Deep fried ravioli! One of my favs!!
    Stacie S.

The fried ravioli was good and the marinara provides a perfect dip. The bacon cheeseburger basket checked all the boxes. This is a little diner with lots of potential. The service was a bit slow at first but finished strong! Give it a try on your way through Waldport

We were visiting from Idaho and thought we'd stop in as we were driving through town. So glad we did. Everything about our experience was great. The beer was especially delicious and you get to take home a cool growler. Highly recommend! Glen & Teri E.

Excellent service from the time I called in until the time I picked my order up! Super fast and friendly. The pizza, garlic bread, and salad were all on point. I will definitely eat here again!

Stopped in for a bite after spending the day at Cape Perpetua. They were only offering take out, but had picnic tables outside to use. The pizza came out hot, with the crust well cooked and cheese all melty. Loved the crust, it had a good rise but was the right thickness. The sauce was a basic tomato sauce that paired well with the crust and topping. We had Salami on top, good flavor and not greasy. The lady who took our order was pleasant and helpful. The offer take-and-bake pizzas, which we plan on trying before our trip is over.

The staff knew that we were from out of town. They were friendly and helped us figure out how to get reception on our phones. P.s. Verizon doesn't work out here. They suggested we try some cider and because we were totally prepared for an exciting cider adventure we got a growler full of Loganberry. In my quest for the perfect pizza I always order the same toppings: sausage and black olive. The pizza is definitely in the Top 10 for Pacific Northwest pizzas. The crust is like a light garlic bread. The cheese is real and there are plenty of toppings. The portion size was huge. Between the two of us we ate half a large pizza so it would have fed 3-4 people. The price was totally fair and I would absolutely recommend for pizza and beer. We didn't have a big enough appetite to try the rest but there is a huge menu. The only drawback is that they were takeout only. I guess that's not a huge drawback but be prepared to stow and go. Thumbs up to Grand Central!

We came to town late, so we were limited on where we could eat. To be honest I wasn't thrilled it was pizza that was open but I was out voted. The service was great, and I was really impressed with the salad bar. The garlic knots were good, and the lasagna was decent. Not an Italian restaurant good, or homemade good, but edible. I didn't eat the pizza. It had onions on it. He seemed to like it pretty well. We took it back to the beach house, and reheated the food the next day. The lasagna actually tasted better the next day. I would go here again, but it wouldn't be the top of the list.

As luck would have it, the Hawaiian restaurant was closed, so a second Yelp search led us here. It is a cute little yellow building with a lot of charm. There wasn't anyone else there! That is just sooo wrong! We called in antipasta salad, garlic cheese bread, eggplant parm, sausage lasagna, and the kid grabbed 2 marionberry scones for Saturday breakfast. It was the young lady on the phone's first day and she did great! Everything was well packaged and the hot food was piping hot. The salad was cold and crisp/fresh. We didn't know our pasta came with bread, too. The bread is very good. So.Much.Bread. All the food was delicious and we have tons leftover for a second meal. We enjoyed everything. We drove it back to Newport and ate it at the beach because we needed our Friday dose of Vitamin O. I would totally get food there again. The breadsticks were great, we think that bodes well for their pizza being delicious too and will try that next time! Go try it! It is too good to miss and only 15 min away from Newport!

We started with the Focaccia plate with olive oil w/seasonings sprinkled on top. The focaccia was amazing but I really missed the traditional olive oil & basalmic vinegar. With just the oil for dipping, it was pretty blah, IMHO. Hubby ordered the Spaghetti & 3 large Meatballs that were about 2" diameter. I ordered the Creste de Gallo ala Vodka w/sausage. BOTH were delicious but after my first 2 bites, my mouth was on fire. I'm a real wimp when it comes to hot spicy foods :( so it was no one's fault but mine (It would be nice though if they would put little peppers next to the spicier dishes). But once again, Hubby rescued me and made me trade dishes with him. Sorella's is clean, the staff is friendly & efficient. We also like the rustic vibe with artwork reflecting the ocean. But, it is STILL our favorite place in Newport!

Typically, we eat seafood while at the beach, but we decided to switch it up with wood-fired pizza and craft cocktails. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. The wood-fire pizza oven is gorgeous, and the gold-accented octagon tile, antique furniture, and rustic wood floors really warm up the space. The menu is small but offers a great variety of both classic and unique pizza options. We also loved the appetizer and salad selections. My mouth was watering to try the focaccia bread with olive oil, but my husband reminded me I'd already promised him clam chowder elsewhere! Our server was friendly and prompt. Since this is a small space that seats about 20-25 people, a waitline is a common occurrence, yet we never felt rushed. We visited during Happy Hour (3-5 PM), where the Margherita pizzas are only $15--which was perfect for us. We also ordered a Double Oaked Old Fashioned and a gin gimlet. It's so much fun to watch the chefs spinning the dough and sliding pizzas into the oven. Our pizza was delicious and the drinks were tasty. It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!

When it arrived it was not as expected as it had the same batter as cod would for traditional fish n chips - not what i think of when i hear southern friend chicken, but when in rome. It was okay in itself but had entirely too much sauce. I included a Pic of the aftermath, and I promise you that is only what fell from it naturally, I didn't scrap or shake any of it off.
