I got a replacement but my husband was already done with his food. She said it was because they just got the plain bagels but on our receipt it had the salt bagel listed. She did not own up to her mistake and that is not good. It was not good service. The ambiance was cute. Now, the biggest issue was we ordered their beignets and they said they had hazelnut and raspberry so we asked for both. When they came out, they were literally small, cold, round yeast donuts filled with hazelnut and raspberry. Those are not beignets, not in any universe. Since we are visiting, we will not be returning and if we do visit again, we'd go for the coffee/tea drinks alone.
