They had the most amazing cinnamon rolls super fresh and delicious! And let me tell you about their vanilla hazelnut coffee. OMG it was so freaking delicious. You have to try this. The service was nice, but I feel like they could be a little bit nicer. They were OK Anyways the little restaurants cute you cannot eat inside you have to eat outside which is OK. The Hawaiian weather is beautiful tons of chickens and roosters walking around outside lol but definitely a great spot to stop and try their delicious cinnamon rolls and amazing banana nut bread.
Now I've been hearing people rip and rave about this place so I got a coconut latte and a classic cinnamon roll. I got a cute little corner because I just knew it was too much for one person. This is definitely a treat for two. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had and very patient. You can grab you a chair outside and enjoy your coffee and roll by yourself or with guest.
The rolls are good 45$ for 6 rolls u gotta pay extra for the frosting kinda caught me off guard I was charged 10$ for 6 tubs of frosting .but I must say they were good
Amazing cinnamon rolls better the. Cinnabon. We came perfect timing they were still in oven. Short line went fast the girls definitely have it down. Coffee was amazing and we grabbed 2 mango bread slices and they gave us the price of half loaf to save on the price. This was nice that they didn't tourist trap us. Definitely coming back don't miss out the rolls are just perfect large gooey and not crazy sweet just the right amount of everything.
Highly recommend this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The cinnamon rolls are fresh and hot. They make them fresh all day it looks like. There is going to be a line almost always because the shop is small. Icing is not included but it's only .85¢ to add and if you get 5 rolls the 6th is free. Drinks are good, but definitely not the star of the show. We will definitely go back! Update: we went back again on our vacay and tried the Hawaiian Head Sandwich. We got one on a bagel and one on a croissant, they were phenomenal!
The ladies there are so fast and efficient! They make some of the best gooey cinnamon rolls I've ever had! And the frosting is delicious and creamer! I love supporting local and these ladies deserve it!
cinnamon roll with and without the macadamia nuts are so delicious. the one with the cream is a bit on the sweeter side so i like the one with macadamia nuts more. the mango bread has a interesting but good flavor and i wasn't a big fan of the brownie because it didn't stand out. service was friendly. make sure to come early because there can be a long line. it's a small place and there's outdoor seating as well. overall, a must try spot.
Five Stars - Delicious Treat! I stopped by The Cinnamon Roll Place after yoga and it did not disappoint! While the cinnamon rolls looked amazing, I decided to try the chocolate banana bread, and it was absolutely delicious. It was moist, flavorful, and the perfect sweet treat. Honestly, it may have spoiled me for other banana breads. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and everything looked fresh and tempting. If the chocolate banana bread is any indication of the quality of their baked goods, I can see why this place has such a great reputation. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Maui. Five stars!
We came on a Wednesday morning, excited to try this place. My husband and I waited in line early morning and I was a little disappointed. First, the staff was there early morning and did not greet anyone warmly. It was very transactional. We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and mine did not taste good. We ate it almost immediately at the beach across the street. I only ate half. My husband's was good- pillowy and soft. Seemed like I got the crap burnt hard corner piece. I have had way better but I honestly wouldn't come back here.
Softest cinnamon roll EVER! I also got the Vanilla Mac Nut Cold Brew and coffee is good too!
You can smell the deliciousness as you approach the shop. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The GF Cinnamon Rolls are so damn good. I buy a six pack And eat them all week while I'm visiting.
Amazing cinnamon rolls, really thick and soft roll with a thick sticky cinnamon sugar coating. I can appreciate that these were the perfect level of sweetness for me, make sure you enjoy it warm but it was still really good cooled down! I'd have to pass on the mango bread though, it was kind of dry and just lacking for me in general Cute little bakery though with other offerings and kind service
cinnamon roll - instantly felt sorrowful the moment my friend gnawed through the dry stale wheat; i could feel the texture just by seeing it with my own eyes - it was far from soft and pillowy but tasted as if it was left out for hours... perhaps that's why there was no line nor customers here - the glaze was crazily and unnecessarily sticky and sweet; i rather have a liquidy cream cheese glaze than a sticky almost hardened one - the exterior was a bit crunchy in an erroneous manner simply because it was over baked or something - this was everything gone wrong in a bun - i also didn't taste much cinnamon banana bread - loved this though! I got the bread with macadamia nuts because i love nuts and they drive me nuts - nuts were fresh enough, which added the crunchy texture to my soft moist bread - could be more moist but it was already satisfactory - i like how they sell smaller pieces rather than a whole loaf but also it was more pricey - not as fresh and as good as aunty sandy's but decent! rating: 3/5 - since this place focuses on cinnamon roll, the rating is heavily weighted towards the cinnamon, which did not meet the minimum expectations of what a basic cinnamon roll should be - if this place was called the banana bread place, id give it a 4/5 - quick service nothing much to note - very small store; grab and go vibes with some seats outside IG: @nom.noms.only

Found this little cinnamon roll spot on TikTok or Instagram and realized it was right next to my Airbnb, so of course I had to try it. It's a small, casual place, but the cinnamon rolls are delicious. Definitely recommend adding the cream cheese frosting and macadamia nut topping -- that combination was so good. Really glad I stumbled across this spot and would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're nearby. read more
Cinnamon Roll Place is a very straightforward name as the restaurant sells what its name suggests. It sells massive cinnamon rolls in a small shop in a plaza, but they also sell coffee and sandwiches. However, their main selling point are the cinnamon rolls. We shared one cinnamon roll ($7.15) which was huge! It's definitely shareable unless you have a big sweet tooth. We also got the cream cheese frosting ($0.85) which we drizzled on top. I recommend going early because they sell out because they're made fresh. read more
Came here late morning after having a massage at a nearby spa. On the way to the massage there was a line for people wanting to get their fix so made sure to give it a try on our way back to Wailea. I'd have to say it's a good, not amazing cinnamon roll. Pretty dense and heavy, so it will fill you up pretty quick. Warms up pretty well. Luckily by the time we came, there actually was no line and we were able to walk right in. After having Papi's, I'd have to say winner goes to Papi's. Don't think I'd wait in line for CRP, and while it's good, can't say it's that much better than something I can get in the mainland like a Cinnabon. read more

The cinnamon rolls were fantastic. We had to wait a bit, but they came fresh out of the oven and was super soft, pillowy, and buttery. It was perfectly swirled with perfect amount of cinnamon-sugar filling with gooey texture. The cream cheese icing was so good too. It was sugary as expected, but not cloying. I have not had cinnamon rolls like these in decades only because my brother's ex-girlfriend mom had made really good ones too. This was a very nostalgic experience and I love how each layer just falls apart and you cut through it like butter. Their hot Thai Tea Latte is also a must have. It smells phenomenal and is perfectly sweetened. I have never had Thai Tea in latte form so this was a great experience too. The staff are very friendly too! ***NOTE: If you get the self-serve pre-wrapped goods, I recommend you to verify with staff on the actual product, even if it looks obvious, as the goods are not individually labeled. You will get inconsiderate tourists who mindlessly don't put things back where they belong. read more

Update 2/26 They close early , so to be here after the ocean is lucky. After my order, there were only 3 left. Ours are for tomorrow morning with coffee Absolutely the Best. read more
Rating based off the cinnamon roll. Hot out of the oven and on a plate for me to consume with coffee. Yes I got the cream on the side. Pricey sure, but everything is all around. Worth the wait yes, if this is what you are wanting. I think it's important to consume it HOT asap. read more
You can smell the delicious aroma from the parking lot! I came early anticipating a line. I was second in line and then a group followed. The service is fast and the rolls are warm. You can add any toppings, double up even, and have icing on the side which is a plus because I don't typically like the icing. The cinnamon is generous! The dough is soft and the portion is huge! I definitely could have shared just one. It's a great treat and a good try if you've never been. I'm not a huuuuggee fan of cinnamon rolls so I can't say I would wait in line for them. I came early just to try and see what the hype was about. It's definitely better to eat them fresh, they're not the same the next day. read more

Worth the hype in my opinion. Coffee was good but the cinnamon rolls were great. Definitely a shareable size, bought the cream cheese frosting for extra (less than $1) and I recommend it highly. Very fresh and warm! read more
A little shop that delivers big. They are right off of South Kīhei Rd. Walk up and order, and wait for your name to be called. On my second visit, they remembered my name and gave me a heads up that they would be closed the next day. It's the little things like that go a long way. Fast and friendly service with a few tables and chairs right outside. I'm more of a salty & savory eater so I went with the Hawaiian Head Sandwich - Scramble Egg with Cheddar cheese and Kalua Pork. It went great with their Mac Nut drip coffee. read more

Wheww!! This place will make you hurt yourself!! Omg it was soo good! The cinnamon roll was to die for! It is so soft and filling of cinnamon! It's sweet but not overly sweet! The service was amazing they are so quick! As soon as you walk in they are ready to serve you. They ask if you want topping or extra glaze. They get you in and out! There is no place to sit down in the restaurant but there is seating outside and it is very nice! Hopelessly you are not afraid of chickens because they wander around in the parking lot! But over all a 10/10! read more
This is the best cinnamon roll I've had in my life! I've been telling everyone about it. It's ooey and gooey and just before they box it up, they dip the roll into more gooey. Frosting is offered on the side for the sole purpose of them being able to add more gooey to the cinnamon roll. It's heavenly. I ordered a breakfast egg and Kalua pig wrap and the cinnamon roll was bigger. I paired the roll with a vanilla Mac nut cold brew and it was amazing! Best thing I ate in Maui. Please come and create your own adventure. read more
OMG! These are some of the best cinnamon rolls I've had. They were served warm, gooey and the perfect frosting. Sad I was just visiting the island. It a small little walk up business with sitting outside. Service was quick and friendly. read more

I get its long lines! On New Year's Day, we waited in line for around 10 minutes and waited another 20 for a 6 pack of their original cinnamon rolls. If you buy 5, the 6th is free. The total, with a frosting for each, came out to a little over $35. The cream cheese frosting is not included in the order so you have to add on. The rolls came out so hot and fresh! They were so soft but still had a firmness on the edges. Their cream cheese frosting isn't too tart, which I appreciate. I loved that the roll was buttery too. It's not overly cinnamon-y. It's very filling but you also don't feel so heavy afterwards! And despite being made from a wheat dough, it's still so good, even days after. read more

Have I ever had a cinnamon roll that was this ooey and delicious not only just the middle bit the ENTIRE THING? No I have not! I got there early like around 7 and there was already a line. Luckily it moved fast! We also got the breakfast bagel for some protein to fuel the day. I would go back in a heart beat next time in Maui! read more
I did get up REALLY early for this place. Worth it? ABSOLUTELY. Icing is sold separately, and I personally used one portion of icing for 2 rolls. These rolls are amazing! Warm, gooey, filling, delicious. Service was friendly. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the rolls to be ready, since they had just ran out, and I would have waited so much longer. They are that good. So, as with every small business that may have a wait, please be patient and kind. read more
I had an excellent cinnamon roll here when I was staying in Kihei a week ago. I'm so glad that we happened to be staying at a hotel that was walking distance from the Cinnamon Roll Place. There was a short line when I arrived. This is an order-and-go kind of place with a few tables outside on the sidewalk. I thought they only had cinnamon rolls, but they also have banana bread, scones, brownies, sandwiches, coffees, and teas. I only got one classic cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and my timing was just right; if they run out of rolls, you have to wait while they bake up a new batch. Once I left, the line had grown substantially, so just be patient if you do have to wait; the roll is worth it. *The store is closed on Tuesdays. Checking their website, they'll be closed from October 25-November 4, 2025 (possibly their vacation hiatus). read more

The cinnamon rolls were tasty and port gooey as expected. We waited about 25 minutes in line and got a fresh one that just came out of the oven. Frosting and nuts are not included. Ladies are hard working. read more

We heard all about how great this place was prior to coming and checking it out. To me the cinnamon rolls didn't live up to the hype. Don't get me wrong...they were good but not the best I've ever had. We ordered a breakfast sandwich to split as well and in my opinion that was even better!! The meat in it was delicious!! The iced coffee that we got was very good as well. The prices were fair. The service was good. I was happy that there were some tables outside to sit at. Despite the long lines they are very fast! read more

Delicious cinnamon roll! It's definitely different but still so good. A little on the sweet side so make sure to get a coffee or milk on the side. Was still pipping hot even eating it 20 mins after getting it! Line is semi long but went by quickly! Bagels were fresh and delicious! read more

THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS I'VE EVER HAD!!! I absolutely loved this place. We were visiting Maui for a few days and came here twice, it is 1000% worth the hype! Their 'buy 5 rolls, get 1 free' deal worked perfectly for my group of 6. I'll be dreaming of this place for the rest of my life! read more
Small but mighty. The cinnamon rolls were so fresh and amazing. The frosting and nuts came on the side which was nice since it was a bit of a drive back to our condo. I got the Hawaii latte and it was descent. Staff was welcoming and pricing was average. I would definitely return. read more

Highly Recommended' Delicious Breakfast and Cinnamon Rolls! Everyone loved their food. We got a banana bread loaf to go and it was warm, fresh out of the oven! There aren't much places to sit when it's busy so take it to go if there are no seats or eat standing up while it's fresh! It's small inside but there are long lines! read more

Can anyone tell me if they sell cup cakes?
No cupcakes They do do breakfast sandwiches
Would they be able to accommodate a big order of about 100 cinnamon rolls, if they knew about it and we paid in advance? We're having a hard time reaching anyone with the phone number listed. Does anyone know if they answer their phone?

Do the cinnamon rolls or toppings contain corn syrup? My wife is allergic to corn.
When I was there a few weeks ago, they had a list of all the ingredients on a flyer stuck on the door. This was for the cinnamon roll only, not the topping. Sorry I don't remember the exact ingredients (all I cared about was it being dairy free),…
