All of the servers were friendly, attentive, and quick to check in on us. We never had to flag anyone down or wait long for assistance. The menu offers a great variety of options, making it easy to find something for everyone. We ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, Shrimp Tempura Udon, Garlic Edamame, and a variety of rolls. Everything came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. The ramen and rolls were especially enjoyable, and there wasn't much left behind except for the broth. The only item that missed the mark for me was the Garlic Edamame. It was coated in quite a bit of sauce, which ended up overpowering the flavor of the edamame itself. I'd recommend ordering it with less sauce or asking for it on the lighter side if possible. Overall, the prices were reasonable, the food was good, and the service was attentive. If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stop by again.

I liked that they had kid's cups. The sushi was super spicy and the presentation was fun. The interior is casual with Asian decor items like lanterns. The service was prompt. The location is prime and in the middle of the Old Town area. The bad: The chicken was tough and seemed microwaved. It lacked grill flavor and the rice also seemed old. The vegetables weren't tender and also were lackluster in flavor. Food was all served in to-go containers even though we dined in. It was unappetizing to see miso soup in a 1/2 filled plastic container. The interesting: We were the only diners there on a Thursday evening.

I came here craving soup after being sick and ordered the pork soon tofu, while my wife ordered the bulgogi. The meat in both dishes was noticeably tough and difficult to chew compared to other Korean tofu restaurants we've visited. Because I wasn't feeling well, I couldn't fully taste the food, but my wife and daughter both immediately noticed that the bulgogi tasted sour. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they kindly offered to replace the meat, so we requested teriyaki chicken instead. Unfortunately, another serving of bulgogi was brought out instead. By that point, my wife and daughter had already finished eating and gone to the car, so I simply asked for it to be boxed up. After getting home, we decided to throw it away because we didn't feel comfortable taking a chance on meat that tasted off. The side dishes also didn't seem fresh, which matched what I had seen mentioned in other reviews. While I can't say for certain what caused the sour taste, it left us without confidence in the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is that there was no air conditioning on a very hot summer day, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup. Also, the dishes were served on hot plates, but nothing arrived sizzling or boiling the way you would normally expect at a Korean tofu restaurant. I genuinely want local family-owned restaurants to succeed, which is why writing this review isn't easy. Every restaurant can have an off day, and hopefully that's what happened here. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I'd encourage others to use their own judgment when deciding to dine here.

The food was good and came out quickly. The Cajun tuna was really good! I thought I found our new sushi place. Fast-forward to yesterday, we went again and this time at around 5 PM and it was very empty inside. The server tried her best, but we felt ignored and we were the only table in there. The two girls were clearly on their phones sitting two booths behind us. Food was mediocre. All you can eat was $34.99. I honestly wouldn't pay a dime over that for the food at this place. I do appreciate that they give you half rolls so you can try more with all you can eat, but the quality was just not there yesterday. And the service was pretty bad for us being the only people in there. Will keep looking for our new sushi place because this place was not it. Also just saw they increased pricing. Not worth it.

I went there because my daughter was craving sushi. The reason for the three star review is because…read morethe quality of Sushi was not good. Either that or they didn't prep it well a lot of the items that we ordered lack flavor or the fish was just too firm. We had a lot of servers and although they did try to be attentive, they would constantly get our order wrong or didn't bring us our order and I would have to keep reminding them that we didn't get certain things. What I didn't like is that they would combine some of our orders so we didn't know what we had already gotten. For example, if I had ordered 2 edamame appetizers somewhere else, I'd receive two small bowls of edamame. Here they gave me one bowl and told me that they combine two small servings together. They did the same thing with my carpaccio, Gary order, ginger, shooters, etc.. What strange is when I compare what I received to the photo it really only looked like I had just received one order of carpaccio. At that point, I was too annoyed and tired of having to ask the waiter to go back and get the rest of my order so I didn't say anything. I honestly don't think it was worth going there for the quality of fish and service. The things that we found decent there last night were: the edamame, the tempura calamari, the cucumber roll, the ono nigiri, the oyster shooter, and my daughter liked the basic California hand roll. They mixed up our order with the table next to us, and then one of the staff told us that we can't order too many items because we didn't have four adults. Is a little confusing because I thought that there was something that my kids couldn't eat because they might have used sake in it but turns out they had just mixed our order with the table next to us and thought that we had ordered too many things that were not on the adult All you can eat menu. My husband and I were extremely disappointed. We will not be coming back.
