Grumpy Bear Honey Wheat beer

Great depths of flavor with tons of ingredients on each pizza. Appreciated the generous portions of toppings. Plan to come a couple of times to taste more on their menu. Local beers on tap. Views of the brick oven, free smells and warmth! Jordan was a fantastic bartender. Prompt service. Terrific ambiance.

Wonderful service and food. We enjoyed the fig and bison pizza plus mojito cocktails. Highly recommended.

Amazing... not much left by the time I thought to take a photo... yum!

#GlutenFree No for real this is actually gluten-free. Check out the find me gluten-free app. CCI celiac reports. I love their pizza. Probably the best pizza gluten-free pizza I've ever had. People are great. Servers were amazing casual atmosphere more of a local spot. Make sure to visit this street parking reasonable

We dropped by after stumbling on this place when looking for somewhere to have lunch. This was a good variety of flat breads and was definitely filling! They're known for their flat breads but also have soup and salad and offer combos with their flatbreads and salad/soup. I think there's a little something for everyone and it's located center-ish of town so it's easy to walk around and take a look after as well! I felt that service was okay but wasn't anything spectacular, but we got our food pretty efficiently. You do need to pay for parking on the street (it was about $3CAD per hour at the time we went) but didn't have a hard time finding a place to park at all. It's a good place to stop by for lunch!

Fig, Bison & Brie Pizza & Bolognese

A nice spot for a quick lunch or dinner! We were in and out in just about 45 minutes, and the servers were very nice and quick. The food was very good; I had the Fig, Bison & Brie pizza and I really enjoyed how all of the elements came together. (Pro tip: the Buffalo hot sauce that is on the table is not overly spicy and added a nice and well needed aspect to this dish!) my boyfriend had the bolognese and said it was one of the best he's ever had! The restaurant itself is small so seating is limited, but the decor and the fact that you can see and smell the pizza oven is very cool. Definitely worth the stop if you're in Canmore. They also use local produce so you know it's good quality.

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. Nothing better than a Blindman Brewery 5-of-Diamonds Pilsner!

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. I liked everything about the restaurant, it was neat, organized, had a commanding position in Canmore, the service was first rate (Thank You , Joey, Super Job!), clean washrooms, and the Pizza was very good. Our party had four wood-fired flatbed pizzas: Apple Chicken, The Meats, BBQ Chicken, and a special, the Fig, Bison and Brie pizza. I wasn't sure what the difference was between flatbread pizza dough and regular pizza dough, but the flatbread crust was very good. A strong contender in the pizza universe, Four-Stars.

Went to Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co for dessert. We are visiting in December, where it's cold, and we went on a hunt for dessert. Rocky Mountain was one of the few places open that had dessert we were interested in. Dessert was delicious. Definitely want to come back to try their pizzas.

Absolutely fantastic. Stopped in here a birthday lunch with my partner and son. I am really surprised by the bad reviews. We got there around noon so it wasn't too hot, we did however sit close to the patio doors. The place was fully packed. The staff were also super kind considering our LO made a mess. The flatbread pizzas are approx $20 with a ton of options. The craft beer selection was fantastic and cold. Will definitely be back on our next trip through canmore.

Great gluten free pasta available. It's so good I had to confirm it was gluten free. The fresh squeezed lemonade is a must, too!

Here are our FIVE star FAPS: Food (F): First time trying bison? Get it on a pizza at Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co! The combination of fig, bison, and brie may cause uncertainty, but once you try it, you'll always want it! We loved the pizza! Having it paired with the bacon pasta was perfecto! We shared this among two people after an all day hiking day at Banff! Ambience (A): Ever been to Hawaii? It reminded us of our home community restaurants in Kakaako! It had a modern feel to the interior design! Lots of families and couples enjoying meals on a Monday evening. Parking (P) : From 8 AM to 8 PM, you have to pay for parking on the street. Since we came late to the restaurant from Lake Moraine, we only paid $1.00 in CAD for 30 minutes of parking before it reached 8 PM for free parking. Service (S): The wait staff is friendly and attentive! No complaints! Overall, a great bite after a long day in Banff! Would recommend!

We got takeout here. I got the gluten free pizza. The crust was good but the sauce was not my favorite.

Gluten free pizza was unremarkable. Better off with a frozen grocery store pizza. Service was pretty good and the server was very nice!

He and the excellent Chicago hot wings make Fergus & Bix worth more than one late night Happy Hour visit. The wings are marinaded, fried, dipped then baked - perfect. I'm a little beer snobby, but my spouse says the in-house Wooden Ship beers are good. Great place to watch sports too. Lots of TVs but not too intrusive if you're not interested. Ambiance is warm and relaxed. Happy Hour offers some nice choices, and is twice per day every day as is the norm in this tourist town. Definitely recommended for folks who want a pleasant adult atmosphere. You also avoid excessively intoxicated and rowdy revellers. They're over at the corner of Rose & Crown and Drake.

Upon arrival, we were provided with a liquor menu but not a full food menu, and were directed to order from the happy hour menu. This created a bit of confusion at first, but we made the best of it. We ordered the Beer Board, which included a selection of sausages, Italian meats, cheeses, and pretzel bread. It was well put together, with good variety and satisfying portions--great for a late-night bite. Overall, while the experience wasn't exceptional, it was a decent stop considering the circumstances. It served its purpose and provided a solid option when not much else was available. That said, the bar itself is pretty decent. Carries some ambiance --perhaps a place you'd hang out for a few drinks.

Beavertails came up and we saw they had shops within Banff, so we decided to try them out after our lunch. They had a flavor called "mEHple" and since maple syrup is also a Canada staple, we figured this would be a good pick. What we didn't notice was the chocolate drizzle that was on top of the maple syrup in the menu photo. The chocolate overwhelmed the entire dessert, and was a bit too much for our group. The pastry was good, crispy and flaky, but we really couldn't get through the entire thing without getting a huge bite of chocolate syrup. I think if they had put less chocolate, or even removed the chocolate altogether and just left the maple syrup, that would've been way better!

Since maple is also something that screams Canada, we opted for the mEHple flavor. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The pastry itself was good as it was light and flaky but still crispy, and we enjoyed the maple flavor. However, there was so much chocolate drizzled onto it that all we could taste was the overwhelming Hershey's chocolate drizzle-like taste. We didn't notice the chocolate drizzle on the menu photo, although I noticed there are a few different menus floating around, and some show the chocolate drizzle while others don't. However I saw a photo uploaded from a different Yelper of their mEHple pastry, and they had way less chocolate on theirs. I think it had to potential to be delicious, but it's just unfortunate that it was loaded with so much chocolate to the point where we couldn't really taste anything else. There were 6 of us that shared one BeaverTail and yet we couldn't even finish it. Overall, it was cool to try a uniquely Canadian dessert, but would recommend staying away from the ones with chocolate drizzle...or at least asking the staff to go light on the drizzle.
