fast. I would definitely come again! Thank you so much :)

The staff were friendly, fast and attentive, which always helps elevate the meal. Their signature tonkotsu broth is rich, creamy, and packed with umami -- you can tell it's been simmered with care. Hubs ordered the White Ramen and it was perfectly balanced with tender chashu, a soft-boiled egg, and fresh greens -- all the ramen classics done right. The Black Ramen with burnt garlic oil was another standout, bold and flavorful without being overwhelming. We also sampled the toro-taku maki (fresh), then the takoyaki and karaage off the happy hour menu-- both crispy and well-seasoned -- and might i say-- it was great to have a Happy Hour menu with tasty bites to start. Atmosphere was casual and fun without being loud. Great spot for lunch or dinner -- locals and visitors coming and going. This place has satisfying portions and solid prices compared to other island eats. Overall, this is one of the best ramen experiences on Maui -- perfect for when you want comforting Japanese cuisine that hits all the right notes. Will definitely be back next visit!

We ordered the garlic Ramen and the spicy beef Ramen and the chicken Katsu. We don't have any pictures because our phones were dead from no electricity from the storm, and the folks were so nice they let us charge phone at the counter. The portions are humongous. We were shocked, even though we were super hungry since we haven't had any real food for almost 24 hours, we could only eat half of the food. Granted we order three plates for two people, but still. And even at dinner, we couldn't finish the leftovers because it was just very filling. The flavors are really good. I didn't expect to have dined here, but I'm glad that we did. For how busy they were, they were very attentive and apologize for just slightly longer wait times. But honestly for such a crazy rain storm, it was so wonderful to have them be open! It's a simple restaurant in a plaza with a Safeway. Nothing fancy, but also not really a hole in the wall either. It's not a particularly trendy or a cute place, but it does the job. There's plenty of parking in the plaza that's free and then the restroom is also easily accessible and well kept.

I was surprised they open at 10 am, but they do. We were promptly given ice water and our orders taken. We ordered mini ramen combo (shoyu) with gyoza and mini pork fried rice...a seperate small order of gyoza and an order of beef curry. The gyoza came out quickly and were pretty good. The gyoza sauce bottle was nearly empty. Had to grab one from another table. For being the opening shift, I would have assumed the night shift would have prepped sauces the night before so none were empty on tables. The mini ramen came next and had a generous portion of noodles, and the noodles were very good. They seem to have changed their noodles. They used to taste more like rice noodles or spaghetti but now they are legit hand made ramen and are very good. Unfortunately, the shoyu broth was pretty bland even if I added soy sauce. Also, the mini ramen only came with one small piece of char siu pork inside...disappointing portion of meat. It took a long time before the beef curry came out. I was surprised it was so long after the ramen. When it came out, the portion size was very large, but mostly rice. Similar to the ramen, we felt that the meat portions were not generous. The curry didn't contain visible onion, but did have potato and large pieces of carrot. Not sure if worth the price since so little beef. They water refills kept coming which was nice. Good service in that regard. The mini pork fried rice was the last item to come out and almost came out as like a dessert timed item. I don't know why the timing of the items coming out was so spread out. Maybe they are short staffed in the kitchen or don't have many cooks yet at 10 am? Overall, the food is decent for what it is. Wish they were more generous with the meat. Also wish the service was a little faster.

She showed disgust at our order and was the most unfriendly waitress we have ever had. We ate as quickly as possible, slammed our drinks (they were actually just water, absolutely no flavor or color for a margarita), and got out in under 30 minutes we were SOOOO uncomfortable. The quesadilla was still amazing and the kalua pork nachos were good too. Everything else has 98% room for improvement - structurally, professionally, beverages, everything.
