Believe the good ratings! Absolutely wonderful pizza!! Hot and full of flavor! Attractively decorated inside and out and welcoming vibes. Wish I had had room for one of those luscious looking desserts. We were unfortunately traveling through so the opportunity to try the desserts and other menu options will have to wait for our next trip. read more

Rizza Pizza is easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. The food is absolutely top tier -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. The service was just as impressive, friendly and attentive without being over the top. The ambiance adds to the experience too, with a clean, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. Truly best of the best Highly recommend. read more

At 5:30pm on a Friday night, my 21yr kid and I drove out to a cool mini free library and kiosk/ farmstand near Toledo and then realized we needed lunch/dinner. As luck would have it, the Hawaiian restaurant was closed, so a second Yelp search led us here. It is a cute little yellow building with a lot of charm. There wasn't anyone else there! That is just sooo wrong! We called in antipasta salad, garlic cheese bread, eggplant parm, sausage lasagna, and the kid grabbed 2 marionberry scones for Saturday breakfast. It was the young lady on the phone's first day and she did great! Everything was well packaged and the hot food was piping hot. The salad was cold and crisp/fresh. We didn't know our pasta came with bread, too. The bread is very good. So.Much.Bread. All the food was delicious and we have tons leftover for a second meal. We enjoyed everything. We drove it back to Newport and ate it at the beach because we needed our Friday dose of Vitamin O. I would totally get food there again. The breadsticks were great, we think that bodes well for their pizza being delicious too and will try that next time! Go try it! It is too good to miss and only 15 min away from Newport! read more

Pizza is average . Im wouldn't go out of my way to eat it. That said for a small town pizza joint it was good. Better than Dominos or a Pizza Hut.. it's a small mom and pop place so check it out and support local restaurants.. read more

This is a great little place to get pizza and other food like spaghetti, fettuccini, soup, etc. The owners are very friendly and this restaurant is clean. I'm a plain Jane kind of girl and like my pepperoni pizza. They do a great job with it. We go here often and recommend this place for small or larger groups. They appear to do a lot of take out. If something isn't right with your order, they make it right. Give this place a try next time you have a hankering for pizza. read more

Absolutely awful customer service! I spent $40 on a large cheese pizza and fettuccine Alfredo and they gave me such attitude when I simply asked for some paper plates to take with my meal. Way over priced for the meal and definitely not worth the hassle read more

Another amazing dinner at Rizza Pizza, me and my family just can't get enough of the hospitality the owners and workers provide Went there 2 days ago and their food just getting better ! Had Marina Boat - mind blowing , meat bowls and Hawaiian pizza add jalapeños, this our favorite spot in Toledo and New Port area all the way to Lincoln city best of the best, very grateful read more

If you ever around New Port area please stop by this amazing family owned Italian restaurant. The food is great, and it will make you come back for more. We stopped by lunch time so it was busy with locals, but service was fast and sufficient. It was the best pizza crust hands down plus hand full of toppings. And the cherry on top of the cake is that they serve fresh baked pastries! Five plus star place. Loved it !!!! read more

The food here is delicious! Especially the pizza. The crust is absolutely mouth watering. They're very generous with the ingredients and there's loads of yummy cheese. And I love cheese. Ya gotta try Rizza Pizza! read more

Look, I've had had a lot of pizza. I've probably had too much pizza. Point is I love pizza, like to the point where I should probably seek help. Anyways...this is the best flippin pizza I've ever had. The first bite made me reconsider the meaning of life. It tastes like the love of a mother. After I ate here I met the love of my life, but I left her so I could come back and get more pizza. Do your self a favor and eat at Rizza Pizza read more

Rizza Pizza is a cool little place out in the middle of nowhere not far from Newport off of I-20. It's kind of hard to get there (some awkward maneuvers from the freeway) but it's definitely worth the drive. Really good pizza from scratch. I wouldn't call the proprietors exactly friendly, but they at least are professional and efficient. Great pizza though! I'll certainly be back. My new favorite "Newport" pizza place. read more

Warm atmosphere family owned restaurant. Food was beyond great, we ordered some meatballs with pasta, it was out if this world. Pepperoni pizza and Marina Boat hit the spot. Sweet chef and owners will take care of you! 5 stars place, definitely coming back ! read more

5 stars all day. From the food to the service and ambiance this place hit the mark. I stopped in while in Toledo for work, and I'm glad I did. I wanted to try the meatball sub since I found out they make their own meatballs, and I believe the bread as well. I also ordered a small Caesar salad as well, which was actually good sized. My salad came out first and the presentation was awesome actually. The dressing came separately in a nice dressing cup and the salad bowl was just full of romaine, parm, and croutons. The dressing was awesome, don't know if it was homemade but it was good. The lettuce was fresh and crisp as well. My sandwich came out and my jaw dropped to the floor, and the nice lady working had to help me pick it back up! It looked awesome! Full of homemade meatballs and marinara and plenty of mozzarella! I took a bite and had to slap myself because I thought I was dreaming! The bread is nice, great texture and chew. The meatballs have plenty of flavor and when you get a bit of everything in one bite they will probably ask you to pipe down because you'll start dancing and and making noises you never thought possible! Get over here and try this locally owned pizza place, and see what all the hype is about. read more

The best around! We've tried all the pizza places in Newport, Seal Rock (now gone), and Waldport. This is the best pizza around by far! Worth the drive. read more

While pizza is in the name and is consistently delicious, if you haven't tried their sandwiches, then, I highly recommend you do! The "Italian Cold Cuts" is my favorite. It's all about that fresh bread. Someone is always there to greet you with a warm smile and they pride themselves with excellent service. read more

We were on our way to camp on a blustery and wet day near Newport, OR., and had a longing for a nice hot dine in pizza. Just a few short 7 miles away into the beautiful hills there's a gem of a pizza place (and more) in Toledo. Rizza Pizza is all scratch and ALL delicious. They scrimp on nothing. We had a pepperoni, mushroom, and garlic pie. The crust was a delicious combination of crunchy and soft and chewy and herby yumminess! The sauce was so flavorful and they put a very generous amount of everything on the pie so every bite is incredible. They offer a couple of beers, some wines, and a full selection of soft drinks. The couple who owns and runs the place was very friendly and fun to talk with. We will definitely be back whenever we're in the area. Definitely worth the tiny little side trip out of Newport. read more

We just found this gem today. We ordered a 16" Rizza pizza, wings, antipasto salad and a calzon. If you haven't been here yet it's a must! The owner is extremely enjoyable and accommodating. The food was delicious! The wings were charred to perfection, seasoning was perfect and she makes her own ranch and Italian dressings. They are extremely yummy. A must! read more

Unfortunately the food was not good. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and lasagna to go. Added two meatballs. Meat balls were $3.50 each and small MAYBE ping pong ball size. No sauce. Spaghetti was mostly noodles not enough sauce at all. Lasagna was not good. We will not return. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Best pizza we've found on the coast. Drove 20ish mins from Newport for it and wasn't disappointed. Owners are so nice. Pizza is delicious. Lots of sauce so if that's not your thing, ask for less. Fair amount of toppings, nothing crazy. Evenly spread around the pie. Small and quaint little place tucked away in a small town. Crust is thick and has a buttery outer layer, but the next day was a bit chewy. I give this pizza 8/10 in comparison to the best pizza I've ever had (pizzicato pizza, Portland) and the owners 10/10! And 100% recommend. read more
