    Maple Mac

Ordered to go and it was ready in about 20 minutes. Overall, pretty average. The personal-sized pizzas are truly personal sized with six small slices. The pizzas themselves were fine but nothing mind-blowing. I was a bit disappointed with the Maple Mac and Cheese since I couldn't really taste any maple flavor. It just tasted more like a basic Alfredo sauce. Would skip.

While we were able to be seated right away which was a huge plus for our family of 8 people, the actual food was just okay. I appreciated the freshness and quality ingredients of the food itself. Service was slow, it took a long time for water refills or to get the food. My salad was tasty but more so just okay. I didn't love the pizza my parents shared, I thought the crust wasn't fully cooked/crisped on the underside. The sauce, in my opinion, was sweet. The restaurant had great ambiance, well done interior and lots of different styles of tables and seating arrangements. It was a very popular recommendation from the locals in Canmore.

Great depths of flavor with tons of ingredients on each pizza. Appreciated the generous portions of toppings. Plan to come a couple of times to taste more on their menu. Local beers on tap. Views of the brick oven, free smells and warmth! Jordan was a fantastic bartender. Prompt service. Terrific ambiance.

Wonderful service and food. We enjoyed the fig and bison pizza plus mojito cocktails. Highly recommended.

#GlutenFree No for real this is actually gluten-free. Check out the find me gluten-free app. CCI celiac reports. I love their pizza. Probably the best pizza gluten-free pizza I've ever had. People are great. Servers were amazing casual atmosphere more of a local spot. Make sure to visit this street parking reasonable

We dropped by after stumbling on this place when looking for somewhere to have lunch. This was a good variety of flat breads and was definitely filling! They're known for their flat breads but also have soup and salad and offer combos with their flatbreads and salad/soup. I think there's a little something for everyone and it's located center-ish of town so it's easy to walk around and take a look after as well! I felt that service was okay but wasn't anything spectacular, but we got our food pretty efficiently. You do need to pay for parking on the street (it was about $3CAD per hour at the time we went) but didn't have a hard time finding a place to park at all. It's a good place to stop by for lunch!

A nice spot for a quick lunch or dinner! We were in and out in just about 45 minutes, and the servers were very nice and quick. The food was very good; I had the Fig, Bison & Brie pizza and I really enjoyed how all of the elements came together. (Pro tip: the Buffalo hot sauce that is on the table is not overly spicy and added a nice and well needed aspect to this dish!) my boyfriend had the bolognese and said it was one of the best he's ever had! The restaurant itself is small so seating is limited, but the decor and the fact that you can see and smell the pizza oven is very cool. Definitely worth the stop if you're in Canmore. They also use local produce so you know it's good quality.

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. Nothing better than a Blindman Brewery 5-of-Diamonds Pilsner!

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. I liked everything about the restaurant, it was neat, organized, had a commanding position in Canmore, the service was first rate (Thank You , Joey, Super Job!), clean washrooms, and the Pizza was very good. Our party had four wood-fired flatbed pizzas: Apple Chicken, The Meats, BBQ Chicken, and a special, the Fig, Bison and Brie pizza. I wasn't sure what the difference was between flatbread pizza dough and regular pizza dough, but the flatbread crust was very good. A strong contender in the pizza universe, Four-Stars.

Went to Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co for dessert. We are visiting in December, where it's cold, and we went on a hunt for dessert. Rocky Mountain was one of the few places open that had dessert we were interested in. Dessert was delicious. Definitely want to come back to try their pizzas.

We got takeout here. I got the gluten free pizza. The crust was good but the sauce was not my favorite.

She also used her bare hands to slide off whole pizza from right to left inside takeout box. She wiped her hands on a clean napkin that she grabbed from the bar. Then she walked in the back. 2) Another male Caucasian employee brought out our pizzas. We immediately noticed that three of Carnivora pizza crust edges were burnt. I asked my husband if he would like to return the burnt pizza. He declined, extremely hungry from hiking and chose not to return it. Unburnt pizzas of Carnivora and pepperoni tasted ok. Not a first great impression. 3) A different Caucasian male employee used his bare hands to layer various toppings on a pizza that had to be placed in the oven. He wiped his hands on his black shirt. He walked in the back, came back out holding a package, opened it, stuck his right hand in it to remove and add some greens onto another pizza that had to go in the oven. Thankfully, not our order. Customer service was ok. Our server asked us if we need cutlery and how is our pizzas tasting. Wasn't busy.

I'll post a photo of what it really looks like below. Anyway, we had to wait 15 minutes for our very sweet server to take our order... and then about 40 minutes for a kids cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a salad. My salad was god awful. Overdressed with soggy, mealy watermelon and bruised strawberries. The pizzas weren't much better, too much crust and too much grease. Getting drinks refilled took forever because they were slammed. I would not recommend.

We started with two small plates and a vegetable: Salmon Crudo, Pickled Marinated Fried Chicken and the Cabbage. Wow. Wow. Wow. We decided to eat each one entirely before moving to the next one. Each one had such unique flavors, we wanted to focus on them and enjoy without confusing our taste buds. I highly recommend doing this! Then we ordered the Lamb dish. Our menu said it was going to be a curry dish, but when it arrived it was a Mediterranean dish. It was honestly dreamy! But we were confused because I guess we had a copy of the old menu. Nonetheless, I basically licked the plate! Lastly we ordered the chocolate salted caramel budino (pudding) for dessert. It was so luscious and went perfectly with our end of dinner hot drinks of tea and cappuccino. The serviced matched the food: also fantastic. Super professional and friendly waitress (I forgot to ask her name) she was so personal and we enjoyed talking to her. They comp'd our lamb because of the menu mixup which was so nice! We were afraid we may not get in so late, but when we walked through the front door the place was packed! Their menu is perfect sized...about 5-7 selections per section: snacks, small plates, large plates, pizzas and pasta. We started with their bread and butter - the smoked tallow and charred onion butter was amazing. I ordered the shrimp and crab pasta which came on linguini and had chili oil and butter. It was good, but the highlight of the night came in the dessert - banana pie. I was skeptical at first but it was the best pie I've ever had! We had excellent service all night.
