We loved Ramen Bones! The ramen was so yummy, rich, and flavorful. Such a comforting spot, we'll definitely be back for more.

Was really curious to try this place out as there was now a closer location. I went with the black garlic ramen & my boyfriend got the mochiko chicken curry. We didn't wait long till the food arrived. The curry plate was huge! The ramen portion was also quite large. Taste was good, but not the best I've ever had. The chicken had a nice crisp & it was a good curry to chicken proportion. Curry was ok as well. Service was good & I'd say pricing was fair. That curry plate was huge for $15 & my bf was stuffed after finishing it all. It could defnitely be a sharing size for smaller eaters.

    Chicken katsu curry. Great portions!

Can't complain. Ordered katsu curry and got exactly that. My friend got the same thing but wanted the curry on the side. They accidentally put the curry on the katsu. They apologized and gave us a free piece of katsu. It was no big deal but they felt obligated to comp us something. Our waters were never empty and they were all very polite. Oh and don't forget to put the complimentary fried garlic on everything!

Mini spicy shoyu tonkotsu ramen, mochiko chicken and gyoza

The portion sizes were great. I had the combo mini spicy shoyu tonkotsu ramen, mochiko chicken and gyoza. The ramen was tasty, spice was just right for me. The noodles were just a bit thicker than somen. The gyoza was very good, but could have been left on the pan for a bit longer to get that crispy bottom on quality gyoza. The mochiko chicken was a nice surprise. 4 good-sized pieces which were freshly cooked and was excellent! My wife has the karaage chicken and that was great, too.

Not one of the greatest ramen places I've tried, but the table service was fast. Ramen was fresh but felt like it was lacking something.

Came in for dinner with a party of 12 with no reservations. Several other parties were dining already but we were seated right away. Service was quick. Our food came out minutes after ordering and portions were great! Food was yummy, as most of my family finished their meals. We had some left over from the large portion entrees. The ramen and 2 sides combo is perfect if you want to try multiple items. We also ordered boba after dinner. However, the boba was not the greatest - flavor and sweetness was lacking, tasted watered down.

The staff were friendly, fast and attentive, which always helps elevate the meal. Their signature tonkotsu broth is rich, creamy, and packed with umami -- you can tell it's been simmered with care. Hubs ordered the White Ramen and it was perfectly balanced with tender chashu, a soft-boiled egg, and fresh greens -- all the ramen classics done right. The Black Ramen with burnt garlic oil was another standout, bold and flavorful without being overwhelming. We also sampled the toro-taku maki (fresh), then the takoyaki and karaage off the happy hour menu-- both crispy and well-seasoned -- and might i say-- it was great to have a Happy Hour menu with tasty bites to start. Atmosphere was casual and fun without being loud. Great spot for lunch or dinner -- locals and visitors coming and going. This place has satisfying portions and solid prices compared to other island eats. Overall, this is one of the best ramen experiences on Maui -- perfect for when you want comforting Japanese cuisine that hits all the right notes. Will definitely be back next visit!

We ordered the garlic Ramen and the spicy beef Ramen and the chicken Katsu. We don't have any pictures because our phones were dead from no electricity from the storm, and the folks were so nice they let us charge phone at the counter. The portions are humongous. We were shocked, even though we were super hungry since we haven't had any real food for almost 24 hours, we could only eat half of the food. Granted we order three plates for two people, but still. And even at dinner, we couldn't finish the leftovers because it was just very filling. The flavors are really good. I didn't expect to have dined here, but I'm glad that we did. For how busy they were, they were very attentive and apologize for just slightly longer wait times. But honestly for such a crazy rain storm, it was so wonderful to have them be open! It's a simple restaurant in a plaza with a Safeway. Nothing fancy, but also not really a hole in the wall either. It's not a particularly trendy or a cute place, but it does the job. There's plenty of parking in the plaza that's free and then the restroom is also easily accessible and well kept.

She showed disgust at our order and was the most unfriendly waitress we have ever had. We ate as quickly as possible, slammed our drinks (they were actually just water, absolutely no flavor or color for a margarita), and got out in under 30 minutes we were SOOOO uncomfortable. The quesadilla was still amazing and the kalua pork nachos were good too. Everything else has 98% room for improvement - structurally, professionally, beverages, everything. Traditionally, sushi chef put soy sauce and wasabi in the between the fish and rice, and it's part of the flavor. I don't remember how it was done last time, but that was not the case this time. I had to awkwardly flip the nigiri pieces and dip the fish side in soy sauce, and then they fall apart. Ugh. Also, I didn't appreciate the size of the rice. It was impossible for me to eat the whole piece in one bite, but it's kind of rude not to under the traditional Japanese etiquette. The fish quality was.....okay. TBH, I had better in Sacramento/Roseville for way cheaper. I had more elegant, delicious, and satisfying omakase in San Diego, New York, Shanghai....you name it. For the price (even adjusted for the Maui premium) and the capability of the owners, I truly believe they could do better. Sending love!
