While we were able to be seated right away which was a huge plus for our family of 8 people, the actual food was just okay. I appreciated the freshness and quality ingredients of the food itself. Service was slow, it took a long time for water refills or to get the food. My salad was tasty but more so just okay. I didn't love the pizza my parents shared, I thought the crust wasn't fully cooked/crisped on the underside. The sauce, in my opinion, was sweet. The restaurant had great ambiance, well done interior and lots of different styles of tables and seating arrangements. It was a very popular recommendation from the locals in Canmore.

Great depths of flavor with tons of ingredients on each pizza. Appreciated the generous portions of toppings. Plan to come a couple of times to taste more on their menu. Local beers on tap. Views of the brick oven, free smells and warmth! Jordan was a fantastic bartender. Prompt service. Terrific ambiance.

Wonderful service and food. We enjoyed the fig and bison pizza plus mojito cocktails. Highly recommended.

#GlutenFree No for real this is actually gluten-free. Check out the find me gluten-free app. CCI celiac reports. I love their pizza. Probably the best pizza gluten-free pizza I've ever had. People are great. Servers were amazing casual atmosphere more of a local spot. Make sure to visit this street parking reasonable

We dropped by after stumbling on this place when looking for somewhere to have lunch. This was a good variety of flat breads and was definitely filling! They're known for their flat breads but also have soup and salad and offer combos with their flatbreads and salad/soup. I think there's a little something for everyone and it's located center-ish of town so it's easy to walk around and take a look after as well! I felt that service was okay but wasn't anything spectacular, but we got our food pretty efficiently. You do need to pay for parking on the street (it was about $3CAD per hour at the time we went) but didn't have a hard time finding a place to park at all. It's a good place to stop by for lunch!

A nice spot for a quick lunch or dinner! We were in and out in just about 45 minutes, and the servers were very nice and quick. The food was very good; I had the Fig, Bison & Brie pizza and I really enjoyed how all of the elements came together. (Pro tip: the Buffalo hot sauce that is on the table is not overly spicy and added a nice and well needed aspect to this dish!) my boyfriend had the bolognese and said it was one of the best he's ever had! The restaurant itself is small so seating is limited, but the decor and the fact that you can see and smell the pizza oven is very cool. Definitely worth the stop if you're in Canmore. They also use local produce so you know it's good quality.

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. Nothing better than a Blindman Brewery 5-of-Diamonds Pilsner!

The Rocky Mountain Flatbread (Pizza) Company. I liked everything about the restaurant, it was neat, organized, had a commanding position in Canmore, the service was first rate (Thank You , Joey, Super Job!), clean washrooms, and the Pizza was very good. Our party had four wood-fired flatbed pizzas: Apple Chicken, The Meats, BBQ Chicken, and a special, the Fig, Bison and Brie pizza. I wasn't sure what the difference was between flatbread pizza dough and regular pizza dough, but the flatbread crust was very good. A strong contender in the pizza universe, Four-Stars.

Went to Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co for dessert. We are visiting in December, where it's cold, and we went on a hunt for dessert. Rocky Mountain was one of the few places open that had dessert we were interested in. Dessert was delicious. Definitely want to come back to try their pizzas.

We got takeout here. I got the gluten free pizza. The crust was good but the sauce was not my favorite.

Gluten free pizza was unremarkable. Better off with a frozen grocery store pizza. Service was pretty good and the server was very nice!

The melt stood out to us due to the coconutty flavor but I would order both again! There were plenty of seats available and service was quick. The restaurant itself has a lot of vibrant local jewelry and teas for sale as well! I would rather here again!

Breakfast/Lunch Stop Worth the Detour…read more I'm a pretty picky eater. Not because I want to be, but because I have to be. I try to eat vegetarian in the morning, and I'm allergic to wheat, which makes dining out a little more complicated than it should be. My boyfriend found this little café outside Banff, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the better food surprises of the trip. We both ordered the Pad Thai -- one loaded with extra protein, one without. I had low expectations. I've eaten enough Thai food to know that about 7 or 8 out of 10 places overcook the noodles. They become soft, mushy, and fall apart the moment you touch them. Not here. The noodles were cooked perfectly -- still chewy with a nice bite. The peanut sauce was another pleasant surprise. It wasn't overly sweet or heavy like many North American versions. The balance was just right. The spice level was mild, which I appreciated because the dish actually tasted like Pad Thai instead of being buried under a mountain of chili. The vegetables were generous, fresh, and plentiful. My boyfriend's chicken portion wasn't huge, but there was plenty of tofu, which made sense since the dish is originally designed as a vegetarian option. The chef seemed to add the chicken as an extra rather than making it the star of the plate. The portion looked manageable when it arrived. It was not. I couldn't finish mine, and my boyfriend had to rescue the remaining noodles. Pad Thai: 4/5 The Vegan Berry Scone was light, not greasy, and not overly sweet. The strawberries and blueberries added little bursts of tartness, and there was a nice oat flavor throughout. My only complaint? It might have been too healthy. A tiny bit more sweetness could have taken it from "good" to "wow." Vegan Berry Scone: 3/5 The Vegan Chocolate Cake was exactly what a chocolate lover would want. Rich dark chocolate flavor without being sugary or overwhelming. It was a little dense and heavy, but in a comforting way that made me keep reaching for another bite. If the cake itself were slightly more moist, it would be nearly perfect. That said, making something both vegan and gluten-free that tastes this good deserves credit. Vegan Chocolate Cake: 4/5 What really impressed me was the overall value. Since the café is outside the main Banff tourist zone, prices are much more reasonable, parking is easy, and they offer a surprisingly large selection of gluten-free and vegan options. For someone like me, who usually spends half the meal interrogating the menu, that alone is worth celebrating. Final Rating: 4/5 Good food, fair prices, easy parking, and plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions. I'd absolutely come back. In fact, if I'm passing through again, I probably won't bother looking for another place.
